United Roofing did a great job. They were on time, courteous, respectful an reasonably priced. Nate came out the the house to do our quote and he was really good at helping us with our decision process for color and type of shingles we wanted. He was very thorough and explained everything so the we understood everything. The only reason that I give them 4 out of 5 was because of damage to the trim wrap on the side of the front porch and was assured that someone would stop buy to take a look. After a week with no contact I got up there and straightened everything up myself. My only recommendation is to do a thorough walkthrough before they leave the sight and point out even the smallest details so that you are completely satisfied. Dispite my dissatisfaction with their follow up, I would still recommend them to friends and family.

Tim Brooks was recommended by our next door neighbor who was very happy with his work. After getting three bids to replace our worn out shingles, we felt very comfortable with his attention to detail. Ours was a large job and the weather was very hot and humid. Additionally, we have a large garden next to the house that they had to work around which was no easy undertaking ! In fact, that was my biggest worry! Nevertheless, they completed (and cleaned up) the job beautifully with no hitches whatsoever in only two days. And our garden still looks as good as new with very few exceptions and we have a beautiful new roof at a reasonable cost that should outlive us.

United installed a sealant on our rubber membrane flat roof. Tim was responsive from the beginning of our interactions, did not oversell and promptly answered my questions. The installer was professional and respectful of the property. Pleased with the overall experience.

The associates working for United Roofing were very professional and respectful. The work was completed in one day and I love my new roof.

They installed a roof that leaked repeatedly. They couldn’t fix the leaks and refused to replace the roof. Tim Brooks, the owner, promised to pay for the property damaged by the leaks. He did not follow through on his promise, and I had to sue the company.

I didnt get the chance to use this company for my home although I wish I had. I got coerced into another company without realizing I was signing a contract. Had I not been gullible and found this company first, they would have been the ones to do my roof. Ron is honest and despite not having a job at my home he still assisted me in trying to figure out in what ways I had been mislead and advised me on what to do. I will use this company for future work.

We got excellent service from United Roofing company. Had some minor problems after putting the new roof but the owner himself came and took charge of these problem. I am sure going to call the same company to fix our flat roof in our another building whenever it needs replacing.

Tim - I heard that A Step in Time had your name in some Google AdWords. The adwords campaign was started a week ago. I understand key words and I agree leaving your company name out of key words is fair. I had my adwords geeks make sure they only take adwords share by fair keywords. Sorry for the internet fight. A mutual friend reached out to me about this issue. If our company name comes up in your company name then call me. I have handled this so it should not happen.
