Did my own suspension repairs and took it in for an alignment. Drove home nice and straight! I have used this place before and I think they are honest and do good work!

I brought my car in for a state inspection they were honest. Accommodating, and they finished earlier than promised.

Great work and fair pricing! Had to have my sway bars and brakes done all around and Joe did a fantastic job. Got the truck back faster than expected. I highly recommend them for any automotive work your vehicle needs.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire balance and alignment and did not have either completed. My truck is lifted with a negative offset on the tires. I was informed that due to this, they can not perform the requested maintenance. I was still presented with a bill. When I questioned why they replied with, because the technician put it on the lift and then realized it could npt be done. Looking at my vehicle it is clear that it has a lift and negative offset. The charge was 78% of what the original cost would have been and it was labeled on the receipt as a suspension diagnostic, which I never requested. I asked for the print out of the reading on the alignment and was told there was none. Needless to say I will not be returning here for service and will be reporting them to the Virginia Attorney General as a consumer complaint.

I came in to use a Groupon voucher for a wheel alignment, and they redeemed my groupon voucher, but they didnt even perform it. They also gave me some phony list of a bunch of things wrong with my car, making it seem like my car was just gonna fall apart if I kept driving it, and used those as reasons for why my alignment wasnt performed. Thankfully, I have a good personal mechanic that let me know that list was pretty much bologna, and Groupon was able to refund me for that wasted money. I know not to come back here again. Just hustlers looking for money. Fellow women, beware. Some mechanics see us and think they can milk us dry because they think we dont know any better.

Twice these guys have helped me! First time I blew a tire right in front of the shop and they helped me with my spare. Second time a timing belt fell off my van and they lent me the tools to fix it. Super helpful and trustworthy

I took my Jeep to this place for an alignment of which they could not perform, because first they called to tell me my tires were missing chunks and they said because of that they could not align it. My boyfriend went back up there and looked and what they showed him was not chunks missing from my tires just uneven wear from a bad alignment so he told them to do the alignment and they said okay. Then they said the part they needed to adjust was seized up and that they could not get it loose so I needed to replace it. We bought the parts somewhere else and are installing them now only to find they completely over tightened my lug nuts and cross threaded one to the point where chunks of threads fell off and now that whole piece will now cost me more money and I’ll have to replace it. The part that they needed to loosen to preform the alignment they left bolts that they could break loose, un-tightened and we also just found that today as well while replacing parts. So I don’t recommend this place if you care about your safety and your wallet.

I came in for an inspection and the mechanic noticed a squeaking sound from.my engine. After opening the hood he discovered a belt tensioner getting ready to come apart. They found the new part, made the repair and inspected it within a couple of hours, all for a very reasonable cost. Excellent work, excellent customer service and excellent value! The folks over there at Napa are A+. Ask for Joe - he will treat you fairly, and honestly diagnose any problem with your vehicle. They wont gouge you for repairs you dont absolutely need. I had an inspection and wheel alignment done here. Fantastic service, and I highly recommend!

I give this business 5 stars and would give more if there were more than 5! I walked out of work last night and got in my car and the tire pressure on one of my tires read 11!! I knew I had to get somewhere fast! I work over at Landstown Commons and drove over here to the Napa BP. I ran in and asked the girl at the counter if someone could help me at least get my donut on until I could get home and she said without hesitating sure! A young man came from out back and said pull the car around back and he came right out with a jack and lug wrench and took the tire off and then took it over to see what was causing the issue. Of course, it was a nail which I had suspected! He took it out and patched my tire up and put it back on all within 20 minutes! I was just so blown away at how fast they helped me and how nice they all were about the situation! Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days! Not sure of their names, but the 2 that helped me deserve to be addressed! Thanks so much and I cant tell you guys how much I appreciated the help in a time of need!

Amazing service! With a packed garage and no appointment they still managed to fit me in to get my state inspection and get me back on the road before my lunch break was up! The team was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond honoring a discount coupon that I hadnt properly registered. So glad I opted to choose them and will definitely go back!

Very trustworthy. Brought my car in for some AC issues and they found it was a lose relay or something. I paid less than $20 for something other places might try and rip you off.

