This was by far the HIGHLIGHT of our trip! We are total boating newbies, and Susan made everything easy and a literal breeze for us.... When we arrived, she had the right size life jackets ready for our two young kids, and the duffy powered up and ready to go. She gave clear instructions, and was just a pleasure all around. Our family loved our two hours on the water... Relaxing and beautiful scenery all around. The duffy is super clean and feels absolutely luxurious. Susan even took great photos and a video of us. Highly recommend working with Susan and her team!!

My family of 4 rented a Pontoon Boat from Susan today. It was incredible. She was extremely communicative and very flexible. Upon arrival, she had two correct sized life vests for my kids and gave us clear instructions on where to go for the best journey. I would, hands down, recommend this company for your family. Bonus feature (for me) was being able to connect via BT to the sound system to blast my “boat vibes” Spotify channel. We cruised until we couldn’t anymore, turned around, anchored at a beach, went for a dip, cruised to a great spot for lunch, grabbed some oysters and headed back. It was a fabulous day and we appreciate Susan for her friendliness, concern for our safety and overall memory making experience.

Actually I don’t know what FRIENDS you are referring too. I came with co workers (US Army Soliders) from all different backgrounds. We went out on the boat however the service was unprofessional. Don’t group me with another group of patrons because I’m AFRICAN….. IM NOT AMERICAN 🥺 Again this reply shows the unprofessional services we received.

Susan was awesome and definitely would rent from them again. We had the pontoon for the afternoon and the whole family had a great time. During our time out a big ole area of precipitation pop up out of now and Susan was checking up on us to make sure we are safe and sound. Till next time.

Renting from VB boat rentals was the best decision I made on my trip to Virginia Beach. I surprised my boyfriend on Tuesday with 7 of our friends with the Duffy boat rental, we had a blast. Susan was great in letting us decorate the boat and bring our own food and drinks she made everything easy and took the time to explain to us all of the safety features we needed for the water. I look forward to coming back again and renting from her in the future.

I rented a boat for my birthday and it was a great experience! Susan and Cody were very helpful and made sure they put our safety first. Was very fun and easy to navigate the boat; will definitely recommend to friends!

The boat was so cute, and it was a really nice way to spend my birthday!! Definitely worth the money! The owner was so nice when we first arrived, and I was very pleased with the experience. However, when it came time to loop back around to the marina, the GPS tripped everyone up and we circled at least 10 times trying to figure out which way to go. The owner had been watching us over video, and did not even question to see what happened. She immediately assumed we had been doing donuts in the water, which we were not.. and who would going 5 miles an hour? Upon our return to the marina, she was visibly and verbally agitated. She was very rude before even speaking to us about the “incident” and not professional in the least. We missed her two phone calls, but we returned them each time we noticed. The two times we spoke with her not once did she even ask, “Hey, are you okay? The video shows you are circling around a lot.” The last 20 minutes ruined the vibe, BUT I would still recommend this to anyone. It was a nice way to spend the day, and it’s so beautiful out there.

This was the most amazing experience from start to finish. The vessel is beautiful and fully equipped. The ride on an electric boat was so enjoyable, and the fun with the group was unforgettable. Thank you Susan Neely so much. Should be called Top Notch Boat Rental! We will return.

What an amazing time we had on your boat! Theres no better way to cruise the bay, than in an electric boat! It was so easy to drive, anyone without boating experience can maneuver it with ease!The engine is so quiet that it was perfect for an intimate get together with our closest friends full of conversation and laughter.To be able to watch the sunset from the water was breathtaking!What a perfect date night! We had drinks and appetizers while cruising they bay listening to our favorite music, than we pulled the boat right up to Surf Rider for dinner.We will definitely use VB rentals for another romantic evening out!

We had a great time out on the water in the Duffy electric boat. It was a quiet and smooth ride. The boat was spacious enough for our party of 7. The interior was classy and the throw pillows added a touch of whimsy. You had everything you needed for a picnic on the water. Susan and her staff were easy going and a pleasure to deal with. We will gladly be back for more trips out on the water.

