I have never have a chance to come.Now,I now sugaring is better than waxing. Its less painful, very professional and the place is clean.Fantastic work guys! I am very pleased! Rina was amazing !!! I was honestly surprise it came out beautiful, usually when iI go to a salon. She was super patient and catered to my needs. Overall, the staff are all very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Let me give a shoutout to CiCi for performing a very relaxing, hair removal at such an affordable price. She is knowledgeable of the products and explains the procedure thoroughly. I almost fell asleep because it was super relaxing. Cant wait to come back.

I had eyelash extensions done here with CC & she is just the absolute sweetest. My lashes turned out soooo good. More than worth the $$. I would 100% come back. Environment was super relaxing and super clean. They have water, massaging chairs in the waiting area, & chocolate.... Yes, chocolate.

Wow, This is my first time sugaring.I did a Brazilian wax once a long time ago.I was very scared to go though something like that again, But I decided to give it try.It didnt hurt too bad at all, and Rina helped me to go through the a hole process.She was very calm, professional, and quick. I came here because I saw a great promotion price for an eyelash lifting and tinting session on groupon. I called the establishment to see if they’d honor the groupon price if I purchased directly from them, since I like to support small businesses, and they honored the price, so I purchased directly from them. The studio is very nice, warm, and welcoming. The staff is friendly. I will definitely return. My lashes look great, the procedure did not hurt, it went a bit over one hour because my eyelashes were stubborn. But I was very comfortable and didn’t mind the extra time. It felt very relaxing for me, I almost drifted away with the peaceful environment and soothing sounds.

Rina is terrific. She knows what she is doing and offers a professional calm environment for sugaring, facials and massages. Highly recommend.

Rina(owner) is always nice. Ive had brazilian sugaring and eyelash extensions done a few times. Ive recommended it to my friends and they all like it. Ive had a couple of bad experiences but Rina is always very accommodating and will do everything to make it right.

Had my lashes done there yesterday. And my 1-star review is not only because my lashes now look burnt. Its all the different factors of my experience. Called them yesterday to book and came for my appointment on time. Waited for someone to come out for 20 minutes to hear that she thought I didnt want to come. Might be techs language barrier idk.. When I went upset she agreed to see me. Today is the morning I wake up to see that my lashes look broken, not curved (see pics). Contacted them about it, sent them pictures for no response. I see my texts being Read, but they keep silence the whole day today. I dont know what to do, my lashes look burnt and broken. Talked to another specialist, they said looks like their overprocessed and burnt((((

The people who work here are incredibly nice! However, the waxing was not. It was more painful then any other wax Ive gotten and they missed spots as well. Id look elsewhere for waxing.

I drive from Herndon just to see Rina here. She is amazing - gentle and quick. She has even worked me in when there was confusion and I showed up on the wrong day. I wouldnt trust anywhere else with my hair removal needs!

My experience with the eyelash extension was a complete nightmare. I saw a good deal on Groupon and got it since I’ve wanted to try eyelash extensions for the longest... Long story short Jessica did the initial installation, Cici did my refill. Now the extensions are falling out and my natural lashes are falling out with it. I realized that one extension is glued with 4 individual eyelash. The right way to install it is one by one. They completely ruined my lashes!!! Good thing it’s not permanent. Eyelashes grow out(hopefully). So plz avoid this place. So you won’t experience being bald-lashed like me :( Try another place.Oh I also had allergies and a red eye after installation. I don’t know if it’s the glue or hygiene.

Since discovering Rina, I dont go anywhere else. She is very accommodating, thorough and efficient. She has a pleasant personality and the space is clean and relaxing.
