All of the staffing at Centerville Manor have been extremely helpful with my moving experience/process. They have always responded in a timely manner often going above and beyond of what I’ve asked. Everyone has answered and/or addressed every single concern that I’ve had without hesitation. On top of that they have all been nice and kind making me feel welcomed.

I was in a hurry looking for an apartment & Licie really helped my move in process go smoothly and efficiently. I’ve always had bad experiences with apartments and their staff but she was the sweetest leasing agent I’ve ever had. This community is beautiful and I’m so excited to create new memories here thanks to this wonderful part of your staff.I also worked a bit with your property manager, her name is Shelby I believe. She was extremely helpful as well.

It is rare to find great customer service, however, Licie was very easy to work with and very responsive. She made the leasing process very easy. Overall the experience was a 10 out of 10. Although I had to change my plans at the last second, I would absolutely recommend Centerville Manor to anyone looking for a luxury apartment under A+ management!

Throughout my moving in process Licie Ye was there through every step. Even though we ran into a few hurdles at first, she was consistent and never gave up on our application. She showed amazing professionalism and great honesty about everything in our unit. There was never ever a delay in her being responsive, she replied very expeditiously to our emails. I have been living here for three years now. My wife and I first stayed in a one bedroom and then we moved to a two bedroom. We have been very happy with the management as well as the apartment. We can go out and walk our dog at any time and feel very safe. Neighbors are always friendly, and you cant beat the amenities. I would definitely suggest going to tour this community, and applying.

I have stayed in Centerville Manor for over 2 years and have never had one single problem. The community is very quiet. Neighbors are respectful, and office staff is always very professional. I would not move from here unless I had to. I love it here, Thank you to everyone who has worked hard to make this such a nice community.

I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe neighborhood, that is convenient to the interstate, as well as local food and shopping areas. I love my apartment, and any issue I have had, has been properly dealt with within a reasonable time frame and office personnel and maintenance are always super friendly! They also welcome animals and all the other pet owners here are super nice, everyone picks up after their animals and there is a really convenient trail that is available to walk pets on, equipped with doggy stations and all.

My friend and I lived here for a little over a year while we finished up college. I loved living here and was sad to move. The apartments were so spacious, my roommate and I never felt like we were living on top of each other. The office staff was always pleasant including maintenance. They have great amenities and we loved the fact that although its a really nice area it is a gated community. If I ever move back to Va. I would love to live there again.

I have lived here a little over a year with my husband and my daughter. I have nothing but great things to say about Centerville. Its a gated community, so we feel extra safe here with our daughter. The amenities are really nice, were able to work out In the gym or take a walk on the nature trail, they also have picnic tables and grill areas for grilling etc. The pool is great, and has plenty of lounge space as well. This apartment has the best parking area I have ever seen. Theres no assigned parking and there is ample parking space so theres no fighting over spots or having to park far from your apartment. I have never had an issue with noise or bugs or have had a maintenance problem. Office staff is always nice and pleasant and if I address something with them they always find a fair solution right away. Love it here.

I have lived at Centerville Manor for just about 2 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff (Sarah & Sierra) here at Centerville Manor. They have always been respectful towards me, patient, kind and quite understanding. Whenever I have a problem it is addressed within reasonable time. If they do not know the answer they help try to find resolution for me. Thats just how they both are. If something comes up where they have to enter the apartments they make sure they contact me and if they werent able to reach me they leave me a detail message. It is without effort that these two individuals and other staff, have been nothing but professional and kind towards me. They communicate well through all sorts of emails, whether it is alerting us of inclement weather and what we should expect, to pizza discounts. I feel at home here, welcomed and appreciated as a tenant. Centerville Manor is conveniently located to great churches, shopping areas, a beautiful college campus, and the high way. It is kept clean and well groomed. I just never a problem or at least one that could never be resolved.

The leasing office staff are very kind and accommodating!! Sierra and Sara have made me feel right at home! I love that the fitness center is 24 hours, and the pool is just beautiful! My apartment is very spacious and is worth every penny in my opinion. The maintenance team has been quick to take care of all of my requests! The area is also wonderful, I am right down the road from the greenbrier shopping center!!

I am Sudharsan from 928 building, 134.I have logged a service request for HVAC since it is not cooling down. Even though the settings was 70 f it is still maintaining higher 80s and sometime 90 in mid of the day. We are getting highly dehydrated and my infant baby is suffocating due to higher temperatures. None of the service men fixed this issue and I had to buy 2 fans to fix the heat. Still not helping. I am paying my rent and per your lease conditions, you are supposed to provide a safe environment to us which is not a safe environment for my kid now. I need this to be fixed ASAP, please do the needful.I tried leaving VM with oncall and sent email to manager and assistant manager emails. I know its day off but i have no other way to communicate you people get quick response.Now at 3:25PM on 4th July now the temperature is at 85 and this is 3rd day.

