I’ve been using London Bridge Auto for 20+ years, and they are simply the best. I don’t know how many times I’ve asked for work to be done ✅, only to have Eric tell me my vehicle 🚗 didn’t need a certain repair. I’ve had everything from a new engine to simple maintenance 👨‍🔧 done by London Bridge Auto, and I’ve never been unhappy. I recommend them to all my family and friends, and anyone who needs car repair 👩‍🔧 service!

Went in on an afternoon I happened to get off work spur if the moment. Needed an inspection and ran by to see if they could do it around 3pm. The office person was not happy and said it was a little late for an inspection but they grudgingly did it anyway. It needed work to pass and they quoted me a fair price, but then proceeded to lecture me about how if I was going to wait I needed to bring it in first thing in the morning, like I was a child.I understand that it is better to go in the morning for automotive work and planned to do just that, no lecture needed. The only reason I went in the afternoon for the inspection is because I happened to get the afternoon off work. They could have said no and I would have gone on my way. As a result, I do not know if the work itself is good. They were competent and had fair pricing, but I chose to go elsewhere for the work based on the general attitude and how they treated me as a customer.

I highly recommend this shop! My alternator died while at sandbridge for the week and they treated me right with a fair price and quick service, even though they knew I was from out of town and will probably not be back. The guy I worked with was named Eric. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Honest, friendly, fair. The only place I trust to work on my familys vehicles. Not only are they up front and honest, theyll even lay out a few options for handling different issues with your vehicle. And I believe its family owned.

If you need your vehicle worked on, this is the place to go. Fair pricing and my experience has been that they wont fix something unless it absolutely has to be fixed. Eric is honest and straight forward and any work I have ever had done has been top notch and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

Had 3 other shops try to fix my car... the last one giving up and saying there must be a gremlin in the engine - no kidding. A friend of the family recommended London Bridge Auto and I decided to give it a shot. It took a bit of time but I am patient. They were able to fix the problem that other mechanics had given up on and I was very pleased with what I was charged, it was very fair for the amount of work that went into the vehicle. I would 100% recommend London Bridge Auto Services!

Since 1996 Eric Harris and his team have been 2nd to none. They are professional, quick, reasonably priced and extremely honest. If you want great work done for a reasonable price then Eric is your guy.I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

Check engine light came on Friday, losing ability to accelerate. Called at 8am Monday - they said bring it in. I didnt think it was safe to drive so had it towed in (free with my insurance). I was nervous because it is an 2005 (but want to keep it as it only has 55k miles on it!) It was towed in at 10am - by 2:30 it was diagnosed and fixed by 4:30. And at a very reasonable price. This is 1st time I had ever used them and it was so seamless that I will go back.

I love taking my Honda civic there for any repair I need! The customer service is there is without a doubt the best Ive ever experienced. The staff is highly educated and trained at what they do! We recently had two cars that had significant car issues at the same time - a bad time for the family. Eric and his team got them both in and totally fixed all the problems and provided terrific customer service throughout the process. The prices were extremely reasonable. This is a great place to take your vehicle to to get work done. They are honest and have a ton of experience. I have been going there for several years for work and inspections on my truck.

Ive been using them for years and love how I can always get my car inspected and theyre pretty quick with my walk-in repairs (and reasonable on price compared to some) considering how very busy they always are. They fix what you tell them to fix and dont go overboard trying to tell you ten thousand little things wrong with your car in the name of $$. Eric is amazing as the office manager (and you can tell that place is NEVER slow). My only critique is sometimes answers to questions about repairs can be a bit vague (unless you manage to catch the tech). At least to me they are vague. Its a place you take your car, say fix this problem and they fix it and call you and you pick it up. Simple, straightforward, to the point.

Word of Mouth does travel. I was very fortunate that I talked to someone one that referred me to Eric and his mechanics at LBAS. I just moved from Connecticut to VIrginia Beach. These Guys are the Best Mechanics in Town. They’re Honest and Reliable. I wouldn’t let anyone else work on my Truck. I been with them for 12 years now. But I miss Jorge

I have been bringing my cars to London Bridge Auto since I was sixteen; my parents were using their services well before that. I drive an hour to and from their shop because they are the only people that I trust in this entire area to work on my vehicles. They are upfront and honest about everything that they do or need to do in order to get you back on the road. I highly recommend them.

Had been taking my Ford Ranger there for about 3 years but the last time I took it in it took 14 days to get my brakes done. Talked to Eric and he had no explanation except that it took them a long time to get parts. Really?! Parts for a Ford Ranger? Told him I would never take my truck there again and he didnt care at all. Awful customer service, too busy for their own good and dont care about their customers.

I had an appointment to take my Ford here for a 90,000 mile check. I called a day before my appointment to get quotes on a few other things that needed to be fixed as well. They quoted me THREE TIMES OVER what the dealership had quoted me at!!! The whole purpose of taking my car to them was to avoid paying the dealership prices. Then curious about the 90k mile check, I asked if their check actually included the services or just them looking at what should be checked at 90,000 miles, and they informed me I would be paying $200 for them to just CHECK everything!!! When I told them this was way over what I had been quoted at Ford, they gave me a I cant be bothered with you attitude, so I went ahead and cancelled my appointment. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mechanic to steer clear of these folks. Call around for price quotes, its a guarantee that almost ANYWHERE else will be less.
