Have been a dental patient here for over a year. Have had many dentist in my 77 years, but Robbie Smith’s office, Dr Smith and all her employees are the best my husband and I have ever been to, competent and very friendly. Riccobene Associates and Dr Robbie Smith are the best!

I was in their office this week for an appointment. While I was there they allowed a woman and her two young children to sit in the small enclosed waiting room unmasked. At this point in time children have not been approved for vaccination. So, I know the children were not vaccinated and it is more than likely their mother wasnt either. I don not find this to be acceptable. It demonstrates a disregard for the health and safety of their clientele and our community. I do not appreciate being put in an unnecessarily risky situation. 6/21

Just moving to the area from New Jersey Robbie T Smith DDS was recommended to us by our daughter and friends. From our first phone call to make an appointment, when we arrived and throughout our appointment, each staff member helped us feel welcome. They use modern state of the art equipment. Each staff member is highly knowledgeable of their role in the medical practice.

This was my family’s first visit here. It was fantastic! The dental hygienist, Stacey, was so personable and considerate. She was the nicest person. April was also great!

I had a deep cleaning done by the sweetest dental hygienist. I can’t remember her name for the life of me. She explained everything as she did it and also explained what the dentist would be doing next because I was nervous. They moved me to another room for 3 fillings with Barbara and the dentist who also checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure and were extremely kind. Barbara was so sweet. I would highly recommend this office.

We are already established patients of the practice, but this was our first time visiting this office and we love the staff! They were very nice, accommodating, friendly and great conversation. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The first thing you should know about my review is that I absolutely dread dental work. Why in the world is that drill so loud? I received my first crown yesterday. Dr. Smith and hygienist Barbara were kind and very attentive to my comfort. Each part of the process was explained and I liked that the crown was milled in house and was fitted that day. The entire event took 3 hours just as I had been advised prior to making the appointment. I truly appreciate Dr. Smith and her staff for being efficient while maintaining a kind and comfortable environment.

My visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest for teeth cleaning was a very good experience. The Robbie T Smith office is a great dental provider. You are greeted on entering.Jess, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very professional and did a careful examination and cleaning. The I saw De. Gonzales who also provided an explanation of what was necessary for me to address.I really like this Riccobene office. Plus they have the CEREC machine for dental crowns!

I had my first dental visit in 2 years today and became a new patient with Riccobene & Associates. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their profession. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed! I felt like my well-being was their top priority!!

My experience was extremely wonderful. Everyone was very polite and helpful. When you have an 8:00 appointment thats exactly when they took you back for treatment no waiting at all. I had a Crown put on a front tooth. From start to finish there was no pain and the finished Crown was matched perfectly to my own teeth. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The higeanist was very pleasant and helpful and I feel like I finally found a real dentist. He was the best. Thank you all. You made my day.

Had a cleaning by April and she is phenomenal. Recently had to go back for some dental work to get done and Barbara and Dr. Sommer were amazing. Barbara is just so warm and has a very calming nature. I really appreciated having her there since I was having a 2 hour procedure and I’m admittedly a very anxious dental patient. The dentist is not my favorite place to be at all, but this was much better because of a great team. I also felt like Dr. Sommer did a great job and i left feeling like he really cared that the procedure was done correctly. Thanks to you all!

The wisdom, care, patience and genuine concern was unlike any other dental office. From the front desk to the checkout desk and everyone between ... kind, knowledgeable, concerned and helpful. My son went in with wisdom teeth issues as a new patient one day, and we were on the other side of extraction by noon the next day. God’s grace displayed through them at every turn. Praising the Lord for providing our community with such quality care.

We love Dr. Smith and her team. I have three little girls ages 9 6 and 3 and we have such a great experience every time. The girls are always excited to get their teeth cleaned. The whole staff makes sure the girls have a super fun and positive visit!

Dr. Sommer begun work on two crowns for me today. I have temporary crowns now, and will return in a month so he can finish the job. He seemed completely knowledgeable and confident, making me feel at ease. As far as staff goes, I have seen Jessica for dental cleaning, and Barbara was Dr. Sommers assistant today. Both of them were very friendly, and competent. I would not hesitate recommending this office, as I found the dentist and staff very cordial and skillful in their jobs

Dr. Smith has been taking care of my wife and my dental needs for this past year, helping us recover from 21 years of deficient dental care as missionaries serving in a third-world country. She and her staff developed a treatment plan, and worked with our dental insurance and our mission agency to provide the care we needed. She and her staff are both personal and personable, to the point that going to the dentist is a social occasion. It is one dentist office where you actually leave happy!

Very positive experience. I have been going to the same dentist for 28 years before moving to Wake Forest. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the transition to another group. My dental hygienist was particularly nice and thoughtfully went over with me what she was doing (and why) throughout my cleaning. It is a great environment and a very friendly staff.

Had my first appointment here today for a routine cleaning/xrays. Everyone here was amazing from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I felt like everyone really cared about their job and also really cared about their patients. The hygienist and dentist took their time to explain to me what they were doing and why without me even asking. They made sure all my questions were answered. I actually learned some new things about teeth today haha!Also, I had to bring my 2 year old with me last minute and the front office staff was sooo helpful with keeping her occupied during my appointment. I know that’s not their job but I can’t thank them enough!I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a great experience today, I felt like it needed to be shared. A lot of places these days make you feel like a number and a dollar sign, but not Dr. Robbie’s office. I truly appreciate the courtesy and respect I was showed today. Keep up the great work!!
