Very nice staff. They are quick to fit me in with appointment or whether walk in. I was afraid of getting facial wax as I have had bad experiences in other places before, but Taylor was very good and I didn’t even feel it really. It looked great. They (all staff) are very thorough on my feet considering I don’t go too often. They clean and sterilize their water and instruments and the chairs are comfortable with standard massage chairs. Coming back for sure.

I have been going to Star Nails since they opened. Andy and Taylor are courteous and professional. They know their customers names and preferences. My nails look great! I only go to Taylor for eyebrow waxing, no other place.

They got me in 5 minutes before my appointment time which is hard to find since other places I have been to are usually behind and they did a great job on my nails. I had a pedicure and a fill in under an hour. Quick and efficient is a HUGE bonus to me. They were also very nice and welcoming. As a new client theyve made me into a return customer

I came to get a pedicure, everything was fine until the guy who was doing my toe nailS cut me on the side while removing the cuticle from my big toe. It was deep and it took a while for him to be able to stop the bleeding. He didn’t mention anything until he was about to apply the nail polish, all he said was I’m sorry for the cut. Well he left my two big nails very ugly with a lot of grumps, he only fixed the one that was bleeding. He charged full price for the pedicure, luckily I don’t live here in Victoria, so I will never be back to this place.

This place was horrible. Went in for a shellac pedicure. They cut the cuticle on my big toe and now my toe is red and inflamed and the shellac polish wasn’t properly set so my toes are sticky. I called and asked for a refund and they were very rude and unprofessional, claiming that they did nothing wrong. Bad experience all around.

I called for an appointment and Andy was so friendly. I told him it was my 69-year-old moms first pedicure and he said, Well take care of her. And they did! Andy and Taylor, worked on my mom and me. They made it a great experience for us both.

I absolutely loved this place! I went to the one in Jimmy, he have me a good pedicure and massage. The staff is very nice. I saw Taylor for an eyebrow wax and she did a fantastic job. My eyebrows after had the best shape I ever got before plus the gentle hard wax didnt leave me with any irritation. I have sensitive skin so this was amazing. Taylor is very sweet and recommend her to anyone for waxing!

This placeis a disgrace to Nailshops all over and I promise youve Ive been all over the United States! Walked in it was cold as f#&k!They were bundled up in their jackets! Just walk into this place its so run down you can tell they are OVER charging for service with no intent on any improvement theres cobwebs on the first chair the use sterile water and a finger nail file instead of clean packages so hate when u have to give a 🌟 to this kind of establishment just go in and look youll be instantly disappointed! I dont see how they pass inspection! They probably pray on the elderly I saw a couple of them walk in! Bottom line horrible place!

Me, my wife, & sister in law went there and got our nails done. They were nothing what they were supposed to look like and we asked them to take off so we can go somewhere else. Well the man got made and ripped my sister in lawz nails off and made her bleed when we told him that was uncalled for he just didnt care. Worst nail place do not ever go there. The older man also burned me with the hot rocks.

Have multiple cuts on my fingers. Pedicure was, at best, OK. Asked for hot rock massage, but instead it burned and there was no massage! He simply tapped my legs a little with the rocks. My legs and feet still burn where he placed the rocks. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Extremely overpriced for such terrible service. They charged me for a deluxe pedicure when I only got a polish change. The man also painted my fingernails so that it looked like I already needed a fill. I asked him to repaint them the right way without leaving a gap. He argued that it was my cuticle but it was clearly a gap in my nail to scam me into needing a fill much sooner. The picture attached was taken in the parking lot right after. Waste of money.

Not too bad. Felt a little bit like the lady who did my pedi was rushing, and the leg massage was not all that great. The mani was good. A guy did it and he did a good job.

The worst service! $90 for mani pedicure! Took my nails off by peeling them off with a fake nail! I said it hurt multiple times! Still continued to do it and charged me for it, when i could have literally broke them off myself! Asked for a simple design, couldn’t do it, so she put glitter on top of my nails that were supposed to have a design! My nails that were supposed to have a design look like bubbles bc they’re so thick with shellac! I complained and while I was asking why it was so much for something I didn’t even ask for she turned on her drill to drowned me out! Worst service, don’t recommend going here if you want anything other than less than basic! Any my cuticles are still stinging from her drilling over my skin!

I love this place!!! Their AWESOME!!! Always wanting to please their customers & not just trying to get you in & out!! They take their time & insure that your happy everytime!!!

In my opinion, the Jelly and volcano pedicures were the most relaxing and worth wanting

Took my daughter here the Saturday before Christmas & the lady was in such a hurry to get to the next customer that she was trying to get the nails of by praying them off instead of soaking them off like they were supposed to. They cant do Dipped Nails at all.

Came down from Houston and had my nails done as a bday present...I had a horrible job done. A waste of $45

Looks can be so deceiving i looked online for good reviews & pictures of nail salons I haven’t been to and I decided to go to this one a and it was so bad my nails were short and uneven . jobs like this aren’t for everyone . they did my nails super short and were rough and were in a hurry . charged me $50 so overpriced absolutely horrible do not waste your money some of the workers may be good but the person I got was so bad, worse than the MALL lol
