I have 40 year old crank windows in my home that needed repair. Brilliant Glass was able to replace windows whose seal had been broken and repair the mechanism to open the window. The repairs were top notch. Brilliant Glass was very professional and a joy to work with. I almost wish that I had more damaged windows:) I recommend them highly.

The owner came in prepared, was informative and seemed very competent. Even with it being so close to the holidays he made sure he took care of what I needed and at a reasonable price.I called many different contractors out to look at what I needed done and they could not compare on responsiveness, professionalism and honesty. If you need windows done by someone that is honest and above reliable then you need to give this company a call. I could not be happier.

We had Brilliant Glass install a shower door and a large custom mirror for a master bath remodel. They did an outstanding job from start to finish! They first very carefully removed our old, glued on mirror, all in one piece, so we could repair the wall and paint. They patiently waited months for the everything to be in place to install new glass shower door and a custom mirror over the vanity. Javier really listened to what our vision was for the bathroom and had great design ideas for both the door and the mirror. They came well prepared to install and took great care with such things as protecting the new floors, being ever so careful with both installing the door into a marble surround, and precisely hanging the huge mirror. He even taped paper on the mirror to protect it while installing the lighting fixture globes over the mirror. Such care, attention to detail and professionalism added a special touch to our beautiful new bathroom.

I was referred to Brilliant Glass by a friend and I was very very pleased with the customer service and work completed. I brought two different items to the shop and they were completed while I briefly waited...I was so happy to have the glass replaced in a family heirloom that I was not sure could be easily replaced. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so upset with this company because of how many times i had to ask for a quote. I was told i would be given a quote on Friday. Never received it. I called them this morning and they said they will send to me as soon as they come into the office and unless their office opened up at 3:39 PM est time then doesnt look like they will follow through with that word either. You do what you want but if a company cant handle something simple as a quote then I dont even want to pay them to do the work. Im sure there are other companies out there that can get perspective customers quotes in a timelier manner.

We own a design and signage firm, called Stones Throw Studios. You have heard of the phrase, People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Well, we wanted a little glass house for future marketing materials. We described our parameters to Javier: perfectly clear and about 8 x 12 x 10 and he delivered! It is seamlessly constructed, neatly and cleanly executed. Just what our vision was. This is not easy to do in glass! He did it.