We had a great anniversary boat ride! It was very relaxing. It was definitely worth the price even if it was only two of us. I would have loved to have our mini schnauzer on board so that was the only down side but understandable.

My group, which ranged in age from 3 to 75, had a wonderful time with our boat. Susan was so pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely recommended!

Awesome Fun! We booked an electric boat from this company at the last minute Memorial Day Weekend. We were not really sure what to expect, since we had never been on an electric boat before. The rental far surpassed our expectations! We had a great ride through the inland waterways and Susan and Cody could not have been more helpful from start to finish. We will definitely do this again and we highly recommend it to others! The boat was top notch, well equipped and even had cute little pillows!

Absolutely amazing experience! My family and a few friends booked this boat for my 40th bday party. It was a blast. The boat was so clean and well stocked. We had dinner onboard, had a fantastic time and even saw a few DOLPHINS! Super friendly and hospitable!!! 5 plus stars!

This is my second time on the boat. Once again had a blast. For anyone looking to do something different and just enjoy the water for a couple of hours this is it.

We first went on a boat ride with Va Beach Rentals in August. It was our wedding anniversary. We had scheduled a cruise with the Spirit of Norfolk in June. A few weeks before our cruise( in August), they e-mailed and said the date was no longer available. They stated we could reschedule for another day. It was our anniversary. You cant change the day. So my husband hear thru a friend about Va. Beach Boat Rentals. He called to set it up. Susan set up all the arrangements. She saved the day. Thanks Susan. We had a blast. The trip was very relaxing. It was so relaxing we booked it again a few weeks ago. Thanks Susan for setting it up. Everything is what we expected it to be. We will continue to use this service. I highly recommend it to all!

Awesome experience. All my friends loved the flavors of cruising at sunset

Our family went on one of the best boat excurisons I have ever done. Having sailed many times on cruise ships, I was a bit apprehensions as smaller craft usually left me queasy. The craft holds 12 very well with plenty of room, and the electric motor makes for a very quiet ride. It also allowed us to come in for a closer observation of an Ospray nest without disturbing the adult with excessive noise. The quietness also lends itself well to being able to carry on conversations and not having to speak above your normal tone for others to hear you, We went out on the Lynnhaven inlet up to the Lesner Bridge to watch a beautiful sunset from start to finish. I just cant say enough about Susan and what a pleasure that evening was for all of us.The lights on the sides and under the bridge were a lovely added attraction. You really aught to try this for yourself.

First off, Susan was great! She is such a friendly, nice, down to earth person. She was very prompt and communicated with me regularly until time to arrive on the dock. She was very knowledgeable about the boat and explained all the rules and regulations thoroughly to us in (Lamens terms) lol so wed understand what all to do in certain situations. We had a good time but with Susans help made it way better.The boat ride on the other had was exceptional!! We had the time of our lives actually. It doesnt take much for me and my family to have a good time..but WE HAD FUN! There was an aux cord to hook up our music to, and we jammed the whole time. We enjoyed strolling down the canal at 5mph, viewing all the beautiful homes, other boats and reading all their names. We passed crab traps, birds nest, little side banks where people camped out, bonfires, rope swings, road under bridges and seen kayakers too.The other boaters were really friendly as well. We waved at almost all of them lol..and even the residents sitting out in their backyards by the water..they all waved back to our surprise. You could also tell that the other boaters were boat OWNERS and knew the rules AND respected the newcomers and just the other boats in general.The best part for us was probably when other boats would ride by and leave us in their dust, all the while creating these waves that would come crashing into us making the boat rock uncontrollably and making the water splash on us. It was truly a Thrill!It was nice to see the different restaurants where we could pull up to and go eat if we wanted. We brought our own food and beverages so we didnt have a need to get off the boat. There were dishes and utensils provided on the boat which was very convenient, so we had all we needed.The scenery was magical as the sun went down, the water was nice, the ride was relaxing and the experience was GREAT. We are satisfied customers and will definitely do this again.
