Dr. Wagoner and the entire staff are amazing! They treat you on a personal level and you never feel like just another number. They take time explaining and showing you everything you are dealing with. If something isnt right or doesnt sit well with you, they are patient and never pushy and work through things logically. Even though they are not in my network, I will never leave. They work through that part too. You will not regret trying this practice for yor dental needs.

The staff and Dr Eric are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any procedure is fully explained before the work is done. They are meticulous in their work and take the time needed to make sure everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction.Follow up calls are made to make sure there are no issues.

Today the hygienist cleaned my metal-laden teeth with the most compassionate touch all the while quite aware of my desperate desire to no longer wear braces. It was one of those days for me. I confessed to not really knowing how to deal with my feelings during this three year treatment. Yes, I walked away feeling much ashamed of my words yet in truth this lovely young woman, I hope, held nothing against me.

Jaime and Doc were awesome, taking care of 2 major repairs at the same time. Im so impressed by how caring these 2 are,they were always checking to see if I was comfortable or needed anything. Also ( to me just as important) its saying a lot to be laughing when youre sitting in the chair. Dr. Wagner cracks me up and he & Jaime working together are such a great team.This office is totally professional, highly skilled yet they dont take themselves too seriously. I’ve been going since I was a child. Only 1 time I had to go somewhere different and I hated it. The staff is kind. When I go I see Emily she is very knowledgeable and she always has a smile. She educates me on the reasons why she is doing something with I appreciate.

Can I just say, this dental office is AMAZING and that’s not an overstatement! They are a wonderful group of people who truly care about their patients. I experienced dental trauma over the Labor Day weekend (as luck would have it), I ended up in excruciating pain associated with a root abscess. I called 17 dental practices in the area who stated they had emergency hours (my dental office did not), begged for anyone to please help me, and only ONE called me back (you can guess which one!). Not only did they call me back, they came in on a holiday, were so kind and professional, AND fixed my dental issue right there and then (no referral, no waiting for severe pain relief, etc.)! Dr. Wagoner and his staff are the epitome of excellence, I urge you to make an appointment, you will love them!

My son had an appointment at 13:30. He arrived early and called to let them know he was there. He was told he would receive a text when it was his turn to be seen. He waited in his vehicle for an HOUR, then left. IT HAS BEEN OVER 18 HOURS. HE NEVER RECEIVED A TEXT!

Worked me in on a day’s notice. Have gone to this location for several years. Was previous patient of Dr. Dearstyne. Have enjoyed Dr. Wagoner’s attentiveness and care. All staff I have interaction with do a wonderful job.

My 93 year old Dad had an appointment with Dr. Wagoner this morning. He couldnt say enough nice things about everyone, including Dr. Wagoner. My 89 year old Mom went with my Dad and was so happy with everyone that she met. Looks like Dr. Wagoner will have another patient! Also, Margaret and Jessica have been so wonderful for me to work with over the phone since Im out of state. They took care of all the details for me. Dr. Wagoner and his staff are the best. They provide the latest and most up-to-date techniques, and are very caring. Im generally quite nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Wagoner and my hygienist, Emily, always put me at ease, explaining everything clearly and ensuring Im comfortable. With an autoimmune disorder, I was worried before my appointment today due to covid-19 risk, but was relieved to learn theyve gone above and beyond here to ensure the safety of their staff and patients, and felt quite safe and comfortable. Overall outstanding dentist, hygienists and staff.

I have been going to dentist for sixty years and have never experienced such outstanding professionalism as I had with Dr. Wagner. I am a person who is extremely afraid of dentist and needles. Dr Wagner performed a root camel, cap, and replaced two old lead fillings. He worked on me for three hours and I felt no pain, from needles or drilling, during the whole process. He has the latest equipment and the most experienced staff. What an outstanding dentist and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a no stress and outstanding care.
