August is amazing. I use him for all 3 of my boys. He is timely,precise and can work with all types of hair. My boys feel comfortable in his chair and the results are always something they are proud of!

If you want an absolutely top notch beard trim, you have to go see James. He was professional, polite, and his attention to detail was second to none. All the other barbers were friendly and welcoming also.

Not sure where this feedback is but, I came in showed a picture of my haircut he said cool I’ll do it, at the end I got half a fade and wasn’t too pleased with it. If you can’t do it just say I can’t do it. It felt like I was the second guy he did a haircut on.

I asked for a simple haircut and god knows what Julio was thinking, man messed me up and decided to use a spray can that colors in bald spots on my line up so I wouldn’t see how bad it was. Nothing but professional. I lived in VB for the last 7 years and I only wish I found them sooner. Jenny and her team are excellent in their craft. Best quality and service I’ve ever experienced getting my haircut. I am new to the area and I was looking around for a place to get a good men’s cut. Luckily it was suggested to me that I should try out Topline and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Blaze cut my hair and I was blown away at the precision of his work and how he would stop periodically to make sure that how he was cutting was what I wanted. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back.

Ive had my hair cut by T and Jenny. They are consistently awesome at making you feel like a million bucks when you leave. My eyebrows are always crisp after Jenny trims them. I haven´t had my hair cut by Blaze but I see all the people he takes care of and he does quality work. I´ll keep coming here for a long time.

So I just moved here to VA beach from Cali where I’m originally from. I walked in not knowing what it was about but the vibes just felt right. The wonderful owner came up to me and welcomed me luckily I caught her at the right time! I got one of the finest best haircuts I ever got in my life along with a complicated design that she absolutely FINESSED . Mind you she is more than booked with appointments but had the kindness of her heart to perform perfection ART in my head. My first hair cut on the east coast and now I already booked another appointment with her! She is amazing along with the other employees that work for her to cut hair as well. Our daycare provider took my 7 year son here to get his hair done for school and he loved it, he went as far as to tell be he has to go there every time now and not one of the big chains. So I decided to give it a shot with my oldest son (who is oxygen dependent) the staff took great care and were aware of his needs. I really enjoyed the small talk and professionalism and caring that was shown. We have already set up appointments to get done again in a few weeks. This will be our new barber shop . Thank you

Its always difficult to find Barbers that are able to cut Black hair but after trying a few other barbershops in the area I can say this is my favorite closest to Dam Neck. I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Tee who took his time and worked his magic. Thoroughly impressed with my mid skin fade that I was able to call today and make an appointment for today and we actually started on time! Thank you so much Topline Crew... I will say I wish you gave the military discount every day but I am HAPPY paying $26 + a tip for the attention to detail that I received!

My entire family gets their hair cut here, including myself. I dont mind paying for good quality work and Jenny definitely provides that. Shes professional and loves what she does. She does great design work and pushes herself each time to create something different for me each time. Keep up the great work. Any female that would like to try out a design and has tapered sides or an undercut, give Jenny a try. I promise it will be well worth it!

Shortly after she opened, I started going to Jenny for haircuts and beard trimming. After a few EXCELLENT cuts, Jenny asked me if I wanted to step out of my box and try a new hairstyle, (for a 50+ geezer like me, its a BIG step) which I did, and the work was again, SUPERB. TopLine Cuts is a clean and professional atmosphere. Her other barbers cut extremely well also, very professional and they ALL greet you as you walk into the establishment to ensure that you are welcomed. As a note, make an appointment to be on her books and if you are running behind, text her as a courtesy, she will work with you.

I have to say that this is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Blaze did awesome on me and my 18 month olds sons hair today. He was very patient with mason and did so well with him that he was falling asleep in my lap while getting his hair cut. This is my second time having blaze cut my hair and he really takes a lot of pride in his work. He literally makes sure that every single hair on your head is cut perfectly. Normally when I go to the barbershops to get my sons hair cut I have to wait and listen non-sense from a bunch of men. NOT AT TOPLINE CUTS, the atmosphere is very relaxing, staff is great, and my son enjoyed his barber. DOC took his time with my son and encouraged as well while cutting his hair! I LOVED the cut and my son did not cry at all (he usually does)! 10 stars to DOC!!

Haven’t had my hair professionally cut in a shop in over 10 years. My hair is so straight and thin I always just buzzed it at home. Let my mop grow a little bit and decided to get a nice styled cut before a recent vacation. Scheduled an appointment with Bryce and he killed it! Found a nice style that worked with my crazy hair. Come see him for those awesome pomps and parts you see everywhere. The shop is nice and clean and all the barbers are really nice. You can tell the owner (who works there too!) really loves what she does. I’ll definitely be back!

I get my hair cut every two weeks. I’ve been to many all the barbershops in the area. Once I got my hair cut by Jenny at Topline I don’t go anywhere else. It’s the only barbershop that I’ve been able to get a consistently good cut week in week out.I would recommend setting an appointment. They do accept walk ins but due to the quality they get packed at times.Bonus: warriors taphouse is next door so you can grab a beer if you have to wait. And then your haircut will be great regardless.

I brought my son in for the first time today, to Topline Cuts. And glad that i did, all the barbers were cool off top. But Mr.Doc i highly recommend you go check him out. He no doubt gave a meankutt.

I got a skin fade, one side of my head was properly faded, on the other side I had a horrible weight line that was not faded.

Took their time and did an excellent job.

Only place I go now. Had my hair cut by multiple barbers and all do really well with fading layering and line my hair/beard up. They can cut all types of peoples hair too. Worth it!

Bryce did an awesome job for us. We had him cut myself as well as my two sons. We have difficult hair to cut and he did an amazing job with it. My oldest son is 14 and youngest is 3 and both had great haircuts.

This shop is filled with PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEIR TIME, and it honestly pays off for they will have you leaving their shop with a clean cut not matter what hairstyle or hair texture you have, these barbers can do it all.

Upon walking in you know you’re in the right place, very classy but simple style running throughout the shop, exposed ceilings, tile walls, concrete floors, just looks like what a barbershop should. Haircut was just as good as the inside. Will be back and bring friends next time.

Waited 30 minutes for you to open and no one showed up. Two other people gave up and drove away when I did too. Poor professionalism and obviously no service. Perhaps dont post the hours so big on your door and you wont disappoint as many people.

I recently have been going to this barbershop, always having the best intentions of the barbers giving me a pristine haircut (Keep in mind this is my 9th or 10th time consecutively of going there) and today out of all days I received the worst haircut and got overcharged for it without even paying much attention to the cut thinking it was professionally done! I’m highly disappointed and shocked on how I pretty much was played by this barber. Possible thought of reconsidering now.
