Great staff and very nice Dentist always pleasant visits and they always work around my job schedule with my appointments. My last visit I got a call while in the chair on my work phone telling me school was dismissing at 11 am and it was 10:45 am!!! They finish me up fast and go me out of there and on my way. I love this dentist office! From the building to the people inside it -it is an awesome experience. I always feel well taken care of and Dr Sarah Jeon is so very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. I love that it is an all female staff and I wish for a bit more diversity in the staff -people of color …I know we’re all evolving and growing so I’m sure it will happen.

Dr Jeon is the best dentist Ive visited. The office is spotless, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.Dr Jeon has always advised when she thought I might have trouble with a tooth; but has never suggested unnecessary dental work. During a Feb visit she showed me that one molar was cracked and might break. I opted NOT to have a crown installed. 3 weeks later the tooth broke. The staff fit me in as the last patient on a very busy day, staying open late, then immediately closed due to COVID.

I love this office! Everyone is always friendly and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back. Dr. Jeon has always answered my questions without hesitation and she is very informative. Highly recommend Wake Dental Wellness.

Very Good! I always feel like I am very well taken care of. My Dental Hygienist is very personable and seems to genuinely care about my teeth. Everyone who has worked on my teeth at Dental Wellness has always been very professional and done a good job. You will always get a great reception with Tracey at the front desk. I had to leave Dental Wellness a few years back due to my new insurance. Because I changed jobs I was able to get with an insurance company where I could go back to Dental Wellness. Wake Dental Wellness in Wake Forest is an excellent location for your dental needs. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The office manager knows how to schedule appoints so that my dental hygienist is usually meeting me at the door (where else do you see that??) The dentist is very thoughtful in her review of my oral health and makes sound decisions - nothing trendy. You cant go wrong with WDW.

Dr Jeon is friendly and proficient. She has very upto date knowledge and skills. I didn’t even feel the numbing shot with the last cavity she filled. Her staff is also very friendly and competent.

I was new in town for school and was seriously overdue for a cleaning. From the front desk to X-rays to the cleaning to the consultation with Dr. Morehead, it was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The insurance and billing was taken care of effectively and when I received a notice that I owed a few dollars that my insurance did not pay, it was done in a gentle and professional way. I was able to pay online! Now that I think of it, Im due for my next cleaning!!!

Dr. Morehead runs a great practice - I love it! Ive been going since 2007, and keep making the trip to Wake Forest, even though I live in downtown Raleigh. In my 50+ years of dental visits, I have to publicly say, the staff at Wake Dental Wellness are the best! My unfortunate week of having a cleaning on Monday, 2 teeth filled on Tuesday, and 2 more on Thursday was the most painless and caring experience I could have asked for. (They did not upsell me on having all this work done. I have known for quite some time I some old fillings that were in need of repair). The dentist actually retracted a prior recommendation of having a tooth capped. She could have gone after the $, but advised against the work.Give this wonderful NEW to the Wake Forest area dentist a try. You will be glad you did.Great job!

I have been coming here for years. I love Dr. Morehead, no matter what she does you never feel any pain. She is always quick to respond if you have issues or questions. She always only concentrates on what you actually need to have done, keeps your cost to a minimum. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Upon moving to this area I went through 5 different dentists prior to her and I have stayed here for many years. Thought about moving recently out of state but know I wouldnt find another dentist of her caliber.

When she retired, I considered switching, partially out of convenience, but we loved the staff so much and have found Dr. Jeon to be AWESOME. Shes gentle and efficient. Doesnt try to sell you every add-on available, and is friendly, calming, and attentive. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Morehead retired and left us in the most excellent hands of Dr. Sarah Jeon.My first fillings were with Dr Morehead only a few years ago so I was hesitant at my recent appointment for fillings with Dr Jeon. She and her assistant did amazing. I couldn’t have asked for things to go any more smoothly. I didn’t have any pain and the minimal discomfort I experienced was quickly taken care of and resolved. They were constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and ok. Will always and have always highly recommended this practice. They are a model of how every service industry should treat their patients and/or customers.
