This review is 6 months late. I moved to the area last year and tried many barber shops. Fred and the family at Mac Kutz were immediately welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing and you really feel like youre treated like family every time you go. I have been cut by both Fred and Mark and you cannot go wrong, both have a ton of experience and attention to detail! They wont let you out of their chair without you looking fresh and sharp. Highly recommend anyone reading this to try them out and make it your new regular spot!

My husband and I was looking for a barber that was open on Sundays. Soon as we opened the door the shop was clean and we was greeted by Fred. Our son has a tender head and his skin is irritated easily. This challenge was nothing for him. Fred was amazing l. My son stated his hair cut did not hurt and he wanted to come back. They are so inconsistent. Sometimes my bf goes there and it’s perfect and other times it’s just like wth. Today the guy literally cut a patch in the front of his hair while doing the edge up bc he’s so distracted and tried to cover it up with some black stuff. Smh. He’s been trying to find a good barber since he moved here . This ain’t it .
