This is my fist time here. I read a lot of great reviews so I decided to come here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I picked out my colors and was seated right away. My pedicure was awesome. I felt totally relaxed. I got the SNS nails with a nude base with red tips and gold glitter. My tech did a great job. . She made sure the length was exactly what I wanted and took her time making sure they were even. The owner came around and made sure I felt taken care of. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This nail salon consistently does a crisp good job. The shop is so pretty and clean. They have good parking. The staff is accommodating and quick. Their massage chairs are very comfortable and they do wonderful massages. Ive been to a lot of places in LA to get my nails done but for a very reasonable price, this shop does an amazing job.

So, Ive been living here for a little over a year and a half now and Im so happy I found this cute, clean, consistent nail boutique (it has an upscale boutique feel). I go to my same favorite nail tech every time for my hands and she had never ever failed me. Her through technique allows her to be consistent each time. I love her. This place is always very accommodating and nice.

Today I decided to go to this nail salon because of all the great reviews on here. Front desk fit me in right away even though I had no appt and they were quiet busy. They checks everyones temperature and make sure everyone followed the CDC guide lines.I had a shellac mani and pedi.. Im very picky when it comes to my cuticle cutting and polishing my nails. She was AMAZING at both!! I found my new nail salon in Townl!!

I just want to say I am obsessed with my nails and want to thank the owner who did such an amazing job! Its been 3 weeks since Ive gotten my nails done (I know its time soon) and Im still getting compliments on them! She was so patient with the dip process and made them look very nice! Im absolutely in love with the color I picked out, and I was glad to see that there was many other colors providing me with a lot of options. Will be back soon!

I love this place! I was in and out within 1 hour; They took out my old long acrylics, put on new acrylics with gel and did a pedicure with gel as well. They gave me a cold water bottle to drink which helped with this hot weather. They are very attentive and they allowed me to go to the ATM right outside to take out cash so I can save money by not using my credit card/debit card. I would totally recommend this place and would go back too since it is convenient to go there during my lunch time.

Great service. I usually get the Nu plus pedicure and add paraffin (I dont know what it is about that wax, but it is heavenly). Ive never had to wait incredibly long to be served, and the nail techs have all done a great job. I cannot remember ever having a chipped nail after leaving here.... my polish is intact until my next pedicure. And they serve wine; thats always a plus! The fact that they stay open late has saved me with last minute prep for events several times. Id definitely recommend anyone in the midtown area to give this place a try!

Great service! We had a party of four for pedicures and we all left happy and satisfied. My tech was awesome! The place is clean and modern with good service and courteous staff. 5 stars!

WOW!!! BEST NAIL SALON EVERRRR! When I tell you I have never had such an amazing experience... the customer service is astounding and their prices are very fair!!! My technician took her time and made sure my nails were perfect!! You guys just earned a loyal customer!!

The staff was professional, ambiance and overall atmosphere was relaxing and the overall location is very up and coming. I highly recommend Lush if you want a pleasant, relaxing and professional experience.

I just moved from New York City, and was SO happy to have found this place Place - I got my acrylic full set done elsewhere and wasnt happy (it was lifting and peeling after only a few days). Manager to the rescue! SHe secured, re-shaped, and otherwise madeover my nails and Im incredibly happy with the result. And Im an unabashed diva about this stuff!

I rarely get my nails done because Ive had bad experiences with other nail salons, and this was my first time coming here and Im in love and plan on coming here as long as I can, The owner did my nails and she was so polite and nice to me, shes honestly so amazing at her job. Its worth every penny coming here i promise you wont regret it!

Seriously, this place is the ONLY place I let touch my nails! They take their time, listen to your preferences (or in my case, my fear of cuticle-cutting) and they are so precise and perfect, leaving you with precise and perfect nails. You know how most of us think, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair? Now I have a nail salon that I say the same about. They are truly amazing!!

Ive never gotten so many compliments on my nails!!!! The last time I went in, I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was more than happy to help me figure out how to get the color I wanted even though she had never done it before. I love them and I will be back in 2 weeks!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to). I moved to the west side since graduating 4 years ago and cannot find a nail salon as good for even double the price.

I love this place! Ive now been here twice and have been impressed both times! While not the worlds best pedicure Ive ever received, the manicure was TOP NOTCH and not to mention, the interior is sooooooo frickin cute! I got full set both times and they lasted me 5 weeks with a beautiful design! And when I texted to see if she could do the design I wanted, she didnt even hesitate! 5 stars! I will be a customer here for a long time

The people I believe to be the owners or managers of the salon walked around and asked about my service. You can tell giving great service is apart of the culture here. I would highly recommend this salon and I made my next appointment before I left today.

My daughter and I have been going here for 7 years and the people are friendly, caring, and hard workers. They care about their customers. They do a great job on my nails and eyebrows. They treat everyone customer with care.

Did not get what I asked for. Did not like the nails they look ugly. Plus the nail tech cut me and it hurts bad. I paid too much for a bad nail set.

I was in the area for a conference and was in need of a manicure. I usually get the standard gel mani/pedi, but today I wanted to try a designer logo on my nails. This place delivered! The owner has a steady hand and was able to design my nails! The place is clean and prices are very reasonable! Thank you!

Very unprofessional business. They do not have any price menus and calculate how much your price will be after you’re done. I was told to change my design halfway through the process and he sent me home with this for $40 and my mothers were $50. I will try to upload photos and you can try and make it make sense.

