Scheduled appointment to fix my iPhone screen. Not only did they not repair it, they gave it back with all my icons rearranged and the original screen cracked even further.Do not trust.

They replaced battery in my wifes Samsung S-8+, it now works. However, the back was cracked and they quoted me $50 replace it .....ok .......opps sorry we dont stock that part #, IT happens. So, low score. I would go back. BTW, THIS WAS A BATTERYPLUS STORE.

They do not fix phone. Only replace the battery.

Excellent experience today! I went online, looked up and found this service center to repair my daughters very cracked phone screen. I was a little nervous not being from the area, but read some reviews and thought it couldnt get worse. I was greeted at the door by Robbie, he checked me in, went through a couple steps and less than an hour He had fully repaired the screen. Make the appointment online and receive a $10 coupon for services! Best, friendly, and very service oriented.. These guys are awesome to deal with.

Dropped off phone and returned 1.5hrs later to pick up. Screen was repaired but wasn’t working, gave 4 stars due to it eventually getting fixed but they should have checked it before I came back to pick up. They made it right, but they should’ve thoroughly checked it before I picked up. GREAT JOB though!!!!

Brain and his team did a great job on getting my iPad Pro battery fix. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely be going here for now on to get my devices fix.

Placed a call to the store and Brian helpful in letting me know the cost of two services which was reasonable. I waited for a Apple IPhone screen repair which was approximately 1 hour. Purchase a replacement battery for another Android phone and answered several other questions about some of the other items in the store. I will be bringing other old batteries back to dispose of them.

Repair was quick and professionally done. Phone was ready when promised. Made the appointment on line and saved $10.Will definitely use Batteries Plus if I ever need another repair.

They tried to fix the iPhone but they discovered that the problem was with the circuit board and not with a part that they could service. They did their best and I appreciated that. Would definitely use them again....
