I am a very picky and hard to please customer. I dont mean to be but I am very particular. They did an amazing job on my nails, and my daughters look beautiful as well. I only gave 4 stars because my daughters cuticle started bleeding after she was accidentally cut. It happens so not biggie but it was on my daughter, not me, so...

Very clean and nice. They did an excellent job with my dip nails.

I went with my daughters, all of us adults, for pedi and 1) acrylics 2) dip and I was supposed to get gel. My nails were nothing like in my prior gel experience! It lasted about three days before the polish was chipping just like a regular nail paint, not like gels that last at least 2 weeks. Same thing with the dip for my daughter! What a sham. Can’t believe we left after paying about $150 plus $30 tips. And we only had painted nails! The Acrylics were real, but poor quality. I should return and demand a refund but I have no time.

I have been seeing Lily for hands and feet for years now. Long lasting acrylics/gel manicures. Friendly staff. Upgraded nicely by new owners. Free drinks and snacks for guests. I take all my friends and family here.

Amazing! They are sweet, personable and act on requests. Most places Ive been roll their eyes at a simple request. These people operate from the heart and do an amazing job.

Was a little skeptical reading the reviews as I sat in the pedicure chair in this very minimal salon. Not a lot of decoration or ambience. The towel that was on my chair was dirty. I hesitated, but the woman that did my nails actually did a wonderful job, she was very friendly. I was not disappointed, but will probably go elsewhere next time.

I came in with a friend last week and I saw all the nail polishes looked super old and not cute so we just walked out and the main lady got mad and screamed at us that we changed our minds. I’m never going there again. Do not recommend!!!!!

I got a French mani/pedi. While the man there was great, with a great massage, my nails looked good for approximately 10 minutes. One was dinged that I didnt even notice, even after I dried them for an hour. It started chipping away that night! I think I will pay more for a better job next time. After a closer look, my toe cuticles were not completely taken off, either.

Cant believe they let me walk out of that place with my nails looking the way they did. I got white tip painted with regular nail polish looks like a four-year-old did it!!!! Dont spend your money here!!!!

Worst place ever!!! Ended up with the gel all wrinkled they were uneven and they just have the worst service ever! told the lady to fix them and they said they didnt have time and I told her that I didnt care to fix them because im paying to have a decent work done and she said she didnt care if I was paying that she wasnt going to fix them and to leave and to not go back infront of people

Called and made appointment for a fill along with asking for a few prices. I show up at my appointment time the lady proceeds to tell me I didnt make an appointment and I would have to come back after I looked for a parking spot for 15 minutes. I will never recommend this unprofessional nail place to any of my lady friends.

These people are horrible, they shouldnt even own a license! My friend and I were in the area and made an appointment for our nails. My friend left with wet gel and too short of acrylics.. I however left with no nails! Before coming I had tips which were lifting and falling off. Which left my nails a little thin and hurt whenever they were bumped so I opted for a gel manicure which Ive gotten several times before to make my nails stronger until they grew back healthier.. the lady couldnt understand me at all, she cut part of my finger and I told her that it hurt. They she denied it because I wasnt bleeding.. cool! Let her finish her work and the gel came out wrinkled and bubbled.. she said not to worry the next coat will fix it.. the next coat made it worse so she had to call over a second opinion.. the second opinion and her were yelling in their language which made me uncomfortable. But then, second opinion got a file and started filing my nails. I exclaimed that it hurt and showed her my nails are already thin. She claimed its the only way to get the gel off. Knowing better I asked her to soak them and she said there was no time.. she then put some bonding stuff on my nail and I still say there apologizing for their trouble and thanking them for their patience.. then second opinion starts lecturing me on how after i have acrylics I need to let my nails rest before gel. No, just no! Im no professional but Ive had my nails done over 10 years and always got gel between tips to strengthen the nails while the heal. AlSO, if you saw my nails were so damaged then why did you agree to fix them? I left the salon with janky nails and had one nail filed half way off let alone 4 nails where the Polish is filed off. My nails hurt more than ever before and I am super disappointed. No complaints on my pedi, I paid as a good customer should but I will never be back and I will never recommend this place!!! Horrible horrible horrible

I enter The shop near to closing time, The lady was so in a hurry to go home that my nails turned out bumpy and ugly!!! Not even time for a refund! Ugh... dont recommend at all!!!
