Dawn has been very belligerent, unprofessional, deceitful. Told me the incorrect amount for a quote. Lured me in by giving me discounts I did not qualify for. Was only able to sort it out by calling the national number, though I still get stuck with the bill, right? Do not trust.

This particular office has been ANGELIC towards us, they have not only been super polite for years and years they have arranged situations for us that go above and beyond the call of duty when weve needed them. You reap what you sow. Examine your life. We, as a family, truly love all the staff at Bills office for basically treating us as kindly as family.

I have been with Bill Wrights office since 1996. When my apartment burnt down, they were so wonderful and easy to deal with. I couldnt imagine going through that without Bill and State Farms wonderful claims department, located off of Lynnhaven Parkway. Everyone in Bills office I have ever dealt with has been professional and polite.

Spoke to Rich today because of a few problems with my insurance. He could not have been more condescending. After letting me know that the 15 year old truck I called several months back to insure for LIABILITY ONLY had NEVER been changed to liability, he then claimed that I had never called them to make that change. The website was never correct with the group total of my insurance. I would call and usually a friendly young lady would help me and understood that it was the incorrect total, thus explaining to me I only owed 2/3 of what the website claimed. He continued to take control over the conversation and asking me questions I had just asked him. Whatever. Thanks for successfully making me feel like an in superior idiot when I was calling to make sense of this confusing mess. Weve been insured through this office for decades. But not anymore. Geico here we come!

This agency had the audacity not to renew my auto policy because they couldnt determine if my wife had a valid DL. Meanwhile we had already provided this info to them a year ago and her DL is good thru 2023. I only found out they had requested the info again (by email that went to my junk folder) AFTER receiving a formal mailed notice of cancellation 10 days after the email was sent. A simple phone call could have solved everything. They are more comfortable sending emails then picking up the phone to conduct important business. Take your biz to Geico or USAA.

This insurance company along with state farm is a rip off. just because I didnt want to shift my auto policy over to state farm they increase my deductible to 6692 from 1,000. thats vengeance and thats just wrong. they flood you with paper work and expect you to read hundred of thousands of words in fine print. in the last 3 years I went from 1400 yearly to 1800 yearly and increase from 1000 deductible to 6692 deductible. all because I like USAA auto customer service. would not recommend this company or state farm to anybody.

Sneaky, dishonest, very high deductibles, that is not explained when the policy is initiated. I have been with this particular agent/state farm since I bought my house way, way back in 1984 and has never filed a homeowners claim. Today, I tried to file a small claim for a broken glass paine on a front entry door and was told that it would not be covered because my deductible is over $5,000.00, yes you read this correctly. I was further informed, that if, I bundled my insurance with State Farm, my deductible will decrease, but will not be below $1,000.00. My deductible was increased because I did not want to BUNDLE with them. So basically, not much will ever be covered. Maybe, only if the house is destroyed completely will there be some coverage! Unlike their advertisements/lies, there is NO rewards/discounts for being a LOYAL customer. Instead, my homeownerss policy premiums have increased each year. Shop around and ask a lot of questions. Dont believe what they tell you right away. Take the policy home and read it! In the state of Virginia one has that right.
