I was stranded at the rest stop victoria county southbound safety rest area inez tx and I was really needing a battery jump. I wasnt able to get the jump through my ATT Roadside roadside assistance without them trying to charge me $86.00so I had to find a way to get the jump and pay out of pocket. In town was $30 just for the jump, and out of town they charged $50.00. I tried to explain to them I didnt have it and was asking if they could work with me, they refused, by saying they would miss out on the other local service calls and lose money. I wasnt asking for free, just the 30.00 since I was only about 14miles away/20 min. I made the first call at 11:07am and that was after no luck trying to get help since 9:30am. I then called back at 12:21pm and finally agreed to the $50.00 charge and gave the woman my card number. I was told it would be about 1/2 hour 45 min. I said ok. I waited about 10 min when I noticed no authoirization had been attempted on my card I called back and asked if there was an issue with my card, the woman said yes. I asked her what the issue was and she said that it was expired. She had entered the wrong expiration, so I clarified with her all of the remainig information and stayed on the phone until the charge went through. She said it would be about 1/2 an hour and they would be to me. Luckily I was able to get a jump from a guy who had seen me sitting in the lot earlier. He went and got me help. I called up the tow company at 1:11pm with still no show on the tow and told them I didnt need it anymore and that my car had started. The woman making the appointments said that they were already in route and that I could not be refunded. My experience with this company is that the family first idealism they try to present is just a facade, they are all about the money and dont care at all about being a good person. Please keep that in mind when selecting a service. Select one that gives back to people and doesnt just take. God bless. ✝️

Came within 15-20 minutes of being called around midnight. Really chill guy, had my car unlocked in under a minute. Super cheap too. Definitely would recommend.

These people are hands down the greatest. They have the biggest hearts. My son totaled his car and when they came out to help the had such compassion for my son. It wasn’t about the car, the work, or the money, they were more concerned with the well-being of my son. Thank you KM Towing y’all are the best! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My husband had them tow my car from Houston where im having my chemo done. The problem is the car wouldnt start with the key fob. The guy that towed it said he was also a mechanic. My husband asked if it could just be the battery the guy said no it was some kind of bypass from my battery and that a dealership would charge around 1800 for it. We felt like he was wanting us to ask him to do it. I had it towed to Vlz Elite Concepts and it was just my battery. I appreciate the tow but do not care to be taken advantage of so I will not be using this company again.
