Our pedicures were very relaxing. My daughter just showed the nail tech a picture and the result was almost exactly the same! Great work, guys!

Ana did an amazing job she did my manicure full set glow in the dark and pedicure (lilac). The place was clean, fast, and efficient.

Went for my birthday and didn’t have an appointment. I showed up at 3:15 pm and the guy said he has 2 appointments at 3:30 pm. He said if they didn’t show up we could go next. I didn’t mind waiting the extra 15 minutes, however the people who had 3:30 appointments said they had appointments at 4 pm. It was only suppose to be 2 people but it was a total of four people. The other 2 didn’t have appointments and they let them cut in front of my sister and I. I won’t be going back!

I really like this place. My girl Tou is amazing, and professional. Recommended for a great relaxing time. But I want return. Howie who also does nails, is reckless. Talking about pills he takes, taken pills and drinking. My moms diabetic and he cut slits on both hands. Dont know why they even keep him. Beware of the howie. See the photo of the drink . He went outside and brought that in sipping it.

My experience was good but rushed. My daughter had a terrible experience with a rude technician. My Shellac manicure had chips in less than a week and my daughters acrylics are already falling off like press ons. Will not return.

Literally the worst nail spot in victoria. They had me waiting for 1 hr 40 minutes and told me they cant do wax. Without even apologizing. Terrible service, nobody say anything to the customers that are waiting.

Used an acrylic nail as a tool to slide in between my old SNS powder and natural nail, removing the old color. Came with slight pain and resulted in the breaking one of my natural nails. Used acrylic nail glue to fix my broken natural nail instead of cutting and smoothing off. No removal of cuticles, no cleaning, no time to wash my hands before starting. Very rushed and am not happy with how my nails look. New SNS powder color was distorted and patchy after using a different brand of clear shellac gel to seal the deal.The rush was due to being packed and having more people coming in wanting services. It seemed that instead of using their time to focus on each client they had in their chair already, they focused on getting everyone out of their chair and getting new clients into them. It’s ok to be booked, it’s ok to have a wait list, it’s ok to give an estimated hour wait time to those wanting services. It’s not ok to rush through your current client and give poor quality services.Was in the chair for about 20 min and left wishing go had made the drive to Austin where I used to get my nails done before moving down.

Pedicures are great but as far as nail sets, youre better of somewhere else!

Minh was more interested in his phone than doing my full set of gel nails. My nails look as if I need a fill already, and I just left. The place is not as clean as I like.

No pressure to do shellac.. She did a wonderful job!!!!!

Bryan is awesome! I went in with an awful looking full set from another local nail salon and he fixed me up. No flaws my nails were perfect! He is time efficient and has an excellent eye for detail. I wont waste my time anywhere else again.

Im optimistic as to who I let do my nails. Its usually Tiger who does them for me, but not today. Brian did mine. He took his time and was very pleasant to talk with. Absolutely an amazing place to go to for a day of reflexology. Thanks Brian! You did an amazing job on my nails.

Got a manicure two weeks ago and I just took the polish off to find a fungus on my nails!! Will NEVER go back

The work is not good, they cut your skin in too deep and blame the customer.

I went with my cousin and she had a good experience. it started out good because he talked to me and was generally nice. then he changed when my cousin left and i was alone with him. the guy i had was so rude after that and cut my fingers a lot. he kept going on and on about how i bite my nails. i have anxiety. i bite my nails. its a habit. he just kept making me feel bad the entire time i was there. my fingers are in pain because he kept filing and filing. i was there for 2 hours and he charged me extra for some reason. in the end, two of my nails are sticking up in the air and they dont look how i want them to. he just wanted me to leave and was rushing it. i didnt feel like he cared if my nails looked good. im just not happy with the experience at all. :( i really wanted to give it a chance too. after all, it may have just been the guy i had.

Absolutely love this place! I have been looking for a new place to go to get my nails done, and I googled this place and thought I would give it a try. So glad I did, Tiger did an outstanding job, very courteous and professional and doesnt rush unlike the other salons I have been to. I wont go anywhere else.

This has a great place for pedicures. I get a signature pedicure every time and they do a great job massaging you and taking their time. Friendly staff and such a clean, pretty place. I always look forward to coming here 😊

One of them almost ran into me with his suv and then says he didn’t see me.If he can’t see an entire vehicle how well can he do his job with finite detail.Absolutely disgraceful. And of course management didn’t care since they’re all related or something. Go to Royalty Nail Spa by Target, they’re better, and don’t drive into their customers.

The guys were so good. One of them was really funny but got the job done. They need to be a little bit faster but, I recommend coming here.

The salon is very nice and clean but it seems like they were too busy talking to each other rather then paying attention. My nails were painted very sloppy parts of them missing paint and they didnt even remove all of the previous color! My friends toes looked awful as well she wanted french tip and almost her whole toe was painted white and the ones that werent were very uneven. Dont recommend this place. Its very nice looking but like they say, looks are deceiving

Went in for the first time due to it was close to the vicinity we were at. The gentleman doing pedicure cut my toes twice. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Brian did a wonderful job on my nails I recommend it to everyone they are the best ask for Brian or tiger. They are the best ones there.

Best pedicure chair I have ever sat in!

If I could give them a negative star I would. I paid. Lose to a 100 dollars and my shalliac French tip was very sloppy. I would never go back here and the lady doing my manicure seemed to keep getting frustrated . My boyfriend was very upset he wanted my nails to be perfect because he was going to propose tonight. Engagement ruined .

I was a walk in plus it was a Tuesday morning so I had to wait but theyre worth it. The feet/leg reflexology was awesome & this is the first time in awhile where Ive walked out of a pedicure without finding dried blood somewhere :-/I will be a definite repeat customer :-D

I went to get a manicure with shellac polish done, and they did a great job. I was only disappointed that after they didnt moisturize my hands at all like all nail salons usually do.

I have gotten my nails done there a couple of times and i have always gotten great service, I go to Brandon and he always shapes my nails the way I like them
