Everyone I talked with from the manager to the tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. I was in town alone for a training and hit a curb. My tire blew out and it cracked the rim. Their eta was accurate...they were even early. I was so happy with them, I asked if The the place couldnt fix it and I needed someplace else if I could call them back to tow it. I world definitely recommend them to anyone. They go all over Texas. Amazing customer service that was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating day.

Had a Blow Out driving down 59 S. Patrick from Affordable Towing was Jonny on the Spot getting to me quickly, loaded my truck up which had about 2000 lbs extra in the bed and a stubborn trailer hitch that wouldnt come off! He was able to maneuver the truck off his bed and was extremely professional and respectful. Would use this company again and highly recommend!!

Terrible service...!! (Why) let tell you why. First of all when it fine for $60 in cash for in town towing, & $75 for debit card. & Soon you tell them were your location is even when it town they tell you you going to 2 delay, little skeptical about it think well were he from houston or san Antonio area..!!! Sad right but of have patience $60 is worth it to most.

Dont use these guys! They left my friend stranded because they didnt want to drive to a neighboring city for $25 They accepted the request from the insurance company then cancelled it 30 minutes later. When my friend called the driver she said shes not driving out there for $25 that she may have some friends in the area that maybe able to help. Such bad business!! My friend had to stay at the gas station she was stranded at for another 2 hours before they could get someone out to help her. What was supposed to be an hour turned in to 3 hours. Never use this company!

I had to use the roadside service for a tow through my auto insurance and they assigned Affordable Towing. I received a call quite quickly from Timmy telling me he was on his way. He arrived at the stated time and was very personable & professional. I would definitely use again. I highly recommend Affordable Towing!

Thanks and Kudos are due to Timmy. He is excellent. He is friendly and polite. I admire his work ethic. Hard work pays. He deserves a promotion and raise. He listened to the problem and gave really good advice about where to tow my 2008 van. He confirmed that the best thing was to have the van towed to the dealership so that a licensed mechanic could diagnosed the problem. So my car broke down and these guys were the only towing company that was available at the time. They were there to get my car within an hour. Not only that the guy had to drive the wrong way down one of the aisles to be able to hook up to my car. The driver of the tow truck was an absolute professional driver and had my car hooked up in minutes. The price I had to pay was about a third of what I was expecting the bill to be so I definately think that their name is spot on. Great experience with this company.

I was on the way to drop the EOS of for maintenance and encountered an unexpected problem . I contacted my insurance provider to roadside assistance and Affordable was contacted. They were very prompt, paid attention to detail and was friendly to boot. Couldnt ask for any better service . I have the contact stored in case I ever need a tow again .

Needed a tow on outskirts of town. Showed up far quicker than estimated. Made call for service and car towed to destination withn 30 mins or so. Definitely calling them again if Im in a jam!

Requested a tow to dealership due to vehicle not starting. Set it up through my roadside assistance. The tow truck showed up on time and the driver was very courteous and professional. He had Suburban loaded and towed to the dealership in no time with no issues.

My truck broke down the other day. I called roadside and they called Affordable Towing. Once they were assigned they called with an accurate ETA and handled the tow quickly and efficiently.A day later they called and let me know that they overcharged. A few minutes later the overcharge was refunded to my account.Good job Affordable Towing!!!
