We decided to get hardwood floors installed in our living and dining rooms for our rental property in Virginia Beach. After having Dan meet me at the property, I was blown away by knowledge he had of all types of flooring and the enormous inventory they had available. He brought the floor samples to me and walked me through the available options. Ive never dealt with hardwood flooring before and had zero idea about engineered wood options either, so its was refreshing to have someone educate you versus just selling. Needless to say we will be buying our floors from Dan and having him install them too. Now looking for waterproof options for the kitchen area for our own home and definitely going with him again.