I absolutely loved staying here for three wonderful years. The apartment is spacious and the community is well maintained. Its gated and secured community. The apartment office has well-equipped GYM area, free wifi room. If you dont want to have personal washer/dryer, the apartment has washer and dryer that are clean and maintained very well which we have used for almost an year. Sara from leasing office is very friendly and has helped us every time. Maintenance request will be taken care same/next day. It was very difficult to leave the apartment as it was like home to us. Thank you for being friendly and helpful.

Overall, very safe community, close and accessible to major highways, several grocery stores and shopping. The best for me is theres minimal noise day or night. I have lived here 3 years and have had a good experience and response from managers. I really appreciate the present manager, Sarah, for her sensitive and personal response to any requests I have. Great place to live.

We are in Bancroft model and the rooms are really well spaced and planned. Even the overall community is well planned in terms of walking trails, plants, parking. We had some issue right after our move in as basic things were not fixed, but Sara the Property Manager really sorted that out in 3 weeks. It might appear a long time for some, but what I appreciated that both her and Sierra were very polite even though even when I lost my temper. Sara is a great property manager makes sure that all the residents here has a pleasant experience. I took off one star coz of maintenance team. There are only 2 maintenance guys to maintain 180 apartments. The supervisor is really unprofessional and rude too. He is more of a patch work guy rather than permanently fixing the problem. Many residents here have same opinion about him.The other guy Erin is really good at his work and polite too at the same time. All in all its a good property, with good amenities, spacious apartments and reasonable price. An improvement in maintenance team will make it a GREAT Property.

My family and I have lived here for three years and we absolutely love Centerville Manor. Big thank you to the office staff, especially Sarah for taking care of my every concern promptly. Maintenance is a breeze and always quick to get the job done. Its quiet, spacious, and a great place for anyone who wants peace of mind and convenience.

I’m really sad that I’m leaving! This apartment complex has been one of the best I’ve stayed in. The apartments are really nice. High ceilings, fans, nice counter tops, incredible walk in closets and big bathrooms! I thought I was going to come to a kind of run down place when I rented the place because I was moving from New York and couldn’t come to visit the complex before hand. The management team of Sara and Sierra answered all of my questions every time I called with questions regarding reviews of bed bugs, carpets, people, neighborhood and just Virginia Beach in general. When I got here I was pleasantly surprised because it was one of the nicest apartments around. When I tell people where I live they always say that is a really nice apartment complex, I wish I could live there! Seriously if you have any questions definitely call in and talk to Sara and Sierra! They will help you with ANYTHING! I can’t beloeve I almost missed living here because of other people’s bad reviews. :(

I have been living in Centerville Manor since 10months, I’ve had a very good experience so far. It is a decent place to live. The management team has been very prompt in responding and getting things fixed whenever I had any maintenance issue.Would definitely recommend to others.

Great amenities hell theres even a car wash area. The staff is as attentive as humanly possible. Updated apartments with a lot of room. No bugs.I noticed some of the 1 star reviews were from 6 months ago when they sent out a letter stating that kids are not allowed to play in the parking lot. Funny. lol, grow up and watch your kids. However, The apartments are amazing. The only drawback I had was the kids were just riding bikes and playing games in the road/parking lot and gave no poop about the cars going in and out. I am surprised I didnt hit one of them

Excellent overall community, quiet and the apartments are well maintained inside and out,the grounds are always nice.Awesome staff everyone is very personable from the maintenance team to the office team.A great location right in front of Regent University.Great area shopping wise not too far from everything essential for the common family.Oxford Trace is the best residential community amongst all of the apartments in the Va Beach. Theres nothing we can find wrong about this place. We love our stay here.

I had a great experience at Centerville Manor!!! I lived there two years in two different apartments. Sierra and Sara were extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartments were spacious and I loved the walk-in closets!!!

The apartment is really good to stay, Very clean but the only issue i had and wanted to rate 1 star for the maintenance. If you have any issue to be fixed you can expect delays. The deal complaints in a series of order. Like how much emergency you have your problem will fix in a series. They need to hire more maintenance team to deal issues. Waiting for the lease to finish so that i can vacate this place. The other reason is the Kids playing around in parking lot, I have no issues kids playing but i feel parents should be accompanied with kids for their safety. I had many instance when kids run into your car. No one cares if your car is damaged by kids no one to ask or blame.

The rooms are fairly spacious and do not feel old or run down. There is a solid community of residents who live here and I have never felt unsafe or threatened at all. The amenities and appliances are also fairly up to date (i.e. laundry room, pool, etc.)

I LOVED LOVED LOVED centerville manor, when I tell you this is the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at I mean it, we stayed there for 6 months and they were MORE than great for the prices and the staff has been absolutely incredible since the day we’ve moved in! I would 100% recommend this apartment complex!

Google please make an option of 0 star. This place is a rip off. They will find all possible way to collect and extract money from you-- Water, sewer and anything else you can think of. On top of that they are rude and unprofessional. Initially when i moved in the leasing Asst. Manager gave me an house key and a mail box key. But the mailbox key never worked as it was some random key. When we complained they were absolutely unapologetic and unhelpful. I had to personally apply for a mail key through USPS which took weeks to arrive. Any questions you have, you get different answers from different staffs. If you want to get rid of your hard earned money, I cant think of a better idea than moving into this apartment.

