Been going here for over a year. Front desk and scheduling are always accommodating, pleasant, and informative but not pushy on product and options. Onon has been just as lovely and does great job on all services. She has a great bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable.

Embarrassed me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Won’t be going back here ever again.

My first experience here was amazing . From the call with the front desk ( who was in training) to the actual wax. I bought the largest pack and will continue to come to my girl Mellissa ! They prepped me through everything ! Love this place!

Just WOW! Their pricing isn’t much more than other salons for the value I receive! I’ve been to many locations but this particular location has been my favorite for over a year now! Excellent service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable! My appointments are always on time and I’m in and out so quick. Very well kept and clean. I bought a package recently and it’s worth it!

Not ethical or professional / not recommended. I purchased a service that is no longer offered (lip package) due to Covid-19 and should be refunded as the business cannot honor the purchase. Additionally, the service I received for additional package was subpar. The specialist had to removed more from my eye bra than requested ( a simple cleanup) and redid the area multiple times because she couldnt get it to work, for lack of a better description. I ended up with red, injured tissue around my eyes that hurt for two days. Lastly, their new Covid-19 sign in process entails display of personally identifiable information in the lobby - totally unacceptable. Sorry to have wasted my money here - I will never go back.

Melissa is great at brows, and probably everything else, that’s just all I’ve seen her for. Great parking on the weekends, right next to the metro, and everyone there is super nice and efficient. I recommend the buy nine get three free plan. It’s actually a good deal

Always in and out in 15 minutes when I come here! The waxing professionals are always friendly and fast. I also love their products.I’m extremely sad that they are discontinuing the Renew Me serum, but their exfoliator works really well and they have many other products to choose from.

So Ive come to this establishment once. Everyone is pleasant and its clean. My concern is the lack of visibility of women of color through advertising. I look at their site and pictures fixed on the wall and everyone looks very monolithic, pale women. Please consider changing and creating diversity, for a more inclusive atmosphere. Thank you.

The customer service at the Dunn Loring location is excellent. The wax does not cause irritation on my skin. My hair stays away longer! The waxing process itself is short and not painful, other waxes are.

I went in for my free eyebrow appointment and had a great experience. I was waxed by Stacy, who definitely knows what she is doing. Immediately she knew that I had been over waxed, and told me she was just going to clean them up so they can grow back in. Shes very conservative with her waxing, which I like since another place waxed off half my eyebrows. The receptionist was very sweet and informed. They also call the day before to confirm your appt, and make it easy to reschedule. The prices are higher but I think the work they do is fair to their price. Definitely will be spending the money to be waxed there in the future

Great staff, which is why I am giving a five star although I wish the scheduling policy was more lenient. The waxes don’t irritate my skin and the products actually work, I definitely suggest the body polish and smooth serum they sell.

Tried again with the wax center - receptionist is not empathetic and doesn’t even respond to you. I guess it’s the criteria to work as a receptionist here.I have been here thrice. The first waxer was amazing-but she left! The rest two times was an awful experience. Especially the last one. The waxer did not follow the pattern which they are supposed too. I kept telling her to follow my hair direction but would not listen. I still have hair on my skin and along with that its peeled badly. Coming to the receptionist, she was not empathetic towards the situation and was not even paying complete attention.I have immense gratitude towards European wax center but I dont think I will be coming here again.

Went in for an eyebrow and lip waxing now I have a patch of skin that’s like pulled out right under my eyebrow. This never happened before at the other European wax centers.
