I do not recommend this place at all because the washers can rip your clothes and doesnt dry your clothes. For the dryers they didnt even dry them even though we put high so it can dry, but it didnt dry so we put it in a different dryer. Also when we ask for help, the worker wouldnt help us and she would most likely say that I cant do anything. So I do not recommend this place at all and dont waste your money!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would this is the worst washing establishment I have been too. Ive been washing here for years and ever since they switched owners they have become more and more cheaper and when their own machines dont work they refuse to give you a refund or even pay to use a different washer or dryer !! The most frustrating part is that its the machines that dont work! Seriously stay away from this laundry mat not worth your money!!!!!!!

Clean and seems as all the machines work. I felt safe and woman that works here was very nice. I recommend when you have a ton of laundry!

Just moved to the area, trying to buy a washer and dryer for my own home but I have been washing here for the past couple months. Its pretty big, but over half of the dryers dont work. When its busy, Ive had to wait over 30 minutes to get a dryer. Management needs to address. You need to have people in and out fast.

I have been going here for about 5 mos, my dryer broke. This laundromat offers a service to the public, to wash and dry clothes, whether it be both or just one. I witnessed within the past couple of months this woman that works here during the day, approach a couple who came in with a big bag of laundry to dry, speak with them, by the reaction she must have told them they couldnt dry their clothes there, they acted confused & shrugged their shoulders. I have already been coming here for a few months to dry mine, if I need to wash comforters I would bring them here to wash. I am here 2 - 3 times a week nothing has ever been said to me until today, the woman let me know I need to wash clothes here then I can dry them. I dont understand why she didnt tell me this before today 6/20/19? she asked me today if I wash clothes here. I told her the big stuff I do, she informed me I need to wash & dry at this location, now I go here when it is not busy, there were 2 people in the place & 1 was done 5 minutes after I got there. What is a person to do until they can get a dryer, whether you wash & dry or just wash or just dry its all money, it adds to the income of the business, why would you turn away business, its not busy during the time I go so its not taking any machine away from the customer who washes & dries their clothes. This woman in handling this matter also did not do so in a professional manner, during the time of doing this she was on her cell phone. There are 2 other Laudromats in Villa Park. I will take my money & comforters to another location.

Because its big place like the name enough machines to do laundry enough dryers the lady who cleans laundry IST very nice

Coming here for many years and using the drop off service. They make my clothes softer than when I bought them. Highly recommend and affordable per pound. I travel half an hour out of my way to still come here even though I moved. Try the drop off service once you will keep coming back.

Very clean, friendly staff.

They stole my money. One of the washers was not working properly and they wouldnt refund me my money back. The owner spoke to me and refuse to give me my refund. He kept saying it was my fault and he wanted me to pay for the wash again. The girl there was very rude and didnt seem to care about my problem. Even though they wouldnt refund my money because it was my fault they went and put out of service on the washer right after I took my clothes out.

They need new dryer and the washers are terrible

Well, this place says theyre open 24 hrs. Theyre not. They close at 10. Complete BS! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