I give them 5 stars for responsiveness and friendliness.My car overheated down the street from their shop and my teenage daughter was driving and had to leave the car in the road and wait to be rescued. I was unable to get to her since she was driving my car, I called NAPA super car care center asking if i get my car towed their and told them my car was in the middle of the road on Dam Neck just a few hundred feet from them. They said they would go check it out and let me know.They were great! I was impressed that they didnt just blow it off or say they didnt have time. They were able to get the car to the shop and do a block test on it. While they said I needed a replacement engine and I turned down this repair due to costs vs. buying another car, I had the car towed home after to die. Despite not having had work performed here, i would definitely recommend them. I am so grateful that they were there during this ordeal. :-)

Hello,To respond and elaborate on my initial review, the alignment machine was not operable for the third time I contacted you on August 6th and for my apt on August 1st(he second time your machine was inoperable), no one ever informed us until after we arrived for our appointment. Bottom line, call your customers who have an alignment scheduled to tell them the alignment machine is down! Its common courtesy and good business! Luckily Groupon refunded me for this.

I went here for my inspection in October, they were very friendly and helpful, I couldnt drop my car off so I had to wait in their customer lounge. It took less time than expected and their lounge was very cozy! I am definitely coming back next year!

Very welcoming and polite on my first visit when it cost me $3000.00, and when I return to see if they can repair their work they say that can’t fit my truck in their garage. They were able to make it fit when it came out of my pocket. Never again will I visit this establishment.

This place wanted $50 for a high mileage oil change! I went to tread quarters where it was $36 for the same oil change. This place you are paying for a NAPA name and thats its, not worth the time and money. Im sure they do great service but not for me.

I had a fantastic experience at this NAPA location. Pep Boys seriously screwed up a 4 wheel balance job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (Custom Rims and tires) even after two attempts. NAPA got it right the first time. I just completed a 1,700 mile drive to Colorado with no issues. They were quick, provided great service and were completely professional from the men behind the counter to the excellent waiting room. I should have brought my vehicle here first and wont make that mistake again. Thanks for the assist NAPA.

BE WEARY! Last Sunday dropped the work van off to get looked at and they closed and parked my van outside in the parking lot with $1000s worth of parts and tools inside and NEVER EVEN CALLED!!!! How do you do that? Thankfully I have a spare key and went and got it... manager called and apologized and made it right so I scheduled the repair to be done a week later(tomorrow). Got a call today at 11:30am saying even though I have a scheduled appointment that I scheduled a week ago....... they are closing because they think they will be slow. I have a fleet account with them and was very happy with past service but they got me again! Now I have to go ANOTHER week without a repair! Lame! Id stay away!** Update **They asked one of the mechanics if hed be willing to come in and work on the van. He agreed and the manager opened the shop to take care of my appointment. I left at 3 stars because I had to deal with the situation. The WORK is great. He found spark plugs that had never been changed even though I paid another company to change all of them 2 years ago. Also, pointed out a few other things and made recommendations. They made it right in my book and I went back today so they havent lost my business. If they can keep up the good work Ill continue to go and soon may be recommending them again. Let me say this one more time. The work they do is great!

I’m 60 years old, bought my first car at 16 and in all of my 44 years of owning cars. I’ve never experienced the quality and helpfulness in Automotive Repair Customer Service that NapaBP gave me recently! I had a Groupon for a wheel alignment which is how I found NapaBP. I was shocked at how completely customer friendly they were. They even reduced my price on my front wheel alignment. Because, my car did not have certain adjustment options... UNHEARD OF! An automotive repair shop lowering their quoted repair price that a customer had already agreed to, out of simple basic sense of fairness??? This is the best, most fair and honest Auto Repair shop in Virginia Beach!!

I would not recommend this place. I went here for the first time last week, 9/5/16, for a vehicle inspection for my Toyota. There were two issues. One was my headlights, which I was a little uncertain about but I went ahead and told them to restore them since they would not pass them without it. They charged $90 which is about the going rate unless you are a Sams Club member, which I am, so I should have had it done there. But hindsight is 20/20. So then they also told me of another issue but said they needed to diagnose it first and asked me if I wanted that done. I said yes, since my vehicle would not pass inspection unless they fixed it. I was at the place at 1:30 thinking they would be done by then and they said they are still checking, should be another hour. I sat there and watched my car sit while no one worked on it and kept asking about it and kept getting the same answer. I finally went directly up to the tech who was supposed to be working on it to ask him what the hell was going on and he said oh, youre car has been done for a few hours now, we will have to fail it unless you want us to fix it. Well long story short, they had my car from 9 am until they closed and still could not tell me much other than they think they know what the problem was. The tech then proceeded to tell me he is not a Toyota technician and not 100% sure but could order the part. He also advised he looked up what the dealership would charge and it was around $1,200 so he would do it for a little less than that. I said thanks but no thanks, just fail me and I will take my car to the dealership myself. My problem is if you knew that you are not a technician and not that knowledgeable about my car to begin with, you should have told me that up front rather than offer to do a $100 diagnostic only to tell me you dont know for sure what is wrong. In the end I took my car to the Toyota dealership which I should have done from the beginning, they had it fixed in a day and only charged me $700 which included a new full inspection which they did at no charge. I would strongly encourage anyone to not take their vehicle here.

