So they did my and my sister in laws pedicures amazing the older lady and gentlemen did them but when we went to get our nails done two youngerit dropped down from there, I wanted beige nails with a hot pink tip and they ended doing a hot pink nails, I showed them a picture and everything, and my sister in law wanted beige nails with star glitter and the gave her mauve nails and no glitter. They did say the would let me come next time and paint over it for free which I appreciated it was just bad communication.

I asked for the first picture and they gave me the second. the pedicures were awesome, but i showed them the picture and they didn’t even give me what i wanted. how does the second color look remotely close to the first one? and they completely forgot about the stars and the dots.

I usually am in bay city I got the Ulltimate whatever plus the deluxe pedicure I didn’t get the treatment I have always gotten elsewhere hot rock treatement is not just bottoms o fyour feet everyone else has done all way up to behind calves I won’t return cuz I don’t live here but with 50$ plus I expect longer than 2 minutes on anythingQuickest pedi I’ve ever had 😣😐Not good ill hold off from here on out never again to a surprise place

I️ went here to get my toes done for homecoming and I went because my friends all recommend it to me so I️ got white shellac then when I️ went back to my regular place and they were taking off the shellac I️ realized my big toe looKed like it had a yellow spot on it. Basically I️ contracted a fungus from happy nails and never out of all my years of getting my toes done have I️ experienced that. How does that even happen? Did they not clean their tub? Use used tools on me? I️ don’t know.

Under new management, new staff members! Had a very good experience with Jenny, shes very friendly. New hours as well, open Monday through Saturday 9a to 7pm and on Sunday 11a to 5pm. I most definitely will be coming back! Under new management, so fully new staffed, Trina, is no longer here! Read bad reviews about her previously.

Staff was super sweet enjoyed the freindly conversation. It took quite a bit of time and at the end my nails were very thick and lumpy, have to say even with the coupon offered I doubt Ill go back.

This has been my go to nail place for a long while now, Tom and Erika were always so courteous and very reasonably priced. Now thats under new ownership, they have less colors to choose from, the customer service went down and the prices went up! The lady (Trina) that was doing my nails and eyebrows kept giving me negative comments about the previous owners and about other things as well. I also found it very disrespectful that she kept talking to the other workers in her native vietnamese language and laughing every time she told me something. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
