I had the most amazing experience here yesterday. John and Noah both are godsends. Friday evening I was ran off the road by someone and got a flat tire. I called that day and John set me up with a tire for my car. Saturday morning when I arrived to drop off my old tire Noah greeted me looked at my account and told me that John actually got me a much better deal on the tire as well as protection for the rest of my tires. They turned a bad situation into a really good situation for me and my girlfriend. Thank you to everyone at discount tire. 🙏 thank you for all the hard work you guys do there.

Wow - Discount tire is awesome! I have used them in the past, but I didnt even realize that they repair tires bought anywhere for free! They are very friendly and easy to work with. We dropped our car off and they fixed it without an appointment in less than 2 hours - which I know can be dependent on the day/time but it is so different from what I have been seeing at other businesses in the current labor market. I priced out a new set of tires here in case I needed replacements (I didnt, they fixed it... FREE) and couldnt beat their prices even on online-only retailers like tirerack.com. I honestly cant think of any reason to go to another place for tires. This particular location is very nice because they have plenty of parking and space to move your car around, again - very different from other places you may go to get tires repaired or replaces. My next set of tires will certainly come from Discount Tire!

Not sure who manages this franchise, but it’s on point. Legit it’s been years since I have had the whole package at a car service place: customer service, care for property, efficiency, and I saw good team work going on as well.Good on ya to Discount Tire of Wake Forest…keep up the great work! 👍

Very friendly and helpful. Took care of my issue, but it was about a 2 hour wait. It was the middle of a weekday, but I dont recall having to wait as long before.

I had four new tires put on today at Discount Tire and I was very impressed. People that work there are very professional and friendly. Just the way they answer the phone is unlike any other place I have called! Noah, Lucas and the other man that I spoke to prior to my appointment today were constantly very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire for their outstanding customer service alone.

I love being able to drive up and they take care of my air pressure. All the guys are great there.

I made an appointment for a tire inspection because one of my tires was consistently losing air. They helped me right away when I arrived and the technician was very friendly. It was my first time using Discount Tire. The technician found a small nail in my tire and I was pleasantly surprised when they handed me my receipt that said “free tire repair and balance”. Thank you so much for helping me promptly and with no charge for your service. I don’t know if this is usual policy, but it was much appreciated and my husband I will definitely return for any future tire needs. I will also pass this on to my friends.

As always, quick and friendly service. Got to appointment, ~15 minutes before, was told 45min-1hr, was out the door within 10 minutes of my appointment. Didnt even finish an episode of MASH while waiting.

I used to really like this location. I am liking it less and less. I had an appointment. My expectation when I make an appointment is that the time isnprotected for me to receive service. That was not the case. I was asked to wait over 1 hour while 2 cars in front of me went. I had an appointment originally for 4:15. Ic called and asked for an earlier appointment and was offered 2:15.When I arrived they said my appointment was for 3:45. Why cant they keep this straight. Sometimes customers are asked to wait for 90+ minutes. Sometimes you have to wait for 15 minutes just to check in while someone is on the phone helping a customer. In short, get your stuff together.

I have never encountered such unprofessional staff. Their desire to do as little work as possible outweighs any customer concerns OR SALES! Discount Tire off Six Forks is SO MUCH more helpful. I understand that they were very busy and didnt have time to get to an emergency tire repair/replacement, but they didnt have to be rude and dismissive. Especially when a different Discount Tire, who was almost as busy (& had no appointments left for the next 2 days) managed to do a ~repair~ that was covered by the warranty Id purchased from the company.I will not be returning, even if I lived near by.

Wonderful staff. On a fun Staurday I noticed I had a nail in my tire. After trying two other places the team at Diccount Tire worked to fit me into the schedule. When I went to get my car there was no charge for the patch. I could not believe it! I will be back when I need new tires!

Ive been using discount tires for years and recommend them to multiple people since I work on cars and get asked for recommendations!However my last experience (yesterday)was very disappointing!It went like this:I went on time of my appointment and they where quick and polite and got my vehicle in a timely manner. The 3 tires where done but for some reason last one was taking for ever. Finally asked desk whats going on and they said tpm sensor got messed up so they were replacing it and they didnt try to charge me but they replaced my oem sensor 70-80$ with a 10$ sensor which ok, its just a sensor!After I leave store I feel like my vehicle was wobbley then couple miles later tpm light came on. Figured computer probably not reading new sensor so I was going to go home and use my scanner to check it but before that check tire pressure. When I checked pressure only one tire was correct!The three other ones where 6-7 psi off!After fixing pressure and reset sensors I drove around but still felt wobble. Want back home jacked up the front and found that one of the wheels was not set correctly! So I took care of that also!This morning I went to jobsite and as I was leaving as saw a metal piece on driveway, I got out of my vehicle to see what it is and it was a balance weight! I picked it up and have it with me then as I. Pulling into my driveway after work I hear a ping sound and I looked around, sure enough another weight came off!!Now I have to go back so they can balance again!This is the first time Ive EVER written a review but I can say that this is probably one of the worst experiences Ive had!

Walk in customer to get 4 new tires for Jeep. Arrived at 12:12pm. It’s now 3:22 pm and still waiting, no associate has come to say anything. I asked how much longer and he said they haven’t even started on my vehicle. If I really didn’t need these tires today I would leave never to return.

