Reynolds Exteriors did a fantastic job doing my windows. Paul and his team did a wonderful job with quality as their number 1 focus. They did my next door neighbors and watching the job they did was better than any word of mouth. Dwayne personally thank your team and I would highly recommend your company to anyone that are looking for quality windows at a great value.

We had used Reynolds for our roof years ago and it is still in great shape. When we needed windows we shopped all over VB and then called Reynolds. The quality of their product is heads above everyone else and they came to our house. The installation was fast and they left no mess at all. I will use them again !

This company visited my house four years ago to talk to me about replacing some damaged siding or something. Im not even sure, its been FOUR years.I still receive a monthly phone call from this company. My answer (Im not interested) has never changed.I told them Im not interested in their service. They dont care. They still call.I told them I dont live there anymore. They dont care. They still call.I told them I dont own that house anymore. They dont care. They still call.I told them to please stop calling me. They dont care. They still call.Do you know what HAS helped?Adding them in my phone as Dont Answer Selling You Siding so I dont answer. I have blocked several of their numbers, and they just get a different phone to call me from.I have received calls from 3 separate numbers for FOUR YEARS.Im not sure how they think stalking will get them more customers. But man oh man. Im ready to be done with them forever.

My home was built in 2007. In the last 2 years the aluminum trim has begun peeling and continues to get worse. I contacted the builders who installed the trim and they said it is not supposed to do that. They also said it should be under warranty. I’m so frustrated. I had an estimate quoted to replace and it is $1,800 plus. I cannot afford to replace but it should have lasted longer than 8 years if not a lifetime. The person who quoted said he had never seen aluminum trim do this before. I feel Reynolds has a poor product and based on the 2.2 review rating it appears I’m right.Sincerely a frustrated customer

I have had my Windows installed by Reynolds approx. 7yrs. ago. One window in particular has been leaking at the frame. I reported this several times. Once they came out, re calked and charged me! It still leaks. Unbelievable damage at that same window still. Insurance will have to get involved now. So ask yourself...

My experience dealing with Reynolds Exteriors was everything I hoped for in dealing with a contractor. From the entertaining and informative sales pitch to the detailed yet easy to follow financing discussion and capped off by the highly proficient work crew, I feel as if this team was truly invested in improving my home and satisfying my wishes for timely completion, minimal intrusion into my day-to-day activities and high quality workmanship while providing an industry superior product. My own plaudits for this companys work were backed up a few days later when my alarm system was reconnected. The technicians sent to reconnect alarms for doors and windows were very impressed with how the work crew from Reynolds Exteriors had left the alarm wires for future reconnect. They didnt have to replace any lines under the house and were able to rapidly reconnect alarm sensors again minimizing intrusion into my day.I would highly recommend dealing with Reynolds Exteriors for all your exterior home remodeling needs.

After stating I did Inot need my wife home for the quote and that we all work opposite schedules. they persisted to try to line both of us up. And then as if I wasn’t worth the hassle He said thanks anyway. This is a common sales pitch tactic to come bully a decision prematurely. I don’t tolerate this absurd practice. A company should want your business based on their performance and your needs as a customer. Not conforming to their business model and their sales tactics. Zero stars if possible. As a customer, a very knowledgeable and competent customer, this practice is insulting.#itsourpolicy

Poor communication and unwilling to assist previous customer on a repair. When you spend the amount you do on your homes siding, you expect a certain level of customer service no matter how long the install was.

The installation of vinyl wrap for all wood trim on three sides of our house, personal garage door, new vinyl porch railings, and porch columns was great! The installer really cared about doing a quality job and he did!! We are very happy with the finished product.

