Florida resident. Recently broke down in Texas . Tow truck driver Oscar was sent to pick us up. What a compassionate person he ended up being took into consideration that we had been stranded for a while and took us to the closest store to get something to drink and use the bath room. He also accommodated us he let our girls charge their phones and was so patient with them .I hope his boss knows what an asset he is to his company thank you for sending Oscar to our rescue. Thank you Oscar. Would recomend this company as the best

I dont know his name but he was awesome! That man had skills, he reversed our dually in the smallest darkest area with no problem! And their prices were so reasonable compared to the other places I called by half!! Will definitely use them again!

I’m an insurance agent with State Farm. Just today I had a customer who needed a tow. The situation was a little complicated and I called Baileys towing for help. My initial call I spoke to Bryan, he was very polite and professional. I instantly knew all my problems were over. He assured me my customer was going to be taken care of. Next I spoke to Dennis, he is my hero today! He went out to my customer and waited over an HOUR until we got the right location figured out. He then drove from Victoria Tx to Houston and dropped him off. All this without complaining or being rude. You guys went above and beyond for me and my customer and I cannot thank you enough. Oh and also, Dennis took the time to call me to let me know my customer was home safe. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