Eric was awesome. I was looking for 17 White wide spoke rims for my FJ Cruiser for a retro-look. Eric was able to locate 16 rims and explained the 265R16/75 tires and rims would have the same overall height as the original 265R17/70 set up. He ordered the rims and when they came in they did a fit test. I ended up needing a 1-1/4 spacer to clear the calipers but that made them look even better. The guys in the shop were somewhat puzzled why anyone would pick these rims but all agreed it looked awesome when done. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and I couldnt ask to be treated any better.

I needed the tires replaced on my Travel Trailer (Camper). None of the RV places could get me in anytime soon. On a whim I called Discount Tire. They not only said they could order the tires I wanted, but would happy to mount them.My appointment was at 12:30 because of a police thing in wake forest I was delayed. Call ahead they said no problem.When I got there they told me where they wanted my trailer. With-in 10 minutes two people started working on my trailer.My trailer now has 4 brand new balancedGoodyear Endurance HDs.I highly recommend these guys.

Went in today 2/24/20..no appt. Great service got 4 new tires and out in about an hour. Later when cleaning my vehicle I noticed a missing lug nut. I have NEVER seen a more “well-oiled machine” of a shop in my life. There are huge windows so you can watch your vehicle be serviced, and you will see them get cars in, get wheels off and on a balanced all within 5 minutes. They have an awesome amount of speed AND efficiency. Great people here, will definitely be back!

They say they sell Discount Tires, but I usually end up with a lot of charges that they are very confident I should be charged. Not the best deal in town, but the people there are professional, and theyre probably going to do a better job than say.. a big blue and white shopping center that sells tires where you can also buy lawn and garden equipment and 18 caret gold plated sterling silver.

I took my car to 2 other shops. One being Leith Toyota service dept where I bought my car, hundreds of dollars later, I still had issues. These guys got my car running right again! I’ll never go anywhere else! Customer service is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and won’t try to take advantage of you (up-sell) which nowadays is hard to find at any auto shop. Highly recommend.

Chris is a rock star.He took 30 mins to talk with me on the phone about tire options and if putting a leveling kit would help with increasing the tire look.He suggested staying with the regular lift but increasing the size/aggressive look of the tire. Upon arriving in the store Chris took another 30 mins to identify what tires would fit my budget and “look” I was going for.Spencer was very helpful when my appointment came, very pleasant.

Theres lots to love about DT in Wake Forest, NC. Customer service is great, and the waiting area is nice and clean.Just know exactly what youre paying for before you give the go ahead. We were quoted $129 per tire, but were NOT told there would be an additional $19.60 each for certificates for refund, replacement, whatever that is, as well as an additional $20 each for installation. So, for a new set of four tires, there was roughly $160 worth of extra charges we were not told about.Incidentally, the balance weight on one tire wasnt attached properly.

This is our go to spot for tires for all of our vehicles. I have had the tire coverage pay for itself numerous times, and they are very responsive. They do stay very busy so be patient if you hit them during an obviously busy part of the day. They have been honest as well, I ordered tires and had to wait a few days, and when they came in they told me that what arrived was cheaper than what I had paid for so I got a refund on the difference. If they had not told me I would have never known so that says a lot. I will continue to get my tires there.

Weve been satisfied customers for 5 or 6 years until today...we put air in tires but tire light remained on so we went to Discount. Man came in after us with a nail in his tire, obviously no appointment, he left long before us & so on. We waited at least 90 min. for a simple tire air & sensor check & (under warrantee) tire repair...and missed our Shaft matinee. Well give Discount another chance because service has always been prompt before today

Best place Ive ever found to get tires. Been getting tires here for the last 10 years. They actually fix flats for free hoping to keep your business. Once you buy your tires from them they rotate and balance free for the life of the tire. Great prices and great customer service. They also honor the tire warranty if you dont get your full life out of your tires when they get to a certain wear point, they cash out the remaining value of the tire based on Miles.

I had a wonderful experience with Carl and the rest of the team. I had to drop off my wifes flat tire around 2:30 yesterday and they had a new one on it by 4:30. Not only that, but without us asking they offered to go ahead and install it back on the van. So nice seeing a company that puts a team together that goes the extra mile. Very glad to be doing business with them!

Called on phone and I asked if they could fix my tire they told me sure come over. After I got there and waited in line for 45 minutes. The guy I talked to tried to tell me I needed new tires all the way around and would not fix my one tire. My tires are in perfectly good shape and do not need replacing I was Furious he wouldnt even try to talk to me about fixing just a big joke. Wait is incredibly long just to talk to someone!!

Really nice how they dont try to rush customers, although when youre the one waiting it may seem like its taking forever. They are really nice and professional. They couldnt find my wheel lock at first and never even hinted that it was my fault - which if course it wasnt. 😁 They found it and after they changed the tires, they put the wheel lock IN MY HAND with a smile, which they probably did the last time I got tires.

Ive bought all my tires over the past 12 years from Discount Tire. I have followed the manager that is at this location. As long as Kenyatta is there I will make the 40 minute drive. The only place to get tires, especially since they come with free rotation and balance. Not to mention the road hazard. Great value.

Set up an appointment to get new tires put on. The tires were ordered a day before, when they were closed. It was great to be able to choose a set of tires which were in stock at a particular store. That way, I was able to make sure no time was wasted in waiting for shipping or transfer.Everything was presented in a straightforward manner, checkout was a breeze. They were done with the car in under an hour. Post install, I had a rebate to file, and its the easiest rebate Ive ever done (all online, no scanning necessary).Ive been loyal to the Tire Rack for almost 20 years now, but Discount Tire had the same price on the tires I was looking for, and they were available the very next day. Ill probably still purchase tires from the Tire Rack if I have to wait for shipping from either place, and Ill definitely get them installed at Discount Tire.
