I Asked for a light pink they gave me a dark pink with glitter, I Asked for a nail on my big toes they gave me a 15 min lecture on why I shouldn’t get it. The water was too hot and The man was doing 3 jobs at once. Very unprofessional

If i could give a nagitive star i would. My 13 year could do a better job i will never go there again

The negatives reviews are totally true, The lady there is very rude, The water was too hot, I told the lady and she just didnt care, she said in a very rude manner that the water was cool when i put my feet inside it was too hot that I put my feet out of the water splashing a little of water outside, she was angry and rude,, did a very bad job, I went there for manicure, and eyebrow too but after that bad treatment from the lady I decided not to do it. I never going back again and of course, I will telll all the people I know about my bad experience in that place.

Excellent service, took my mother to get her nails done. She loved the way the lady took her time to fix her nails and she was gentle when cutting the nails. Highly recommend coming here for your nails. The price is very reasonable and worth it!!

Horrible pedicure my toe polish had air bubbles and part of my toe nails didnt even get painted. Also the guy was just too busy rushing around. I went home and added glitter polish to cover the air bubbles

Took my wife there to have her nails done poor quality they were rude to my wife told her they know what theyre doing nails were uneven when they were donepoor quality paint job they dont sanitize between jobs...they will be reported to state board for theyre practices.They even wanted to charge her for their own mistakes where they split the nail ...they just wanted to paint over it without fixing it.

My nails are way to thick and crooket I told her about it she didnt seem to want to hear that I said it was crooket. And how do u leave someones nails thick look like I just pressed on nails any kind of way never again she didnt even make the water hotter than it was like I asked her just ignored me. But then the nails are screwed up. Do not go here

There good The reason why there’s only two people because it’s a family-based sometimes daughter works in there and the son is off in the military but it’s all family-based it is wonderful they are nice I go there they know me and they take the time to know you

The Female... I wont say lady who sits up front, I believe the wife of the owner is rude! Her work is tacky, uneven and has a attitude if you say anything,.. I finally had enough, I paid her and left with the job less than half done.. I was just too through!! GET RID OF THE WIFEY!! I had to give at least one star but SHE DESERES ZERO!

I got a gel pedicure and it was 30$ my friends got get manicures and they were 15$ each. Not too bad of pricing. But they only had 2 techs and had to keep turning people away.

The customer service is great. They greeted my Mom and I as soon as we walked in and were handed a water bottle. My French tip, full set was done in 30 minutes and is well shaped. My nails are thin and Look natural. This happy customer will definitely return.

I love coming here. There never packed when I walk in and they know just how I like my nails. They like to multitask so if their doing your nails or toes and someone walks in they will accommodate to them while yours is drying and what not!!!! Nice people.

It was my first time here, I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure the gel went over my nail onto my skin, they didn’t take the skin off the sides of my nails. There was only 1 guy servicing 4 of us clients, it was honestly the worst mani and pedi I ever got.

They lady that works there is so rude. The work she did was sloppy and when I asked her to fix it she had am attitude. She fixed my nails but not without talking to her husband in her language. I told her I dont be back. Take pride in your work.

I have been to this nail salon a handful of times. There are only 2 workers that I know of. Seems to be husband and wife. Very friendly and nice. I have gotten full sets, mani and pedi. Ive read reviews that say they rush here which they do. & their work shows for it.. They become very busy at times. Today I got a manicure and pedicure which cost me $25. Very simple & nothing special. I spent 90% of my long wait time soaking in only water. Which by the time he got to actually doing the 5 minute pedicure I was very pruny. The manicure wasnt pleasant either. I soaked for maybe a minute and then he started cutting at my cuticles. He didnt use the pusher first and did not really shape my nails only filed the tops. I paid for my service before the nail polish was put on. & the paint job was terrible! They have never done this bad of a job before. I thought it was only 2 nails that I could fix at home and when I got to the car I noted how bad they really were ):The poor polish itself, I should not have had to tell him that they looked like my 4 year old did them. They needed to be fixed/cleaned up. But he was willing to let this show as his work. I will not be returning and do not recommend coming here unless you are okay with rushed work.

The lady that does the nails is rude and lazy, she did my mail with 2 colors and a design and the next time I came she said she doesnt know how, I said you just the m a fee weeks ago so she did them smh, then I been there a fee times to get a pedicure, the dont do a complete pedicure but charge you for it, the same with a manicure, She looks like she hates her job and dont wanna be there, which makes me feel uncomfortable, so I stopped going I rather pay a extra $20 to feel a relaxing environment but her husband is a wonderful guy

OMG!!! this is the place to go and get your eyebrows arched, and nails done they do a excellent job.

Went here with my little cousin to get her nails done and a pedicure. Not good, pedicure was sloppily done and it felt like they were rushing. And no sandals for the pedicure. Not worth what we spent.

The lady didn’t do my toe nails right and it looks like a complete mess, on top of that the polish didn’t even dry, never going back there again

Ill never go there again my full set came out so wrong the first polish he put on he just put so much on it was globs of it in the polish on different nails. I get the polish done over again and now that I am home there peeling strikes of Polish is missing sooooo very upset my nails should not be changing colors n peeling the very next day and UPDATE *******THEY CUT ME UNDER MY NAIL AND I DID NOT KNOW IT GAVE ME A INFECTION AND IT TURNED MY FINGER GREEN I DONT THINK I AM EVER GOING TO GET MY NAILS DONE EVER

Horrible fill! It was painful & took too long. She used every tool in her drawer on me unnecessarily. I was bleeding and 5 days later my nails are still trying to heal. Im uploading a picture for all to see the damage.
