John was personable, professional and very helpful throughout this process. He took time to show me options and we came up with a plan for doing my floors in my condo. I decided to do the downstairs first, due to my budget, and will use this company again to complete the upstairs. I am very pleased with the work and the installers were wonderful too. I highly recommend!

John walked us through the different types of materials, tones, and what would be the best fit for our home. He was went above and beyond to help us getting our carpet replaced before moving our furniture into our new home too. This new carpet truly brightens every room its in and is a whole new facelift for the house. The day of installation, the team arrived bright and early, were professional and friendly. I had extensive flood damage that happened right around the holidays and also in the middle of the first COVID year. The backlog and spotty follow-through for flooring restoration help was disheartening. Mr. Redding and his crew of workers helped turn my rental around into a place I can say I am now proud to inhabit. The floors are gorgeous! He handled my entire flooring situation professionally and effortlessly, and was especially understanding with my landlords who are elderly, new and out of state. When I was looking to redo my floors, I had a hard time finding someone to respond to my inquiries and come out and give me a quote.
