Technician Jamie had to make a late call to our home. Jamie showed my husband what was causing the A/C to not cool. Got the problem fixed and in no time A/C started cooling! The rate was very affordable. We will definitely call Rapid Air again.

Eli,I have given you multiple, several opportunities to retain yours and your companys self respect, made multiple calls to your office and left messages for you to call me back, over a months period, but nothing came out of it, so let us address this situation on a public platform. Let us see what kind of response you come up with for avoiding speaking to me about this one to one- man to man conversation. Perhaps you dint get any of my messages perhaps you forgot or maybe you simply know what your company was doing and do not want to address it out of shame ?When I first got in touch with rapid air, I was amazed at the good reviews, hence chose to call you guys. But after my horrendous experience, it makes me think: A) are all these people really getting scammed like you scammed us in the pretense of we need to fix so and so B) In the event that they are not getting scammed, were we the lucky chosen candidates to scam ?Your technicians were called out to diagnose a unit- the diagnostic was you need a new unit costing $3000 or a compressor costing around the same so youre better off with the new unit Something felt not right and upon 2nd opinion (yes I took the chance to pay another company for a second diagnostic fee because I knew something was not right) guess what? NO! We did not need a new unit and thank God we did not get scammed for $3000 by your company!! Neither did we need a new compressor. Unit was fixed with the part needed, the RIGHT WAY, and has worked more than excellent since then.Ladies and gentlemen, such is life and sometimes we find ourselves crossing the path of traitors and cheats. Please be aware and conscious of this company- the result if I had gone with them was I would have paid a hefty fee for a new unit, and they would have taken my old unit, repaired it and sold that too. Wow! Double! profit. Yes Eli, we are business owners to make PROFIT, but not at the expense of cheating others and spoiling your karma.God help you.

Was looking for AC service in Victoria and found these guys. Real nice on the phone and technician was nice in person too. Found out our blower motor went wrong and got it fixed that day. would recommend

Aircon unit literally smelled like fire and quit working. They were able to come out and diagnose. Replaced capacitor and some wires and all is good now. Very satisfied and this was at 10pm which is awesome!

Eli and his crew have always treated me right. Glad to see they are servicing Victoria now. Great service and A plus with BBB helps me trust them with anything HVAC related. Never let me down.

Had a brand new Trane unit installed last month and looking back on the process, it was downright easy and fun. Richard was a big help and made things seem easy. House stays cooler and bill is cheaper.

Used them on our commercial AC fix and went well. Sometimes commercial applications and even the billing can get quirky but they handled it like pros and wed recommend them highly. Great service and people.
