I do not write reviews, ever, but Efficiency Air was awful! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Save your time and effort and call someone else.

Called at 8AM on Monday morning to get my AC repaired. I was told they were a bit behind from the weekend but they would get me scheduled. The tech called me 30 minutes later headed to my house. He arrived diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in less than an hour and way cheaper then I was expecting. My system is 15 years old and we didn’t get a high pressure sales pitch to get a new system thank you. I will give them a call when I upgrade my system or if I need additional service. Thank you Ray keep up the good work.

Nice folk that came to our rescue on a weekend without delay. Gave honest opinion and didnt do unnecessary work at all. We will continue using their services.

I cannot say enough good things about Efficiency Air! They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly and get the job done. We had been having some problems with our heater and even though they were booked with emergencies they still came to our house to check it out at 8pm that same day. They didn’t have the needed part but knew the issue and came out first thing the next day and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. You will not regret working with Efficiency Air

Great service!! They are not in it to sell you a new unit. They fix it if possible. They have worked on my 30 year old unit and it’s still working. One day we will have to replace it and Efficiency Air will do it for sure.. Shout out to Steve.. thank you for all of your help!

I had heard good things about Efficiency Air but when I called to have an AC I purchased installed, they not only wouldnt work it (because I didnt buy it from them), but they insulted my choice of brand. ...not the way to win friends and influence people. Hopefully this is an aberration but I probably wont be calling them back for any future needs.

Air conditioner went out. Called for service on a Friday, and Chris showed up in under 2 hours. Fixed electrical problem and checked system, all within 30 minutes. Friendly, courteous service at a fair price. Highly recommend.
