Do not waste your time or money here! I had an appointment for 3:30pm over the weekend. I arrived on time and was still forced to wait over 40mins. I had my acrylic nails removed and asked for a gel manicure. To be honest, the entire process was painful. The lady practically tried prying my nails off prior to soaking them. The quality is horrible. Im only on my 4th day and they have already began to peel and chip. The nail polish almost looks uneven and bubbly. They are completely uneven as well. This was the most uncomfortable/painful manicure Ive ever had. I honestly just wanted to leave ASAP and didnt have time to ask for them to be redone since I had already been there way too long. I will not be returning. Ive attached photos. Keep in mind, they charged me $40 for this.

They do a great job. I havent asked them to do designs yet but theyve got my custom pointy almond shape down which was difficult for me to find here. Tips are cash only.

Very disappointed with their poor schedule management! Scheduled for 3 of us on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 20 minutes for only 2 chairs; by the time the 3rd chair became available my other 2 girls were done so I walked away.Another party of 2 came to a scheduled appointment and same thing happened, however they both ended up leaving.The ladies provided good service, but again, disappointed with their schedule management.

Hi everyone my wife went here to get a mani with acrylic nails and pedicure with gel, and she didnt have a comfortable experience at all. the lady made her toe nail BLEED, the acrylic nails were so thick to a point where it feels like the nail is ripping off the nail bed. She COULDNT even carry things around the house....Im writing this because my wife is nice and does not want to say anything bad. She still give them a tip.... She used to get her nails done all the time from where we are originally from the east coast. and this is the first time this has happened. Tomorrow we are taking these off asap, its money down the drain but Id rather her feel comfortable and not in pain.

Went above and beyond . Pedicure and manicure $ 70 . Even though they were busy they took us right in . And took care of our needs . Did a great job .

Theyre really friendly. My issue was the lady that was doing my gel manicure seem to be in a rush because one of her regulars came in after she started working on my nails. I let her know that she rushed through my nails and they come out bad. I also told her I didnt have time to fix them because I had already been there for almost 2 hours so she offered me $5 off. I told her it was fine and that i was upset that she did mine fast so she could help someone else. At the end of the day Im still a paying customer so I should get the same time and effort as any other customer. They also allowed the lady (who was the regular) not to wear a mask which is kind of upsetting because everyone else was wearing a mask. Not once did they ask her to wear one. Overall it was an okay experience.

I had an excellent experience here. First impression was that it was very clean and everyone there was attentive and friendly from the time I arrived.I got the Pedicure and it lasted about 45 minutes. About 15 minutes of it was the massage which was great! My feet look great and I left feeling relaxed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pedicure.

What an amazing and relaxing experience. I was recently there with a party of 5. Two moms and three 7 year old girls celebrating a birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and special. We received flawless manicures and pedicures. The staffs patience and care with our first timers was sweet and appreciated. I would definitely come back for a return visit.

The owner and the staff at Top Nails & Spa are so friendly and very professional. I have always had a great experience there. I would not go anywhere else for my nails and toes. Ive been trying to find a nail salon that my little girl and I both can enjoy. So when I saw that they offered children services on the menu we made an appointment.The place is so cute and so clean. SO CLEAN!! Its well lit and everyone is friendly. can take home your file and buff they use which is a nice little bonus.I went with a simple black gel manicure, but I keep getting compliments because they look so pretty and shiny. Its been a week and no chips.But im more impressed with my daughters nails. She is an active thing that ruins her nails in 3 days or less. She just had regular polish and they are still holding up as well!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

This was a pretty basic salon, nothing too fancy, but it exceeded my expectations. Im visiting Vista and needed a quick fill. They were pretty busy when I walked in, but they made every effort to hasten the wait time. The staff was friendly, and apologized for my wait, even though I was a walk-in. My nail tech did an excellent job on my nails; she really paid attention to detail. Prices were great as well! I would highly recommend Top Nails & Spa to anyone in the area.

I have been to many nail salons, and I drive out of my way to come here. While I have made appointments before, but Ive never had to wait if walking in. And that is not due to lack of business, as they are always busy. Ive gotten manicures and pedicures and have had lasting results. The technician is great, does a great job and doesnt uncomfortably try to make conversation, which I prefer. I will definitely keep coming back.

This place was amazing!!! The ladies were all super friendly, talkative and great at what they do!!! We came in unsure of what we wanted, showed the ladies some pictures and they did the rest!This location has a ton of great colors, designs, stencils and jewels. Everything you need without that awkward silence that happens at other locations.Since we are not from here, the Google reviews helped a lot. This place is really close to my work so I decided to give it a try on my lunch break. I was very happy with my experience and with the fact that I didnt have to wait past my appointment time! That is so rare for nail salons and since I was on lunch it was important to me to get in right away.I was happy with my technician and the service she provided. She was friendly and did a great job with my nails and listened to want I wanted.I came back a week later for a pedicure and again was so happy with my service! Didnt wait past my appointment time and loved the color selection. This is definitely my new nail salon and I love that the staff is so friendly and that its so close to my work. They also have affordable prices.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is clean, professional, big and beautiful. been serviced by 5 different people and the results have been consistent. Ive been seeing Tina for over 15+ years, but it got to the point when a walk-in would come in she would ask if she could take care of the walk-in(s) and I made my appointment. I quit going, Ive been going to Red Persimmon for 11 months now and they do a great job. The shop here has 12 chairs for spa pedicures, walk-ins welcomed and appointments are great, your person who takes care of you its just you and them until your appointment is complete. The tools they used come out of a sealed packet, no tools are used on a previous person. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Called very last minute, and an older lady sat my sister. She gave her what is the most attentive manicure ever. My sister walked out saying she had never had a tech pay attention to the detail like the lady did. Dont remember her name, but she was the most elder one and she took her sweet time.

