I arrive from my appointment at 10:30 AM, only to see that the door was still locked. I checked online thinking that maybe I got my appointment time wrong and on the website shows that the nail salon opens at 11 AM. So I left only to get a call back ten minutes later asking where I was. When I arrived, no apology was given regarding the fact staff wasn’t there on time to open the door. The nail tech rushed throughout the entire process. She charged me extra for getting regular OPI polish on my gel nails.. not sure how that makes sense. I was then told they only take cash. No card. They need to update their website and act more professional. Would not ever come back.

I haven’t gotten my nails in so long. I have only been in New Jersey for three years and this is the first time since moving here that I actually LOVE my nails when leaving a nail salon.. This location was very clean ( felt safe and comfortable if you’re wondering about Covid standards.. you have to fill out a form ) I will definitely be coming back to this location. My nail tech was so nice and accommodating & made sure I loved the shape of my nails. My nails feel natural and great. I would recommend to a friend hands down.

I use to pay $45 at most for this specific set i always get, today, they made up about $35 more worth of bs charges for soak off, getting long nails, and more charges with no reasoning at all. today i paid $80. done going here.

Costs the same as nicer salons but a bare bones experience. My technician talked on her phone the entire time she was doing my pedicure, I kept having to tell her to make the water warmer, and she was very rough with the callus file. It was not very relaxing. Dont think Ill be back.

Sue is the best! This is the only nail salon that I go to in NJ. She’s very professional and does a great job with manicures and pedicures. The shape of my nails is always amazing and I never have any complaints.

Sue was amazing. She was all on her own when I first walked in and diligently and patiently handled my nails in a quick manner. And its amazing. The color looks beautiful the way she painted it on. Such nice service.

Just ask for Sue, she is wonderful will go out of her way to fit you into the schedule. Place is clean & COVID compliant.

Okay this place is fantastic. The new ownership makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They not only give me exactly what I want but they also give me new & creative ideas and all at a VERY adorable price. I’ve no joke paid over 50$ for a regular refill that wasn’t even that great. I’ve also tried ATLEAST 10 different nails salons around me and this one beats all of them hands down. I can go on and on about the good conversation, professionalism, work ethic & over all satisfaction with this place. I don’t think getting your nails done or a wax is ever just that. I think it’s a whole experience and this place delivers just that. Would rate it higher then 5 if I could.

This was an interesting experience to say the least.Made an appointment for 12:15pm but wasn’t taken till 12:30pm. They have a very limited range of colors for gel manicure-it’s either neon or sparkle. I chose sparkle.I never got a new sanitized tool kit. The technicians in the salon were sharing the tools between them.My technician was pretty rough with handling my nails. Unnecessary cuticle pull backs multiple times. She never used cuticle oil.One of my UV machines was burning one of my hands while the other one was ice cold. Never got a hot towel on my hands. After applying the lotion on my hands I was redirected to the sink to wash themThere was a women soaking her nails for minimum 30 minutes. No to mention she was already there when I got there.I had high hopes for this place based on all the wonderful reviews online, unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

I don’t religiously get my nails done but when I do I usually go to Bella. I decided to try Lotus for a change. My appt was for 4. I did have to wait 20 mins for another client to finish up BUT i could tell why once it was my turn. The place is very clean and efficient. The ladies helped me decide on what exactly i wanted and the lady got to work right away asking me questions along the way to make sure i was happy with my nails. They did a beautiful job for a fair price. Would definitely go again!
