Cost and customer service was great!

Great service and help. The service received was that of times gone by. This is not a big box store but a great mom and pop ran business. They had what I needed at a great price that also came with advice.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. They were assigned to fix my fridge by the warrantee company in December. They troubleshot by PHONE instead of coming out to check it and ordered two parts that took 6 weeks to come in. They replaced those parts and immediately left without verifying that it was working. Then, what little was still working in my fridge, completely broke. They again diagnosed by phone, ordered another part that took a couple weeks and swapped it out and promptly left again. We repeated this process FOUR times. They refused to call the tech support line like the warrantee company has demanded, they ignore our calls, fail to show for appointments without any communication, and overall do shoddy work. On top of that, they suddenly changed the name of the company to Wall to Wall Appliance Repair without informing the warrantee company that contracts the work to them. Something fishy is going on and I wouldnt be surprised if they just up and disappear with no notice to current customers.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Phone calls and text messages went unanswered for hours on a friday to only find out on Monday that he refuses to assist with my broken fridge. VERY Unprofessional! I didnt have a choice as my Home warranty set the appointment but I advise finding someone else if possible! Im sure the voicemail was going to a restaurant too!

Used this garbage company though my home warranty, they never fully fixed the fridge. They did though cut my water line behind the fridge leaving it leaking water into the wall and into the garage which we didnt notice for three days. I will report this company to the better business bureau along with filing a small claims law suite since they refuse to fix the damages. Stay far away from this company! They are messed up the job and now just keep telling me they arent coming back.

We use this company and they returned call right away. They also came out in a scheduled appointment and fixed our frig.It was leaking and they took care of the problem and fixed it. I was surprised to see the negative reports. They were great with us, and we will use them again for any appliance need.

Terrible communication. Messages go unanswered appointments constantly missed.
