We have used A Speed Shop twice since August, and our experiences have been fantastic!The first time, we contacted them on a Wednesday evening when, after rolling down a rear window, it got stuck and wouldnt go up again. Wed had this happen in the past with the opposite side window, so we were pretty sure of the problem. Already being out, we wanted to take care of it quickly, but at this point it was roughly 5:40PM and most stores were closed. We called A Speed Shop and were happily answered & fit in immediately!In the time it took for us to get there, them to confirm the regulator had broken, get the part, and replace it, they had us driving away within a couple of hours!They also fixed another part for us that needed to be repaired when the Check Engine light came on, right as our car needed its state inspection. The shop checked & double-checked what the problem was (after wed had a less-than-stellar run-in with another place) to get the correct diagnosis. It was late (10PM), so were able to drop off the car for them to work on over the next day. They treated it with great care and even took the car to get inspected for us!A Speed Shop has been transparent & honest with us about our cars issues and the costs to fix them. They work diligently to do accurate yet timely work, and keep us informed with updates along the way.Zach & Kreg are friendly & personable, and are knowledgeable at what they do. From car pickup & drop off, to small details like buffing up the headlights & topping off the oil levels, their respectful customer service really is unrivaled!Everything this garage offers - from their flexibility with last-minute needs & crazy schedules, to their beautiful property while you wait, to their above-and-beyond service & communication - makes them stand out in a field diluted with confusing & sometimes less-upfront shops.Overall, there are many reasons to pick A Speed Shop, not the least of which is having the best prices for repairs we could find!!!It took a long time of trial & error, but weve finally landed on a stand-up garage. I took my car to Pep Boys with a problem with my engine. Their diagnosis was that my car had a blown head gasket and I needed to replace the engine. I took the car to the speed shop for a second opinion. Afte r a real diagnosis it was determined that the head gasket was fine and that the real problem was a sensor. This saved me $2000! I only use The Speed Shop for all my repairs now! They give you honest diagnosis without trying the gouge you for upcharges that are not necessary.
