Great classes and wonderful trainers.

They have Crossfit kids! Our 7 year old absolutely loves going. They do a great job of implementing exercise moves and still make it fun.

I cant list enough positive comments about FIt Strong United Crossfit. The gym is awesome with space for everyone. The environment is completely addicting with some of the best people I have ever met working out alongside me. The coaches are highly involved in the safety of the clients as well as providing the opportunity for athletes to be involved in crossfit competitions as well as weightlifting events. We go there to workout, become healthy, relieve stress, make friendships, laugh and motivate each other to become the best we can and reach our individual goals. By far the best gym I have ever been involved with.

FSU improved my mobility and my life!!! Although I cant go back due to my heart condition, Im determined to come back again!!!
