The service you get is very much worth every dollar you spend at this nail salon. From full sets, waxing, pedicures to eye lash extensions, this is the one stop shop that make you feel VERY comfortable and relaxed while being pampered. It is tasteful. Very well organized and catering to your needs. Kim is the owner, she is very professional and kind to the guess. Thank you for everything ladies!

I felt rushed, the lady was not a pleasant person, my nails are almond shape, she never asked if I wanted to keep the shape or length so I assumed she will keep everything the same but instead she just filed them shorter and rounder....super disappointed. Not happy with my nails at all

Got a UV Gel extension with a gel manicure, it came out beautiful. Place is beautiful and clean.

PLEASE AVOID. They are very rude. They pressure you for tip constantly. There are plenty of places to go around the area

The prices are for synthetic eyelashes. When you get there they hike the price up by at least $50. It goes from $69 to $140 for “cashmere” lashes. On Groupon they are priced at $69 for 160 lashes, so i called to inquire. They told me NOT to purchase the Groupon, and the price will remain the same when I got there

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! TERRIBLE !!!!At my home-base eyelash salon my Lash Stylist had a family emergency. So I was looking online for a place that uses volume lashes. And I stumbled upon Bella Salon & Spa in Verona. When I called this morning and spoke to the front desk receptionist, not only was she rude but what came out of her mouth was shocking. When I explained to her that I have 6D volume lashes, her response was Oooo you have long full lashes, I said yes and I need a 2 week fill in please. When I asked her what the rate was because this would be my 1st time she immediately told me to GO BACK TO MY SALON and then hung up the phone. I am still in disbelief.

Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about this place. Made an appointment a week ahead. Left my job early to go there, on my way there thats when this lady Kim called me to cancel the appointment, talking about my appointment was for an earlier time, and she wanted to argue and be rude. I was so upset with her. Had to travel next day, thank God I found me another place. Never would I even ever step in that place.

I went here two weeks ago to get my lashes done, they told us about a cashmier lash very soft comparing to the silk one which was a extra $20 .... as soon as they tape my eye down and put a couple lashes on they took it up and start using the rough ones its not cool to do people like that, i went home everyone say it doesnt look good they could have done a better job, very disturbing espically when you really dont know much about lashes,
