I had treatment in may 21’. It appears in the only one not happy with the results. The only thing that lost anything is my wallet. The price is insane and I feel like there were no results.Well, love and learn I guess. Everyone there is really nice, I agree with that. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars, because the place is very clean and very professional. And if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re going to the right place. But if it comes down it I wouldn’t recommend it.

I always go on google to complain but this is the first time Ive left a good review and with very good reason! I 100% recommend this place! I was nervous about coming in since I never had a facial- but the reception was super friendly and the lady who did my facial, Natasha, was amazing! I had a lot of questions and she was nice and took the time to explain what she was doing with my treatment. My skin is so much nicer and they even helped me with aftercare products they recommended

I started going to Astoria Laser Clinic & Med Spa a few months ago, and I just love everything about this place! Its such a welcoming atmosphere - not snobby or pretentious at all! I dont feel like Im being judged when I walk in. The staff is so polite and friendly and I cant say enough wonderful things about Ivana. Shes so professional and a delightful person to chat with too. The best part is they dont try to up sell me with any extra services, which I appreciate.

I found Astoria Laser Clinic online one day when noticed a LOT of sun damage on my face and neck. I wanted to talk to someone about what could be done and made an appointment for a consultation. I met with Nuha and she was so patient while listening to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan consisting of both some VI Peels and Nano frax treatments. After just the first Peel I already notice an improvement and cant wait to see the results after completing the remaining treatments. Additionally, you feel like a friend is providing the services! The place is so welcoming and personable that you feel like youve known them your whole life. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease (Im always nervous when getting anything done to my face/body). Lastly, the array of services offered is endless and they have all the latest technology. I am sure I will continue and add services and Astoria will be a regular part of my skin care routine as I age. Highly, highly recommend!

I love my time well-spent at Astoria! The Diamond Glow treatment is really my favorite. Did some coolsculpting and Vanquish and now my tights look the best. The entire team is great but Nuha is amazing! She goes above and beyond in making you feel special. Recommend!

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Astoria Laser Clinic!! I have been going to see Olga (who is amazing) for ~5 months. I have done everything from Cool Sculpting to Cool Tone to Vanquish to Venus to Laser Hair Removal and all of it has been fantastic. I originally went in for Vanquish around my abdomen and talked to Olga, who is so great about listening to what you are hoping to accomplish. She described the benefits and shortcomings of the different treatments and showed me why Cool Sculpting was actually better for what I wanted given amount of fat (ugh!) surface area, etc. Be prepared, she is going to draw on you during your consultation, but it really is such a great way to visualize what is being targeted and why. And also, no one there is pushy or pressures you to buy services. They all very much care about their clients and ensuring we are happy with the final look. The other thing is, Laser Hair Removal. I had gone to other clinics in the area for laser hair removal and it was always so painful (felt like a rubber band being snapped against your skin) to the point where I had developed a fear of it. Olga was so great about walking me through the new technology, her own methods of making the process less painful (even bordering on comfortable) and helped me get over my previous bad experiences.The other thing I need to mention is, they are taking all of the right precautions around COVID-19 and the new environment in which we are operating. Temperature checks, hand sanitizing, masks being required, and no one in the waiting room. You text them upon arrival for your appointment and they ask that you come up so that they don’t have too many people in the office at one time.So glad I found Astoria Laser Clinic!!!

OLGA is amazing - honestly, I have been to various medical spas in San Francisco, New York, and San Antonio and OLGA is BY FAR extremely knowledgeable and has a good view on how to make you feel unique and special. The spa is very clean and the staff is super nice and accommodating. OLGA has many clients that return for her services - and I have been coming to OLGA for 3 years - each appointment is perfect and I always feel great after my visit!

I do not write reviews often but really wanted all to know this is the place to go for all your needs: the beautiful skin I get complimented on often is due to this place. Marisol is excellent and generous with hints and advice on which Program is best for me and what products to use at home, and which not to. I honestly feel the love when I walk in there from the entire staff! I see her for Venus Freeze tightening and Clear Lift Laser. These two are sliming and smoothing treatments for the body and face. Marisol is a true professional and works very efficient. Shes always giving me great tips how to smooth your body. As for the spa, its located in Vienna with plenty of free parking. I drive from the city so its nice to pull up and feel serenity as you enter.The front desk staff at Astoria will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They always offer water/tea as you wait.Thanks ladies for the great services you offer! I will be back ;)

This was my first experience with a Med Spa. Im very reluctant to spend money on these services which seem extravagant. At the same time, I was curious about services like CoolSculpting, facial creams and other treatments. The location is discrete with easy parking. I was impressed by the knowledge of the various technicians at the clinic. They seem to have a lot of experience. Allyson is also a RN which was very reassuring to me in terms of any risks or side effects from any of the procedures which were all new to me. Ive done facials at spas but no peels or other body treatments. I have really sensitive skin. The pricing was a little confusing as it isnt posted; however, it seems like the store is invested in good outcomes for clients and tries to recommend appropriate, individualized treatments. I expected the environment to be like a Ritz as far as emphasis on luxury and comfort given the cost. Everyone is very nice but this type of environment does seem like a hybrid between a fancy, high end spa and a medical office. Since Ive never tried the Med Spa concept before, Im not sure if this is typical. More important, I think that the staff is very responsible (and kind :). All seem focused on hygiene and safe practices while promoting self-care and beauty. It takes a lot for me to spend this kind of money on my own body but I think that it is worth the investment to combat the impact of aging, skin damage from sun and to gain the overall boost to my self-esteem -- its been a good motivation to do other things for self-care and healthy lifestyle too! I highly recommend it!