Im so happy I gave this place a try!!! I went to a different nail salon in Vista last week and I was so upset with how my nails looked that I came here just a week after.The inside is pretty spacious and clean. They have wifi and charged my phone while I got my nails done. Im really picky, so I was nervous at first... But my technician had so much attention to detail and Im very satisfied with how it turned out! He even gave me a short back and hand massage at the end, which is never a bad thing.I will be coming back in two weeks :)

This place is great! I go here every 2 weeks for a mani pedi. They do them at the same time which is great, nothing worse then spending the entire day at the nail salon. They do an excellent job. I have tried a few places that were closer to my home and the dont come close to comparing in quality. I recommend having an appointment.

Its always hard to find a nail salon when you move to a new city! After reading reviews I decided to give this place a go. I got a hot stone pedi & a gel manicure. I had destroyed my nails so they were pretty short and the nail tech didnt have much to work with. But she made them look great and my pedicure was great! Will definitely be going back.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend as a walk-in customer on a Friday night during the holidays. Although I did wait about 30 minutes, the staff made sure every customer was seated comfortably and offered us beverages and candy.Once I was seated at a nail station, I waited about 10 more minutes. During that time I was able to watch everyone working. The techs take extreme care with each customer and the atmosphere was light hearted and upbeat.De did my full set and polish change on my toes and I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my hands and feet ever again lol. All the techs do precision work and I would give this salon 10/10.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Best place for Shellac manicures and pedis! The staff is great, prices are reasonable and the quality is always great. Going on over two weekswith my shellac mani without any peeling or defects.

This is the only place i will come to. All of them are amazing and take their time to make your nails perfect. Tere does my nails and they always come out perfect!

I came here with a bridal party of 10+ and they did such a good job. Everything was organized and prepared for us ahead of time. They really planned for us. We had enough attendants to help us with our manis/pedis quickly. They also let us bring food and decorations to make the bride feel special. Actually the whole event was simple and easy; a dream come true. Im so glad the salon was easy to work with.My pedicure was quick and perfectly done. This salon is so clean and sleek and it looks so cute inside. But the nail work is top notch. Thats reason enought to come back.

I had been having my nails done by the same person for about 25 years when she retired. I had tried others on occasion with great disappointment until I found top nails. Great services and staff. Finally found someone as good as my gal.

Friendly. Usually pretty good. Last time I went I got a pink to white ombré acrylic nail. Within a few days they changed color?? Pink is now orange and white is now a light nude color. Doesn’t look good at all, looks dirty and gross. Disappointing for $50.

My girlfriend went and got her toes done a couple weeks ago. The lady kept pulling a lot of skin out on the side of her toes my girlfriend was in pain and uncomfortable. The lady ended up cutting into both of her big toe nails which resulted in bad ingrown toe nails. she has gaps on the sides of her toe nails from all the skin she took out. VERY BAD SERVICE! WARNING!

Maxx was friendly. Pretty good job but not flawless on my pink n wht french. Patient though. Wish paid more attention to cleanliness,clean at first glance. Most likley will go back.....Went back still dirty.had a pink n wht fill and started lifting couple days later.Wont go back again

My daughter (13) and I went in yesterday. My daughters got a mani, the girl made her fingers BLEED. For my pedicure the woman pulled somuch skin my skin bled and hurt. Today it is swollen! For my manicure I had very lnog nils, told her to just cut a bit off, she cut them down hlf way then filed the rest! HORRIBLE service, would never ever go there again.

The lady cut into the side if my nail. i hope it doesnt turn i to an ingrown toenail. she didnt speak or smile. put on my shoes too soon with the toe separaters still on and messed up 2 nails. she was grumpy. id rather drive an hour round trip to encinitas . color was pretty though

Went to this place for about 2 years. After about a year my nails became a mess. Breaking within days. At first I thought is was because I have only my real nails under the acrylics. So I paid for a new set and cut my real nails. They still broke. And I noticed my nails beds had become very wide. Not normal!! Well come to find out they were pushing my cuticles back and stuffing them with to much acrylic making them wider. They stop talking to me like a regular and spoke in a language I dont understand among one another. Last visit I ended up with a split nail and a infection. So I stop going. Just not friendly like before not as much effort. Yes they are cheap but they have started acting cheap too. Not worth the time.

I have gone several times but today was the worst, the woman to remove the gel from my nails, she put the nail polish remover on me as she did not come out, she filed my nails over me and now I am with a tremendous pain in my nails, besides I started to drop the enamel, very bad in place and very expensive.