They are a pretty good bunch of guys. The staff is very knowledgeable. The location is very visible and located right on Dam Neck Rd near Holland Rd. Ive been taking my cars there since they opened a few years ago. They are accurate when they tell you when youre car will be ready and they are very good at notifying you with updates. When the estimates were a little too high for my budget, they worked to help find cheaper parts or alternate solutions. Sometimes youll have to press them for that information though. The staff has showed great patience and willingness to help even when I had a million questions to try to figure out if I could postpone some repairs or try to do them myself. They have been very instrumental in a few of my DIY projects and were very open and honest about sharing their expertise. I think thats the biggest reason why I have come to trust them. Oh yeah, their waiting area is big and quite nice. Theres free coffee, tv, and wifi too. I dont like having my cars in for repairs but this is a pretty good place to go.UPDATE: As of 2019, they have downsized the building and services. They moved next door and no longer do full service repairs, just oil changes and I think inspections. What a bummer! I used drop off and walk home.

I wanted to give this place an opportunity to remedy the situation before I left a negative review but the manager just couldnt rise to the occasion. I scheduled and alignment with this company and when arriving for my appointment, on time, we are advised that the alignment machine is broken. We then got rescheduled and again the machine was broken and again, no call to advise us of the broken machine. When the rude manager called me back me after dealing with a rude receptionist, he was combative and said that he cant call all of his customers back to let them know the alignment machine is broken, which is ridiculous for customers who have an alignment scheduled!!! I guess he would have customers waste their time by coming in to an appointment when their machine wasnt operable. Wow, what terrible customer service this place offers. My advice, DONT go here! Shame on you guys Napa BP!

I love this Napa AutoCare Center. The staff is always super friendly and never tries to get me to buy anything I dont want. As a woman who doesnt know much about cars, I appreciate that they speak to me in Lehmans terms about my car and tell me what needs to be taken care of ASAP versus what can wait. They have a comfy, spacious, and clean waiting area, and so far, theyre the only place that actually provide quality service for a reasonable price. My cars have survived significantly longer since Ive started coming to Napa. Even when presented with coupons to go elsewhere, I always pay the extra money and come to Napa where I know theyll get the job done right.

Had inspection today and found cheapest place for repair. Though had estimates from different places.

One star is one too many for this place. Its unfortunate because we DID encounter one hard working and honest employee, but as a whole this business was unprofessional, slow, incompetent, and shady. We were charged $400 on something that, oooops, actually didnt need to be repaired. We were told that we needed an additional $800 worth of repairs, but we found out, thanks to Chris the manager, that it actually didnt need replaced at all, it was a free tweek to the breaks, problem solved. Picked up the car and 6 minutes down the road it broke down with a totally unrelated problem that we didnt have when we dropped it off....$4,000 fix. WHAT? This isnt to mention how they lost our car keys overnight or how it took 6 hours to change the oil. RUN AWAY from this place, FAST!

After turning my truck in for a 100,000 mile check up on a Saturday, I got the truck back in non-working order. Oil Light on - Check engine light on, basically the engine was wrecked. I will never go there again, even for a state inspection. I would never recommend d them for anything.

Had a groupon for oil change & rotate the tires. The lady said a multipoint inspection was also included free (as I was talking to her about my brakes) I had an appt & it took 1 1/2 hours! Which is ridiculous for an oil change and I had an appt! They certainly didnt look busy either. Tires were not rotated & there was nothing on paperwork describing an inspection or any results. After being there that long I didnt question anything. Had to go. But certainly will not return or recommend to anyone!!
