Highly recommend if your child is filled with energy and loves climbing stuff! Ive been taking my kiddos for little over 2 months now and they are in love with it! The coaches are very friendly, accommodating and super respectful! The staff at the counter are super welcoming and make you feel part of the family! Parking is small but there is street parking. They offer a free class to try it out and I promise you, you will not regret it!

I love Tempest!!! I go to classes for an hour every Monday, and its a workout, but also fun and creative. Im in 6th grade but Im smart enough to know that the staff is amazing, work well with kids like me and give great advice to get better! There are different levels of skill, you start at beginner, then level up to PK all day, then Train Hard Kong Hard, etc, etc. Im in PK and I love it. Parents, if you want a fun way to get your kids active, tempest is a great way to do it!

We had a private party for my nephews 15th birthday. We has the entire place to ourselves. Everyone had a blast!!! I loved that we were able to sit in the waiting area and see everything going on.

Tempest Freerunning Academy North County is a safe and fun environment for active kids wanting to learn moves, jumps, rolls, climbing, spins, turns, and twists without hurting yourself. The teachers/coaches are patient and try to connect with the kids at different age levels. The manager is reasonable and fair. I had an accounting problem she worked it out with me. I highly recommend this academy for Parkour type of skills.

Fun for all ages. Its a great place for the kiddos to run around & burn energy. A super great time for parents to have self care time.

Ive been working here for over two years now and Ive enjoyed every minute of it. Staff is respectful to each other and to customers, making it a very positive work environment. The kids and adults I have in my classes always have a blast, and I love being able to teach them new skills every week.

This place is really great for practicing! The staff are really great at helping people push forward while still recognizing general safety. Theres also a ton of different things to do here depending on the direction you want to go.

Love this gym. If your kid loves gymnastics but struggles with the strict dogma that is organized gymnastics tempest is the place for them. They still have structure to keep you safe but they allow and encourage exploration of movement and what you want to explore.

This place is really well put together. Super fun for the kids, and adults. Lots of great obstacles, pads trampolines, foam pits, etc. Staff was very professional and good with the kids.

One flaw about this place is the time! It was my daughters 7th birthday and she told me about this place when we went it just started closing at 9pm she started crying.

Tempest is a large playground for adults and teens. There is a large trampoline, a spring floor, and a couple obstacle courses. They have classes for kids, as well as homeschool hours.

This is the place where young children can learn new skills and have a wonderful time.It is amazing to see how quickly the kids learn new ways to get over obstacles quickly. They also learn how to fall without getting hurt.If you or your children like to have fun running, climbing and jumping, this is the place to go.

I’ve always wanted to come to tempest to train here because it’s such an amazing facility and has everything you would need to train in: Super tramps, bars, ledges, pads, walls, and even a foam pit. I went here today and I definitely would come back, only if I could. I wish that tempest could expand their complex, and reach out to other cities (Dallas :)Besides that I enjoyed the class I took here...I forgot the instructors name, I think it was Anthony or Christian, not sure, he taught a green band class, but anyways super chill staff and overall the whole place had a great vibe

This place parkour trains for one hour before free running! First train is free! Free run is $20! Training is at 10am or 11am! Free running is from 12pm to 230! Its great to experience it if you like to jump, climb,flip and roll!

The kids love it! It is in the business district. It is not a place that you can see from a busy street. This place is smaller than expected. Not much seating area for adults.

My 12 year old LOVES this place and cant go away, bot even for a drink of water. And its really cheap compared to other trampoline parks!

My boys (7&9 yrs old) LOVE this parkour gym. They have both never been super excited about sports but they beg to come to these classes. Highly recommended!!*Update- we had to cancel after being a member for 6m due to traveling for the holidays and when I tried to make up the last class we missed, they wanted to charge a $30 per child drop in rate and not allow us to make up the already paid for missed class... such a bummer they have to be so expensive and inflexible on some of their rules..

Place is fun, people are chill what more could you ask for. Facility is a 10!

The San Diego parkour community welcomes the Tempest Freerunning family to our fine city. The North County location is by far there best build yet. Highly recommend for those looking to level up there skills.

Called many times for my boys birthday. You guys have the worse hours of operation, always get a voicemail, always call me back late hours and you barely any spots available and after all the wait now you are booked until December if business is that good add more time slots!!

They were very helpful and if you are trying to learn any tricks this is the place to go I just learned my standing backflip on ground. They are Co-Operative and everyone there is nice.

Great place to go with your kids. First Class is free but after it costs a lot for classes

I was visiting California for the very first time and Id been wanting to go to tempest with my kids for a long time. My kids were having a great time but about 45 minutes in my daughter got hurt. She fell off of a ramp and broke two bones in her wrist. Tempest is not a place for little kids. It is a place for talented parkour and freerunning.

I love how you can use the mats and how the whole staff are very kind and friendly!