We walked in just to see prices and stuff but the smell was terrible headache inducing even it just smelled like toxic nail polish

Horrible! This is the worst nail salon experience Ive had! $45 for shellac nails. I asked about why they didnt do the cuticles, and she said thats an extra $10! What? That is supposed to be included. The nails were thick and lumpy looking. There was polish all over my fingers (even knuckles). Overall, the worst! Go somewhere else!

When getting the pedicure see the oldest lady there... shes awesome 👍 Id like to see the manicure tech actually do cuticle work and not just use those tools to do the nails the to tear up your nail bed. But otherwise good service.

Went and everything was fine until my index finger was done badly the nail.qas very crooked and I asked to get it fix and the man told me it was fine I told him it was not that it was as very crooked and he insisted it was fine so he fixed it I then told him once more it was still very crooked now upset he fixed it with a bad attitude. After fixing the nail he started being tough squeezing my fingers hard I had never had my nails done and they hurting so much during the process he noticed I was as getting upset and told me I had to pay now I said no not until I have my service done he said pay now I told him once more no until I had my nails done he was very upset, he continued the process and he only did 2 coats of polish and not the gel until he said I was done I told him no that the nails were needing another coat I could see through them it was so faint and he was so upset then he applied the gel. Never going back not worth my $45 I payed for rude unprofessional service!

I went into the business one hour before they closed and felt a little guilty because I was wanting a new set of nails and a pedicure. ( I know that’s time consuming ) They happily accepted me. Then half an hour later another customer walked in asking for a full set and a pedicure as well. I thought surely they won’t accept her and do both services right before closing. But they did and they did it with a smile and made her feel just as welcome. They did good work they gave great service I was really impressed with this place. I am definitely coming back.

I do not recommend going to get services here. Paid $35 for something I could’ve did at home. First walked in and told the gentleman what I wanted - manicure with dipped powder. I sat there and everyone kept staring at me. Finally after 20 minutes one of the ladies came and said something about nails painted and I told her what I wanted and she looks then looks at the man sitting at the station on his iPad and tells me to sit there. They proceed to talk to each other, but never to me. I tell the first gentleman I had encountered when I entered the color I want and he tells the guy doing my nails. Not once during the guy doing my nails did he talk to me. And the manicure I wanted? Never got it. He simply took off my old polish and did the powder. And how most salons thin out the powder so it’s not bulky? He didn’t do that...my nails are bulky. I like the color, but nothing else. As he was doing my nails he hit my fingers because I guess they were in his way. And when he was done he didn’t even say anything...the lady comes up and says “do you like the color? You’re done, it’s $35” and waited for me to give her my card. I didn’t even receive a thank you as I left. I will not be returning to this salon, and I highly recommend that you don’t either. They have no customer service skills and lack the basic nail techniques. I should report them to the nail licensing board...

I went and got my eyebrows threaded. This costed me $10 and it was just okay. Threading doesnt hurt you just feel pressure but for half of it she plucked. She missed a lot of spots and some of my pores were bleeding which is somewhat normal because I have thicker eyebrow hair. I was blessed with thick full eyebrows and she made them very very thin and small. The threading was more gentle than what Ive had done before. So theres good and bad. I would come back for the convenience of it, wouldnt be my first choice.

I recently went here, the guy that did my nails kept rushing me. I told him I wanted coffin shaped nails but short, he told me that it could not be done if they weren’t long, I’ve had it done several times where I live, I ended up with them shaped square which I don’t like and he was rushing me to pick a color so I got a color I didn’t really want. One of my fingers even have a bruise from him pressing so hard with the drill. Then I went to pay and a different gentleman checked me out, I didn’t pay attention to the price before I handed him my card, well he charged me for a pedicure that I didn’t even get then told me to go sit down to get my nails done and I told him I already had them done. He then tried to charge me another $45 for my nail, I told him it shouldn’t be that much because I had already paid $25. I guess he didn’t believe me that I didn’t get a pedicure because he went and asked every person working if they gave me one. When he finally realized I didn’t get a pedicure he charged me the correct amount. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. I tried to get them redone when I got home but I couldn’t because my nail was bruised so bad from this place!

They do facials for under $40! My face be lookin good!

It was my first time to the salon and I got SNS done on my real nails. The service was very fast and the people were nice but my nails were completely horrendous at the end. They were completely misshaped.. in fact it wasnt even the shape I asked. I asked the man to file them down and he gave be a blunt square when they were rounded. So I asked him to round it and now they are the shortest nails Ive ever had. The man just applied the sns powder. He did not shape them down or anything. He just dipped the nails into powder two times then put the clear coat on it. I am very unhappy about them. I got them removed right afterwards. I will not be coming back to that salon. Again, the people were very friendly and the price was not bad but the quality was terrible.

First time going there never again!! Paid 32$ for nails that are horrible and workers are rude got aggravated with me and told me to STOP just because the finger he was working on wouldnt turn all the way that he wanted it too I suggest that if you want good looking nails go somewhere else!!

My wide was in a hurry to get her eyebrows done and they accepted her as a walkin and she was done in literally 5 min. Great place to go.

The place is filthy, tiny & too crowded! They do not know how to do shellac at all! I just paid $25 for a shellac manicure that looks like total crap! She clipped my nails and barely filed them, but did not even try to shape them! I would NOT recommend this place at all!