I was so disappointed in the look and presentation, that I called Dave back up. I got a call from Gale who wanted to do the much promised walk around (I was told we would do a walk around and inspect everything to make sure it would be to my liking) and I said I had some concerns. He was very anxious to pick up my signed paper saying I approve, so he came by on Sunday night after I came home from work. I commented that it was DARK out so how could we possibly do an inspection. I said he figured I was naturally happy with everything. When I told him I had a list of grave concerns, there was a definite shift in his stance, a sigh and seemed utterly flabbergasted. I told him some of my problems. I had talked to Dave as well and they kept saying how they dont do structural, and that the wood was all good on the roof. I said I dont know anything about roofing, but I know a dent when I see one and it was still there. They said the tiles naturally curl when first put in when it is cold (it was about 65 degrees that day) and that it was all fine and he really wanted me to sign the paper. I said that was the only guarantee that I would ever hear from anyone ever again so I didnt. He was upset but left. Two days later (in daylight) Dave said he had a long talk with the boss. They said the didnt understand what the problem was. The then (rather insultingly) tried to point out how pretty the color of the tiles were and reminded me again about how nice the ventilation was. He was trying to seems to deflect the argument and snowball me with pictures and issues. I said there were also nails still left in my yard. Indeed when Gale came by HE stepped on a nail too. There were nails in the yard, in my air conditioner, and plastic washers as well all over the yard. In the end, it took them 3 days to come up with this but they said the wood wasnt bent in, my rafter is bent OUT. Since they dont do structural they didnt touch it.It took all that to finally tell me that ...... it could have been answered the day after they finished but they kept talking about colors, and tiles, and guarantees... Very distracting, very indirect.... Never taking the time to address my concerns.I dont know roofs but I know I wasnt happy, I felt nauseated that the roof looked a little worse than before with the curled tiles. All the leaves on the roof were simply thrown down on the on the bushes and they knocked down one of my boarders surrounding the front bushes and never put back. And oh yea, did I mention NAILS everywhere???Dave promised that he would have someone to come by to sweep up for the nails... that was the end of October. As of the 5th of December, they still havent come. The tiles have flattened out, the dip (or is that bulge???) is still there, and I am making payments now.... But they never came to take their sign down, and never cleaned up their mess all the way. Im not talking about the odd hidden nail, these were obvious and easy to see if you were taking the time and looking. So much for customer service and follow through. They may use nice stuff, it may last 20 years, but the distracting and carnival salesman tactics demean the company and their professionalism. Not sure if anyone will read this, not sure if anyone cares. But they say you only get one chance to make a 1st impression and Reynolds Exteriors not only missed that mark, but never really did anything to address their mistakes.I had two other people looking to redo their roofs, and needless to say, they lost two potential customers.

I got all 14 of my windows replaced by Reynolds. They were a little pricey but the guarantee was what sold me. Little did I know it was worthless. For several years now we have been trying to get Reynolds to correct a minor installation error. Call after call gets promise after promise but they have never shown up to fix the problem. They did show up to look at it with a promise to return and years later I am still waiting. They sell a fine product but dont count on them for any follow-up. Over the years I have turned 3 of my nieghbors away from Reynolds and I hope they have done the same. Reynolds has forgotten the importance of Customer Service and I hope I can do everything possible to remind them of ignoring a valued customer.

Hated it pretty well sums it up. They contacted me and insisted on my wife being present for the free estimate. The free estimate turned into a high pressure sales pitch just like those time share ones. We got the old used car let me talk to my manager ploy as well. The free estimate ended up over twice what other more qualified companies that were actual recommended by GAF quoted. Save some time and look at the GAF website for reputable installers.

They got one star because I couldnt give them no stars.Consider this. I live in a townhouse of 1800 sq feet. These guys knock on my door and I get this two hour long presentation about warranties an how happy people are. So great, right? They quoted me $11,500 for a roof, on a townhouse. Thats right $11,500! Bahahahaha! I ask the guy if he got the dimensions right because that was a crazy number. The guy goes out again to remeasure so I run next door and asked my neighbor, who has a much bigger house how much he was quoted by Reynolds and he tells me $14,500, that was about $10,500 more then his highest quote. Bahahahaha!Enough said. These guys are taking advantage of people on the ignorance of construction cost, using hard sales tactics, and pressuring to sign a contract on the spot. I know how much my roof should cost, no more then $3500 and that is a good roof. I can get and economy roof for $2500. Its a shame that they are sticking it that hard to people. If these guys show up at your door, tell them you are a renter.

I am so frustrated with the service I have received from Reynolds. I had new gutters put in and they pretty much stopped working after the first rain. It is my fault I should have complained earlier. I called several times over weeks and left messages and finally heard back to hear my warranty was already expired(a warranty i was never informed on). EVEN after hearing that i said i would pay to have someone come out and nearly three weeks later have not heard back and now i sit here as its raining and water is only coming out over the top not down the spout. For the price i paid and for what i got i now feel it is more my job to inform as many people as i can to NOT have work down by this company. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOU DONT WANT BE IN THE SAME PLACE ME AND MY FAMILY ARE IN!!!!

An annoying salesman from this company showed up at my door today and tried to pressure me into buying replacement windows, claiming that I had to order by March 1 to get the Marketing Program Discount. He was reluctant to tell me a ballpark price per window so I could compare with price quotes from other companies. The single sheet of literature he left behind did not have the company address or phone number and had many grammar and spelling errors. I am very suspicious of this company and will not do business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a pressure sales group that will not stop calling OR will just show up at your door even though they have been told to stop. I have asked them several times to remove my number from their call list and they said they would. Well for about the last 2 years, they continued calling. Yesterday, Bonnie called me again and after fumbling through her list to remember who she was calling, she asked if I was still interested in trim wrap. As soon as I told her that I already had it done, and before I could ask her to remove my name one more time...she hung up on me without a ok....thanks.... nothing! NOT the way to run a business.
