The owners are awesome and super nice. The gym looks great, is always clean, has fantastic equipment, tanning booths, and hydro massagers. For me the best and most valuable part has been my fitness program/workouts with Hayley. She is a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer and I have never felt so comfortable in a gym before I came here.Thanks Fit Fam!!! :D

Excellent facility. Everything is brand new and amazingly clean. The layout is awesome. The hydro massage machine is definitely a must 👌 they have plenty of cardio equipment. Very clean bathrooms. The staff is amazing. Definitely recommend this to anyone from entry level all the way to very serious athletes. And the best part of it all, is that its 24 hours access 🙌🏽

This gym is conveniently located at the ocean front making it easy to come in whenever works best for our busy schedule ! Staff is professional and always willing to help .

In town for family vacation and stopped in for a quick workout. Ill start by saying the facility is absolutely immaculate and the equipment in excellent condition. We really enjoyed meeting Alexis and Hailey. They were so friendly and helpful, unlike our gym in Florida. We will definitely be back before the week is over!

Great all around gym. It has a good selection of free weights and machines at a good price. Also has tanning and massage chairs for a little extra. Clean and a locker room with showers. Friendly, easy going staff.

So I have decided to join 24/7 Workout Anytime Gym tonight, and I was met with a bright smile and an eager person to help me with my fitness needs. Alexa, was the smile that greeted me at the door as I walked in, and I was later introduced to Haley. After a 45 minute brief workout I actually found Haley, who was in her office I might add, and I asked her a question about a piece of equipment on the floor.Without hesitation, she got up from her chair placed her sandwich down on her desk, and followed me out to the floor to assist me! I apologize to her because she was in the middle of having a brief break in her busy schedule. Haley and Alexa showed me that they are there for their people, and are in it, to win it! (Sorry for the quote) This is a great place to train, the gym is clean, great mirrors, top notch equipment, beautiful bathrooms, massaging beds and a room for getting your tan on! I am proud to be a member of his gym and will recommend it to anyone who is serious about their fitness, or just want to get into a gym that is there for you. I look forward to my next day in the gym!

I made the switch to this new gym. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made. The gym has everything I wanted from great equipment to lift or do hiit workouts to friendly staff and great music. The vibe is awesome. The trainers are so helpful! I have my first personal training session set up for next week and I am so excited.

The owners of Workout Anytime Virginia Beach are the most passionate people in the fitness industry. I’ve been with One life for over 8 years and once I met these guys, I wanted nothing more than to be in their gym atmosphere. It’s a smaller, close friend/family vibe. If you prefer more one on one attention and aspire specific fitness, health/wellness goals, this is the gym for you. Just joined and I don’t plan on leaving. Get in there. Ask for Lex or Hayley. They won’t disappoint.

So excited that this franchise has opened in VB! I’ve visited them in other cities and was so impressed by the equipment & availability. Great communication from the owners on the road to opening (in COVID times) and happy we’ll be able to workout anytime. Need to setup my trainer session next!
