I have been coming to see Trina, an unbelievably talented, experienced nail artist, for about a year now. Every time I go in to get a dip manicure, my nails look unbelievable when I leave. This last time, she looked at me and said “Christmas nails” and this is what I left with. She always knows what color speaks to my heart! I love her too, she is an absolute sweetheart!

Wow...I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years now, I have been to just about ever nail place all over Virginia Beach and I never have experienced a place like this. The quality is exceptional and the staff is just amazing. Everyone here is professional, efficient, and kind. I have never found a nail salon as good as this one, genuinely do not waste your time going anywhere else.

My absolute favorite nail salon!. I get the dipped nails and a pedicure with polish to match of course. Ask for Lena my new nail tech guru shes the best! I have no complaints whatsoever and that says a lot.

This nail shop is so professional and well organized. I loved everything about my experience, and so did my friend. Abbie did an amazing job on my nails and was so kind and patient with me when I had no idea what I wanted. They turned out amazing and I will 100% be back.

Have been going to this nail salon for years. Love all of the technicians and the owners are sooo kind and so accommodating. They renovated a few years ago and I love it even more. High quality work and wonderful staff!

Ended up leaving, called for an appointment. They gave me a time, arrived a few minutes early at their request, when I arrived they told me to pick out a color. Several people were waiting, 30 mins after arriving still had a few people ahead of me. I was totally ignored, they never apologized or gave me an estimated time,, dont bother to book appt because they do not honor appt and dont care, lost this person as a customer

First time at Envy Nails and my nail tech did an amazing job! My nails are absolutely flawless but they were pricier than what I am used to paying in Virginia Beach. I typically pay $35 for dip powder and $5 for a kids polish, but at Envy Nails I paid $45 for dip powder and $7 for a kids polish.

This is a great place, it’s been years since I have taken the time to get my nails done. So when I stopped in a little later in the day with no appointment they quickly got me in and made sure I felt welcome. My session kept my nail tech there past closing which I apologized multiple times for but she made sure to say it was no problem. Her attention to detail was outstanding and made sure not to rush even after the shop closed. It was an absolute pleasure and she made the experience great. I will definitely be back.

So let me start with about a year ago I used to go to this location I would make an appointment but I would sit up in the front of the salon an hour pass my appointment still waiting to be seen which was my fault however I stopped going there back then.. So just recently a week ago I decided to go back there and see if they would cut down my nails OK the lady that answered the phone was the one who actually trimmed them down she also charge me $10 (mind you my nails were short I just wanted them a little shorterso after that I came home and then I called there to see how much it cost to have them trim so over the phone she says it’s eight dollars to trim then but they don’t trim them if they’re gel polish which mine were gel when she charged me $10 and she knew that because she warned me that the nail might crack or the polish, which it didn’t however, but when I told her I was there the other day and she charged me $10 she said Oh yeah sometimes it depends it could be eight or 10 so that was kind of misleading right there and then I questioned her on a fill because I used to get Fills there and they were 30 bucks now they’re 40 bucks and I asked her if I had to do with Covid and she said no that’s the regular price and always has been LOL Another misleading answer I gave them a one star and never go back........Also I would like to say I looked at a lot of all the other reviews and only the ones that were good got a response from the owner all the ones that were bad or gave negative feedback no apologies or nothing from the owner he didn’t respond to none of them wow😮

All I can say is I love my nails my girl Cindy is awesome all the girls in their are excellent and I cant say enough about the owner Toms customer service this place is the number one place in Virginia Beach to go if you want to have a dip service that lasts over 4 weeks

I showed up to Envy nails at 12 pm and was the next in line and they allowed 3 people that were getting the SAME service in front of me at ONCE!!! I do not appreciate that because I spent an hour and a half of my time waiting to go next and they PURPOSELY kept skipping me!!!!!! Do not go to this nail salon. Period!!

First time there, I was really happy with the service. I moved and had to change salons. I will go back! I got dip powder, it was 40.00 but she did a great job. Bring cash for a tip.

