Best insurance company around! Definitely been telling all of my friends about him!

24/7 number. But will not answer a phone call ever I have emailed about trying to cancel me policy because instead of going down because I’ve never made 1 claim it has gone up 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Idk why it’s super easy to contact me about renewing me policy but no one has the time to contact me about canceling my policy 🤔🤔🤔

I was referred through a co worker about their customer service and they want to get to know you. While keeping it professional they make you feel apart of their family. That’s how you operate a successful business. Been there almost four years and no issues so far.

The agent does not answer the phone. I canceled my policy in February 2020 and as of October 2020 Im still receiving letters saying I owe them money. The agent said it was taken care of in the summer and as of October 2020 it still isnt taken care of. I would not recommend.

I’m just getting started with Allstate but so far the experience is amazing. Anthony has done an excellent job preparing my quote for me. This agency is 100% professional and quickly get to the point with you. Also all the staffing is Very friendly was extremely nice manners. I haven’t been with Allstate long but I know already I would recommend it to somebody Else in an instant.

Recently moved to Virginia Beach and needed to transfer my car insurance. I chose this agency and have been extremely satisfied with the rates and services provided. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Whenever I needed clarification or changes they were taken care of right away. Great Agency. Great Staff.
