I contacted them and they where there that day. Within a few days they were there for the installation ON TIME. After installing the new roof and 3 skylights and showing me any wood that had to be replaced. The clean up was thorough and blew off new roof, sidewalks, porch, decks and driveway. They were gone in 5 hours. I was very satisfied. Unlike other contracts they were ALWAYS ON TIME!!!!Would highly recommend them for any services they preform,

House looks great! Best Price replaced my entire roof, did my siding, wrapped my windows and replaced porch lights and several other things...I called around 5 different companies for the job, two never got back to me (as referrals), and when I narrowed it down, Best Price was the best price lol. My home is very old, so even when there were a few surprises, Sunny let me know immediately and I never thought I was being taken advantage of, which is important to me. As well, I always asked lots of questions and his crew always took the time to explain what they were doing...and at the end of the job, even with some extra work, it still came out at a lower price then what I had been quoted for by other companies/individuals. So hooray! I am the happy.

Friendly, honest and have used them twice for work done.....vinyl window trim and house trim, and again for new windows install. Ive had others do same work and they cant match his prices or his craftmanship. Trim around windows look amazing! If you want it done right and at a good price, call them!

Sunny was a very nice young man and he and his crew worked very fastidious and did a great job. However, just a few years after installing all new windows and covering all our wood with metal so that we would never have to paint again, the paint on the metal started to peel! He did return twice to replace the metal around a couple of windows and some of the trim metal, but because he used the same defective metal, it is all peeling off again. The metal that should have been used was the kind that was not just painted white but the kind Where the metal is actually white throughout and not just painted on the surface. I know it’s been several years since I had my job done but I have had nothing but regret for trusting that my job was done right and that if I had gotten what I paid for I would never have to worry about painting the trim on my house. His team was there working when I expected them to be and they worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Called them back up and asked them to replace our gutters and trim, and again, the work is fantastic. Looks great and priced well below competitors. Sunny and his crew recently did a complex vinyl siding job on my moms house that I own in Chesapeake and I came away very impressed. I got several estimates and theirs was, by far, the best. They came by to give the estimate without me being home, which was super convenient. They started and completed the job on time and the siding/trim looks amazing. We had an excellent experience working with Best Price Exteriors from start to finish. Sunny was very knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions, texts, and phone calls. His crew completed the work on the house and did a beautiful job. We had all of our wood trim wrapped and 2 windows replaced (which was a last minute add-on). The crew showed up early and worked hard each day, even making up time on the weekends when they were rained out during the week. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. I know how frustrating and worrisome it can be to find the perfect contractor when work is needed on your home. Weve all heard all the horror stories. After speaking to numerous companies and getting estimates, we heard about Sunny. It only took one meeting and we knew we had found our guy. Professional doesnt begin to describe Sunny and his crew. They were there when they said they would be and completed the job (new roof, wrapping and gutters) on time. My husband mentioned that there were a few spots on the vinyl that had shingle marks. Sunny came out the very next morning and cleaned any spots on the entire house! Now thats service!!! Rest assured --- you wont find any company that is better! Were the envy of the neighborhood!

Called for information on a repair, the person who answered the phone was rude and not very helpful. He only wanted to tell me that he had a $500 job minimum, as if I know the actual cost for the type of repair that i needed.