This place is ALWAYS packed and for good reason! They take great care of their clients needs and are even great with kids! My daughter is 8 and has a bad habit of biting her nails down to below her finger tip. Cara did a great job of doing dipping powder with a fake nail and ensured it was age appropriate and didnt go past her finger tip 🤗 I work in a corporate office and they ensured my nails were not only BEAUTIFUL but, work appropriate. I was recommended this place by a friend so, I followed them on IG and after scrolling through their pictures I saw why they are highly sought out. There is no other place I would ever trust with me or my daughters nails *note: if you go, make an appointment or expect for a rather long wait but its worth it*

Today I went to Envy for a set of ombré pink and whites. It wasn’t very busy and I was seated almost immediately. I was able to view a sample of the different color options before choosing. I really like the way they turned out!! My nail tech was friendly and did a great job! Only giving four stars because they seem to charge more than other salons I’ve been to for the same service.

I absolutely love this nail salon. Just moved here in 2019 & tried to find a good nail salon to do dip powder on my natural nails. Don’t want to use acrylic or extensions. They have so many colors to choose from. My nails last a little over a month (if I don’t do anything to break them myself) I would recommend anyone in the area to this place. They offer your drinks while you wait and keep good conversation 😊

$50 Spa Pedicure with foot massage & wax softening was wonderful. Great service and she talked me into trying a 10 minute back massage which was $10 and it was absolutely worth it!

I have been going to this place since ‘18 but I would never go back there again. Me and my husband had a bad experience for pedicures and still had to pay full price. The lady with the pink hair did his toes and this is how it looks.

First, When I made an appointment (during Covid) I was not told that I should not bring a purse. When I arrived, I was not greeted in a friendly way. I was told go wash your hands, when I was seated for the pedicure I was harshly told to not bring a purse next time. No explanation was given. No words were spoken to me just commands to not move my feet while in the water! Really? I was tense the entire time that I was aggravating her (Trina). She acted like she wished she was still on unemployment and didnt get called back to work. Oh, and when she did nip me and I moved, all she said was Did that hurt. No apology. I did not get the warm towels on my legs either. I should have said something but I didnt want to spark another nasty comment. I tipped 30% since its tough being out and tips are a big part of the nail technicians pay. I wont be back.

Express pedicure not worth 60$!!!she don’t even use cuticle pusher on my cuticle for good cleaning. Instead she use drill machine on my natural nail!!!

Tried to make an appointment for 2 for a gel manicure and were told we would not need one and we could just walk right in and be fine. 20 minutes later were waiting when a lady comes in with an appointment and gets sat right away, which makes sense considering she had an appointment. What doesn’t make sense is why she was allowed to make one and he sat immediately, and we were not and waited for 25 minutes. Rude and unprofessional. Have been coming here for years and usually love it so this was especially disappointing.

I went in to get a full set, but had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The girl that was at station 6 tonight was very pushy about trying to convince me to get the powder gel instead of acrylics and when I explained to her that I would keep it in mind for the future and I appreciated her explaining the difference I would still just like to have acrylics for now and that the gel was too expensive, she made me feel as though I made a bad choice and treated me like she was mad and was rather rude to me the remainder of the time.You should never make a customer feel like they made a bad decision and treat them as though they did something wrong. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and when I go to get my nails done I go to have a nice and relaxing experience and do something nice for myself, not be made to feel like Im a hassle or inconvenience. I went here for the first time about 6 weeks ago, and I have been back 3 times since. I had a different tech each time, but all were just as great as the other. I have done dip and gel, and both are great.The first time I went Tammy was my tech, but each time after that she was busy so I wasnt able to request her. Super sweet lady, she is extremely kind and friendly and always asked me questions to ensure I liked my nails.I definitely just found my new spot!

Envy nails does such a great job with my nails every time I come. They have the latest and greatest of nail technology. The dip powder with French manicure looks so amazing, is healthier for my nails, and lasts for weeks. I’ll never go to another salon again !

I moved out of the area about 6 years ago and every time I come to VB for a visit I always come here. The store is clean and inviting and the staff is always friendly and professional. Amy did such a great job massaging my legs during my pedicure today, I almost fell asleep! Very reasonable prices too!

