Great gym, personalized, clean, great people, and a true love for fitness. Their hours of operation are great, and different programs are a real workout. You can train alone or in groups, and always have the support you need. The owners take great pride in their establishment and it shows. Personal training is right on, and bring your A game. This is the best gym in the area hands down! The HOC staff and all the trainers are amazing they really care about helping people reach their fitness goals. The gym is very clean and has great work out equipment! I consider this my second home...I am very thankful to be able to train there. If you are serious about your fitness this is the place to train!