Horrible 3 months ExperienceI have never written an online review before, but I had to write one about Centerville Manor Apartments to say that you should never, under any circumstance, rent at this place. I have been here for 3 months and am dumbfounded how a business who runs on customer satisfaction cares so little about their customers. The management team is unhelpful, unknowledgeable and do not care if you have a problem. They say they offer emergency maintenance but would not send a plumber over when my toilet was overflowing because they did not deem it an emergency. There were BED BUGS,ROACHES in the Apartments. Worst apartment complex in Virginia beach.wish there was 0 star rating.

Hell lot of roaches and bed bugs. Though you maintain your home, expect to see the bugs all day around! Walkways smells very bad, filled with Dog fecals, the lady that manages apartment makes your life worse. Shell blame you for everything you complain on. Poor maintenance and quality for the rent we were paying. spacious parking space and the restaurants are the only pros of this place. Highly recommend not to choose this apartment unless you wanna have a worst experience of your life.

I lived here for two years when my wife and I first moved to the area. We just had our third child, therefore we decided to buy a house. We loved centerville manor though, the Bellair was huge and fit a family of four very comfortably. Our move- in experience was a breeze as well as our move- out experience. My kids loved the pool and the nature trail. I previously lived at a place where you couldnt find a parking spot if your life depended on it. My wife would have to walk practically a mile with a toddler and a baby just to get to our apartment. At centerville manor neither of us ever had a problem trying to park close to our apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Currently Iam staying in this apartment last 2 years. But now Iam facing issues with visitor gate access.if we raise a request to leasing office they never respond. My gate access is not working last 1 year and regarding this I have send multiple emails and multiple followup’s but no one from leasing office resolved my visitor gate access issue.whenever my guest comes I need to call my neighbor and inform them to open the visitor gate. What is the point then staying in this apartment as resident without visitor gate access. Earlier management when Sarah was there we were very comfortable and she will fix these kind of issues immediately. But now no one cares about resident issues. Maintenance are also not turning on time.

I lived at centerville manor for a year before I took a job in another state. This was a great apartment complex. Im a nurse so I work long hours and have to sleep during the day a lot and I never had a problem with noise during the day or night. Its right off the highway so commuting to work was a breeze. I never had any problems with the apartment or the community. The staff was great. I would definitely reccomend centerville manor.

Having gated community, quite and good maintainace gives this place a great possibility for living. And the response for maintainace is thorough whenever my apartment needs maintainace. I have been talking with manager Sara since I moved in this apartment and her hospitality is great.

We stayed one year in 2014-2015. We loved the experience. So when we got a chance we leased again in 2017. Management changed by then.Apartment is fine, dining area is carpeted, maintenance guys are nice.There is no play area for kids. So they play in parking area in front of mailboxes. Even if you drive at 10mph some kids just come at you with thier scooter/cycle.Upstairs neighbors partied every weekend so you can hear them all the time.Loud music at midnight. Also they left garbage out with some drippy nasty stuff on our patio furniture. I still have the mail I wrote to apartment office.We left a burnt mark on countertop which they say is granite, but it was in small section of may be 1 sqft between range and wall. To change it they charged us 450 bucks. Obviously they said they had to change whole countertop. I dont why because its such generic color. They could have easily change the small section. We said fine. They didnt call us about this. They directly changed it and billed us. So I asked for the replaced countertop so I could diy to island or something but they discarded it. So we are out of 450 to change about 1 sqft of countertop.

Bedbug farm!Stayed for 6 months and booked based on website and description which is obviously not of this place! heavily stained floors, walls and bed bugs There was mould growing throughout the apartments and repair jobs that appear to have been done by toddlers. Went to complain but were inline behind two other Familes. Management didnt really know what they were doing. This place should be shut down!

So disappointed. Ive only been here a month, and I want to leave. Even though other tenants received brand new appliances, cabinets and carpet, my kitchen furnishing, appliances and carpet are marred and over-used, and have to justify why I need an upgrade. The apartments are all used to serve temporary transient tenants who all work for one company, and the wear and tear is apparent, but they wont fix up the apartments for long term tenants. Tenants leave dog crap in the grass, drape their clothes over shrubs to dry, hang clothes over the balcony railings and destroy their blinds. the hallways need painting terribly, some of the doors are dented, and they dont even provide door bells or knockers on the doors (why not?? too expensive?) High rent is collected at 100% profit because they use none of it for upkeep. 100 tenants can give the complex 5 stars, but if youre lucky enough to be that one tenant with a terrible apartment, it doesnt matter what everyone elses is.

Staying here for the past two years. Maintenance is worse after the property management changed. The two stars are because this is the only gated community around this area and it has online rent payment option.

Licie has made my move in experience nothing short of amazing. At the time of move in I was overwhelmed with a number of tasks. Licie was sure to be responsive and have my requests fulfilled in a timely manner.