So, I called to set up an appointment and asked who was available between 2pm-5pm as the young lady who did my nails last time is not working on this particular day and unfortunately, I cant remember everyones name off the top of my head although a clue definitely helps. I was told I can either say who I want or come in and wait and this came from Tom the owner. I work in Customer Service and I naturally try to work with everyone in a customer service related business as I know what it entails. When I asked why he was being so disagreeable he then hung up in my face. I wasnt expecting such blatant disrespect and was very upset by the encounter as Ive been going there for a couple years now. Ive even recommended it to others but I was shown today my business isnt welcome there.EDIT: Since they truly value the opinion of their customers and how were treated (please understand Im being facetious), I received the same standard reply that theyve sent anyone who didnt like the service there. Its really sad how nonchalant and uncaring they are about how they make people feel.

As most know, being a military spouse and moving every 2-4 years, can make it very difficult finding new businesses to trust for certain services. And finding a nail salon was no different. When we moved to Virginia Beach in July 2017, I soon found Envy Nails, by recommendation and Ive enjoyed visiting every 3-4 weeks for the past year. All of the Envy Nails technicians are great, but Kara is my favorite!

Best place to get nails/ pedicure done. Staff very nice pleasant. They make u feel comfortable and take there time with each customer. Never have to wait even if u walk in w/out an appointment they will see u no matter what. Highly reccomend!

I love coming to Henry at Envy Nails. He is very personable and does a great job with my Dip powder and gives a great foot and leg massage with pedicures. I have heard from my best friend that other people in this salon do a great job with dip too but Ive only been to Henry. He has done my nails quite a few times and I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! When he does my SNS it last for a month or more. No chipping, no breaking, no cracking, good price, no complaints what so ever. He is talented and fast too! And yes! These are my nails that Henry helped me grow. When I take dip off my nails are long and strong

Had a wonderful experience here; the staff was friendly; the salon and bathroom smelled great (not overly chemicaly at all); and best of all my gel nails look AMAZING. Tammy was very helpful in helping me pick out a natural color for my short nails. She also used a buffer tool that was gentle on my cuticles before clipping so I felt no pain. 10/10 would get my nails done here again!

I go here normally and usually I get pretty good service today was a different story. The owner was pacing back and fourth while I was waiting 15 minutes at the least to even get my polish off and they weren’t super busy. The lady doing my nails was pretty rude and was hurting me often and everytime I told her she had some excuse as if she had to do it, as far as I’m concerned as a client if I’m being hurt it means to stop. Tammy is great though! If you do come here request her!

I highly recommend Envy Nails to anyone. Had my nails done a couple weeks ago at a different nail salon & I wasnt pleased at all. I was in a hurry & had a Christmas party that night. My nails were oddly shaped & very thick. Henry fixed them & made them look & feel so natural. Thanks Henry! I am very happy & will be back.

I live in Greenbrier, and I drive almost 30 minutes just to come here. I usually get Henry, but if I do end up walking in, any of their nail techs have been just as amazing. They always listen to what I want, and for Henry, he takes extra time to make sure my nails are perfect. I am a bad nail biter and with their help every two weeks, I have finally grown my nails out! I highly recommend dip powder, it lasts at least 3 weeks (and thats me picking at them and being rough on my nails). They also have an amazing selection of color options in regular, dip powder and gel polish. They also do amazing designs!!!

While my nails look good, the customer service was not. The male who did my nails kept leaving in the middle of him doing my nails to ring people up, fill up the pedicure bowls, etc. He left at least 4 times, and was very rude. When I didn’t laugh he would pass it off as “just joking” and my friend and I went there together and she walked out after they were almost done with my nails and she hadn’t even been seated yet. All this place cares about is getting money, no regard for customer service. I will not be back (except to get my eyebrows done by Lana, she’s great)

Not good at all. Glue everywhere, and cut me twice. Overall the nails look nice but messy technique.

Received a pedicure here on Friday, had to remind the nail tech that she skipped steps on one foot,nails cut slanted and she didn’t file all toes, I repeatedly corrected her work as she went on, nails and toenails painted uneven she said it would dry even, well it did not. Came back in today not pleased and the manager advised me they could only do a top coat because it’s not that bad, she then told me to come back later because they are to busy right now. This is my second time coming here I will not be coming back worst service ever. Total waste of money. Please don’t waste your time here very rude and they rush through every service.

