Called and scheduled to have appliance picked up. Never showed up. No call. Called back and he said he forgot. Then told me that it would be $35 after the fact. Dont waste your time. Schedule a bulk pick up with the city.....FOR FREE. False advertisement....gives reputable companies a hard time because people assume that they are being dishonest. Stop advertising as free...IF IT IS NOT!

Called to have a few appliances picked up agreed on a day and time never showed up never called. I ended up calling the guy and was told truck was in the shop. OK I said I would call again, made the a scheduled time again with plenty of notice to pick up the appliance. I had my 75 mother waiting for him 3 hours no show no call nothing, I called and asked why didnt you come by he said he had to pick up a family member. I asked why didnt you call and make an elderly woman wait, he had no answer. Dont use this guy, a terrible businessmen man and dont trust him.

We were surprised the CUSTOMER SERVICE we got, He fix our washing machine so quickly and charged super cheap. My family was very happy with HIM. Finally we found someone HONEST, WORKER AND EFFICIENT👍🏼😊🙏🏼😎

I have an issue with saying something is free then when I call they find an excuse as to why free turned into $50.00 . Really just be honest.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! IT IS NOT FREE! I called to have my stove picked up and they told me it would cost $35. Bunch of liars. I would have given ZERO stars if it was possible.
