Im working in the Victoria area and really needed to get my feet done. I was a walk in customer and they took me right in. I was offered a drink and she started right away. I got the royal spa pedicure and it was amazing. Reasonable price and great service. I am very happy with them and left a nice tip for the outstanding treatment.

Clean, beautiful decor, relaxing environment, extensive menu of services, and great customer service! I recommend the dead sea pedicure, gel manicure, and dip nails., and the hot towels are delightful! I have been to many salons in Victoria and this is the by far best!!

I love this place I went December 24 they were very nice to me I have special needs I was very quiet though I am very sorry thank you to the lady that helped me.I have special needs I am sorry to the guy that told me to calm down didnt know I had a special needs the guy that did my nails no customer should hear a worker say that my hands arent corperating some days you know I cant help that sorry oh yeah I went yesterday.I have special needs my moms showed me that Yall messed up my nails and toe nails isnt every nail salon supposed to do good to make customers happy and welcome right. Now I cant go over there anymore because yall messed up my nails and toe nails.Sorry I was the one who was a very quiet person yesterday with the stitch lanyay.

I was scheduled for a full set & was very excited because of the reviews but sadly i’m very disappointed i waited 2 hours after i made an appointment ! just to get my nails soaked off then by the time i got the acrylic put on it was all bumpy and wasn’t even or smooth the design was okay done sloppy tho, she could’ve done better she rushed on me and didn’t copy the pic i showed her and she called it “free styling” which soon showed as rushing and made me pay $75 for a set that was worth $40 . don’t get me wrong everyone was nice but aslong as i waited and the fact that i had an appointment for them to do a bad job isn’t okay . i pay a lot for my nails i expect good nails for 75$ !

I took my daughter there for the first time we loved her outcome of her manicure and we WILL return soon! Nail tech was awesome with us very kind and friendly!

I went to Jasmine nail spa to get a simple manicure design and got uneven, horribly shaped nails. There is hair in two of my nails and the flower is not what I asked for. I wanted just a few flowers and got one Big flower that wasn’t even filled in. I am very upset on how sharp they are, I wanted them flat and they are so uneven that I cut myself scratching my nose! The person who did my nails was on the phone most of the time, I understand that they need to take calls but maybe if they were focused I wouldn’t be writing this. I also asked to have powder dip nails and received shellac. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

I used to get my nails done here and all of a sudden they become very unprofessional they don’t offer the right services they don’t take pride in certain people nails they also gossip and talk about other customers I refuse to let anyone do my nails here but one person and she has been nasty to me the last few times I made appointments I spend awfully too much money to be treated unfair and uncomfortable At This establishment!!!

Went twice. As much as I like the young ladies personality...the nail work hasnt been good. Went this last Saturday and I can now see where she didnt put that second coat of polish on. She missed the side (2nd coating). My lashes are already coming loose. Nevertheless, they are very warm and friendly. Imma try them one more time. Hopefully they will be better...she did tell me that she was tired. Hey...she worked it out on my feet...that she blew out the park...

Payed 120 for for coffin shaped mani and pedi shellac colors. I wish I took a better look at them before paying. They were bumpy and uneven, even my toes. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend going
