My flooring committee has been struggling to find a commercial flooring place that will work with us on elevator flooring needs. W.C. carpenter pulled various books that met the codes for elevators. Both women that worked with us were extended helpful. This is the ONLY place in the area that has been accommodating. If you start with this company you wont have to look further.

Cecil and the flooring experts at WC Carpenter did a fantastic job renovating the floors at my office, which were 30ish years old and in rough shape. They installed new tile and carpet and the difference is night and day. They completed the 7k sq ft job in two days and were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend these folks for any floor renovation, and like supporting a small/local/family-owned company as well.

WC carpenter has done our office floor with vinyl and carpet and i am very pleased with their service. The floor is looking really good. Jes helped me pick the carpet and vinyl color. They completed everything on time. Best place to replace floors.

The owner was super helpful and they have a gigantic selection of high end floor coverings. They will turn any carpet you like into an area rug with nice, finished, bound edges. A+

Advertise hardwood install/repair but after wasting my time, they decided my job would not make them enough money so they made an excuse about why they couldnt do it. dishonest company...do not trust.

I/We do a lot of Business with WC Carpenter and over the years they have proven themselves to be an excellent contractor from product selection to installation. Working with the office staff is a pleasure! On top of all their other tasks they always insure product is correct and delivery is as scheduled. We typically have a number of flooring projects going at one time and of course we are just 1 of their many customers, the installation scheduling is always as promised. I love this business, I wouldnt use any other flooring company except Mill End Carpet and thats only because I own property in NC. I do shop prices and WC Carpenter has always been the best on value, the staffing is the Best! The people there are dedicated and trustworthy, they know their products and stand behind them. If anyone does not know about this place You are losing out! Besides they give away candy at the front desk.
