Terry with State Farm has been incredibly helpful. Their rates were much better than our old insurance provider. Terry was more responsive also, providing us with details and helped us right away when we decided to switch. We now have our home owners, 3 vehicles, a boat, a golf cart, and a camper with State Farm and are SAVING over $100 a month from our old insurance provider that only had our three vehicles and camper. This is a great State Farm team right here! I moved from SC and they were able to transfer my car plan to VA! Terry is so helpful and responds to emails very quickly. She took the time to explain the different options for life insurance and as a young adult I didn’t know much about life insurance and how important it is! I also got a target gift card for referrals-so awesome!!

I absolutely love this office and their staff. I started with state farm under my parents insurance plan more than 10 years ago and transitioned everything to my ownership once I became an adult. I refuse to leave !! I maintain various policies in which this group takes the time to explain every detail to me. Don’t get me started on my the good discounts with being a good driver and having multiple policies. I have never once had an issue and I’m so grateful for them! Even now being long distance (I moved away from the Hampton Roads area more than 5 years ago) I never feel as if I am less of a priority. From honesty, professionalism to responsiveness and just being down to earth, Brett, Terry and the rest of the this State Farm team have an A++ in my book across the board!

Terry was very patient, and went the extra mile to ensure me that I was getting the best coverage for my money; even when it came towards flood insurance. When my loan officer and mortgage lender was telling me that my future residence at the time was in a flood zone; Terry went the extra mile, proving them wrong of the property not being located within a flood zone, and save me unnecessary funds spent on a product that was not needed. With the bundle product I received from Terry and Brett, I was able to cut my auto insurance cost from $190.00 monthly to just $119.00. Thanks to Terry, and Brett for a job well done!