She really knew a great deal about laser treatment and answered all the questions that I had. As this was going to be my first such treatment, I was very skeptical at first. Melasma almost completely gone after 3 Nano Laser treatments!!! I have been coming to Astoria to see Nuha for my pre-wedding preparation.I had full face Melasma and after several treatments in other clinics without any results, some other clinics actually made it worse, I decided to try Astoria Laser Clinic after reading great reviews. Nuhas advice on Nano Fractional Laser, her knowledge and confidence gave me the reason to try to fix my Melasma one last time, well let me just say, my skin looks great, Melasma has almost gone away, I just have a few tiny stubborn areas, but I got 2 more treatments so Im confident it will be vanish by my wedding day. I knew it would be hard to get rid of an almost full face mask of Melasma yet it has really made a major change. People have complimented my clear and radiant skin and I have no more Acne! Thats just after 3 treatments! It works! Melasma will be gone by wedding day! I want super flawless skin so I will do more treatments. I thank Nuha for this new approach to get rid of my Melasma.She also treated me with Coolsculpting for my 35 inch waist, after 3 treatments, 5 months later, my belly is flat, waist is now 29 inches and although I also had to do my own part at dieting and planking, Coolsculpting helped me achieve my desire results way faster for my November Wedding. Astoria Laser Clinic is great and very welcoming, starting with fabulous Louis! Ive been going there for the past 7 months to get micro needling treatments for my face (dark spots, etc) and neck(scar) with Olga, who is excellent at it, and super nice. I can honestly say, that my face is looking better than ever, and Ive gotten plenty of treatments (laser, chemical peels, etc) at other places, and nothing had work as good as the micro needling for my scar. I only wish I had found them sooner!!! At the end on last summer, my dark spots were so dark that not even dermablend make up could cover it. Now, I practically have to wear no make up, and when I do, it is just a light mineral powder that looks like I have nothing on! Very natural, versus tons of make up before to try to cover the dark marks. I also get laser hair removal, and facials, too. I highly recommend this place.

I just cant say enough about Astoria Laser Clinic, Nuha and Luisa, as well as the rest of the Staff. The clinic atmosphere is warm and inviting which makes for a wonderful experience. I am so happy that a friend referred me all this years ago. I will alway go here. They have great prices, and wonderful specials and sell wonderful skin care products. Ladies and Men, as you know, when we get older, our skin needs more attention and maintenance. I wouldnt trust anyone other than Nuha and ALC to take care my skin care needs. They do far more than just skin care, as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Allyson Burgess, RN performed microneedling on my face and neck. Allyson is relaxed, knowledgeable, and attentive. The procedure was far more comfortable than Id expected and pretty quick. After the numbing cream application, the procedure was painless. For the first couple days, I had redness and blotches on my face. Third day, a bit of peeling. 4th I looked normal with a little cover up touch ups. 5th, continued light peeling but not noticeable to others. One week, and my skin feels and looks smoother and healthier. Im very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Allyson and Astoria.

I had a Facial with Kloe yesterday My Face feels WONDERFUL! I am getting compliments all day about how youthful I look. I usually have painful facials but this time it was relaxing and I looked radiant right after no irritation. Everyone at Astoria is so friendly and great at explaining all there services and products. I was introduced to Astoria by Elda Diaz who has been absolutely awesome to work with. I have had many services done at Astoria Laser Clinic and Med Spa. The spa is clean and nice, the staff are wonderful. Elda does a great job of doing the treatments. We bought two grouponon IPL coupon. When we went their they refused to do the treatment for us just because we were Asian people. They said we were not candidates for the treatment and there was a chance we would get a bad result. Instead, they tried to induce us to buy a more expensive treatment.I explained I had been did the treatment for years, many times and it was safe for me. But they still insisted by saying their machine was manufactured by different manufacturers and refused to do the treatment for us.If they could do it for Asian people, they should make a note on groupon on. And it is a discrimination and wast of my time to deal with them. It is rude, disappointing clinic. I will never go back.

I did vi peel here and waited 3 days with no change/no peel, they are way too expensive compared to other places. The person who did my peel doesnt seem to know anything. They are just greedy to take your money for nothing.After 1 month i went to see a doctor who does peeling, i told him everything... how she did it and he said ...she did it wrong, he also said he doesnt trust estheticians so be careful. I paid half of what i paid here(esthetician who knows nothing). I wouldnt risk my face here, they are not even cheap to begin with..She was rushing and she took 5 minutes

I found out about Astoria medspa through a friend, I have also seen them in the medical magazine. I have always wanted to get laser hair removal since i can remember, and i finnallly i got this as a gift. I was really excited and nervous since i am a big baby when it comes to pain. I worked myself up until the time of the appointment and Alicia my tech that was to do this procedure came out and let me know that she would be right with me. The business manager Louise offered me tea or water and they were absolutely soothing even though i was sooo nervous. They have a very clean facility. I was taken to a private room promptly did not have to wait for my appointment. I was asked to change and then Alicia came in....i told about my nerves and she assured me that it would be intense but tolerable and the she would take breaks as needed. Throughout the procedure it was intense and she gave me mini breaks she used the cooling with every pulse and everything happened in a matter of minutes. I have an appointment in 5 weeks for round two. I see myself doing many things with them. Thank you

I never thought I would go to a laser clinic but I am so glad that I did. My laser tech, Nuha, was really skilled and knew a lot about what would make my skin look better. I had a lot of sun damage from years of tanning and looked much older than my age. With a microneedling treatment and a Venus freeze skin tightening series, I honestly look ten years younger. My friends cant tell what it is but they see a huge difference. I am not telling them (unless they find this review--lol). I highly recommend Astoria Laser and Nuha. I am going back for Coolsculpting next to get rid of some fat in my hips and thighs. I cant wait.
