Good Service

Its a nice gym and all but the Family Gym is less than to be desired. It has the space for the kids to play and the equipment BUT there is barely anything for the kids to play, TV is never on nor works, and there is some broken and outdated equipment.Its like us family get the leftovers for equipment or a after thought for the kids play area. It needs to be updated and more age appropriate toys and other things. Its truly sad that they say oh we are for military and their family and yet for the gym the family is the LAST to be thought of. Its a real shame. Dont know if I will be going back.

Gym is well equipped and staff are very friendly. The sports medicine clinic is very nice and the people actually listen to you.

Its never crowded and staff is amazing.

Love going and doing my workouts here.

I like it better than the big gym.

The only place with a heavy bag?

I always get a good workout.

OK gym. But whoever controls the music, haze yourself please.