It was a beautiful salon and i love my nails but it’s been an hour and they’ve already gotten messed up and chipped. the lady who did my nails seemed rather insensitive and somewhat rude. the customer service in general was bad. i felt i was being bullied into getting something i didn’t want.

Worst nail place in all of Virginia Beach. Came back in to have my nails fixed since they did not dip them properly. Had me wait 30 minutes to then come tell me that I needed to wait another hour before someone couldHelp me. A woman walked in right after me to get the same service and she was helped while I was still waiting. It seems they don’t care to fix their mistakes but just gain new business. Will never come here again. Expect a refund when I call you back later today.

I’ve been in this place three times and every time I was satisfied with my service, but today it was something that I won’t give even one star for the service . My basic pedicure for $25 was 12 min long, it is nothing else to tell about it . Sooo sad

I have been going to Envy Nails for 4 years. Prior to that I used Cara at 2 other salons. I use to drive from Williamsburg to VB every 2 weeks now I drive from Smithfield to VB every 2 weeks. The salon and staff are absolutely the best.

I came here last week to get my nails done. I got an overlay. Literally two days after that my nail broke. So today i went in to get my nail fixed and the lady who did it didnt even use the right color polish and she half did the design i had so now my nail looks retarded. I didnt even like they way she did it the first time. She just rushed the whole process and not to mention they did a horrible job on my eyebrows. Never coming here again.

Today was my second visit at this nail salon, and it will be my last. My male nail technician was not at all gentle. My skin around my nails were “nicked” many times by a drill tool, and my cuticles were shoved back so hard by the tech he caused me to bleed. My pedicure and dip manicure was very rushed. I even made an appointment for both services. My legs were barely massaged, and I didn’t receive lotion or a mini massage on my hands. I even mentioned to the tech that he nicked me, and his response was “oh sorry”, and contiued to assist other walk ins, and then sit down to proceed on my service. The amount of money paid was not at all well worth the service. I am very disappointed, and I won’t be recommending this salon to anyone.

It takes a lot for me to complain about a service, but this is the worst nail service Ive ever had. I should have walked out when they emptied the tub my feet were soaking in (while I was waiting on them) and they let me sit there with no water for a solid 10-15 mins despite the owner walking past me several times. The lady who finally gave me a pedicure was rude and it was obvious she didnt want to be there. The salon itself wasnt very visually apeeling (not that it matters), and not very clean. Theres so many good salons around dont waste your time here.

Dont recommend this place. Very rushed. He left scrub all on the back of my legs. My friend and I came in together and she didnt get started till after I was done. He rubbed my legs for literally 1 minute each. Dont come here!

I drove 45 minutes out of my way to come to this shop. I follow them on IG and all of their posts were nice sets of nails and most of their reviews on google were good so I gave them a chance. I went for my service Saturday 2/11/17. An older man did my pedicure. He rushed the job. I didnt feel him really clip any skin around my big toes and he only went back and did a better scrub job because I said something to him. The service was subpar. So that was 30.00 wasted. Next I received a full set of what they call baby boomer nails. The ombré of pink and white is all that I like. I asked for the ballerina shape and I have squared nails. 2 nails on my left hand have uneven acrylic. I pointed it out 2 her twice and she said she had to drill first, my pointer fingers are not the same length which I pointed out to her as well and she just looked at me and did something. I also have acrylic popping up on the sides of some of my nails and it has only been 3 days. This set cost me 60.00 so a total of 90.00 was wasted. I will not return nor recommend this place to anyone else. They have 2 stars because the wait time is not bad.Uodate: 2/16/17Cara fixed my nails. She did an excellent job. She is in the first chair by the register with red highlights. Didnt give 5 stars because I had to come back way before it was time to.

I went in April 15 2019 to get acrylic I paid $32 for the acrylic and the nails was short I wouldn’t have mind the price if my nails were actually good today Is April 22nd my acrylic is coming off I paid $32 for a work that didn’t even last me a week I will never be back again
