Nail Boutique is an excellent place! I made an appointment. Whip did my gel pedicure and she was very personable and her work was outstanding. I don’t know the name of the manicure technician but she was so kind and took her time with my gel manicure. I will definitely be a repeat customer to such a welcoming and accommodating nail salon. Do no recommend, the lady was very nice but the nails were lumpy and uneven. I’ve been to a lot of different salons and so far this has been the worst one!

The woman who owns this place is so sweet. She did pedicures for me and my daughter also got a manicure. She was so gentle with my daughter. I also love the scrub that was used on my legs and feet.

Best Pedicure I have ever received! The owner was so fantastic and really took her time during my spa pedicure. I am beyond ticklish and cannot handle the vicious scrubbing other salons can endure but not this salon! I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends and family!

They were understaffed. I asked for nail extensions with dipping powder. They didn’t have many colors of dipping powder, mostly red. The extensions were put too close to the ends of my nails so they kept falling off. I had extensions and dip on before. It was over an hour for to all the stuff she did without even doing the dip and polishing it

I enjoy my pedicures. Staff are very friendly. Place is clean. I would recommend.

Viv was super sweet and took her time on our pedicures and manicureS. Me and my friend even ordered food from the Chinese place next door and Viv went and grabbed it for us while our feet were soaking. Definitely coming back again!

Clean and very Covid-conscience.The quality of work is the best I’ve ever had. My gel manicure could easily last 3 weeks if I didn’t want to change up the color!

Wip, the owner, is so friendly! I can tell she really cares about her customers and the work she does. She always lets me know I can come back for free if my nails do something funky. This is excellent customer service. Love going here, and will continue.

I used to occasionally patronize this nail salon under the old management/Linda, who was so nice and lovely. Wow, this new management and staff is amazing though!! I went today on my birthday for the first time since it had been bought and Im so impressed. The time, care, and heart that went into my pedicure and manicure was wonderful. The new owner told me how important it is to her to do a good job and have a clean and nice facility and I was glad to hear and see that. She honored my old punch card and added to it. Also these prices are amazing!!! $30 for shellac manicure and $33 for a spa pedicure (scrub, paraffin, and polish!!!). I got a complimentary water bottle too.Making an appointment is a good idea because there are multiple technicians, but its not a huge staff. I was able to get in same day when I wanted though. Give them a try and youll be back! Im thrilled with the job the two women did and will be returning. Thank you!!

I began going here when Linda owned it & I never thought I would find anyone as good as her, but the new owner Whip does a fantastic job at both manicures & pedicures! Shes reasonably priced & the salon has a nice, quiet atmosphere. Shes fun to talk to also! I drive 35 miles to come here but its well worth it!

Always able to get an appointment with in a day or two. Shes always accommodating, with a bottle of water, foot scrub. I enjoy taking an hour to go see Whip.

Visiting Verona from Florida and decided to stop in for a Mani/pedi. Service was great. Great pedicure and manicure with friendly service. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Amazing place! Why travel to Madison when theres a perfect nail salon so close!!! We were from out of town, and they gave us the royal treatment. Beverages, treats, and discounts were offered. Great conversation as well. My feet have never felt and looked so good!!!

I called a week and a half before and set an appointment for 3 shellacs. Fast forward, My friend arrived early to check in for us, she was immediately turned away. They said they had no appointments in the books and no time for fingers, only pedicures. I would never recommend.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon, and this is the first one Ive tried recently that I would return to. I did the spa pedicure, and had a good time, got a great foot and leg massage, and my nails look fantastic! Whip did a great job. Im planning to try the hot stones pedicure next time.

I was in town for work and decided to get a Pedi. This nail salon was across the street from the hotel. I took my chances and didn’t even check the reviews. Well let me tell you, Wip is amazing. She has great customer service skills and gives a great foot massage with your Pedi. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I came from out of town and was searching on Groupon for nearby nail salons. After no success there, I went to Google: thats when I found this gem! The owner, Whip, just bought this company about 9 months ago and is trying to revamp it! I had an amazing pedicure - after a long day of walking, that’s exactly what I needed. I came in with shellac polish on and the way she took off my old polish was incredible, nothing like I have ever had! But, my nails weren’t all thin like they usually are when shellac is removed - that’s because of the acetone! She’s very meticulous and really cares about her clients. I’m SO SAD I live 13 hours away, because I would be a faithful customer!Go!!! You will not regret it!!! 😊

Amanda was awesome! She was so friendly and her polish work was so spot on which makes someone like me happy! I could talk to her for hours if I could. I highly recommend going to her for gel mani/pedis! It’s nice to finally have a happy face in a nail salon!

I had a pedicure at Nails Boutique last week. Wonderful and only took about 1 hr 20 min. I would recommend this boutique. Clean, comfortable massage chairs and actually relaxed while getting my pedicure. I did a shellac pedi.

I made an appt 8 days in advance to have a mani/pedi for 2 people as a birthday girls day. They were understaffed, the girl doing my pedicure had zero personality and was obviously upset to be there. It was the worst pedicure we have ever had and it took an hour and a half because we were left sitting numerous times while ONLY the owner was trying to help other customers including a snooty walk in with a chipped nail! We decided to skip the manicure which the owner said we didnt book even though when I scheduled it she asked if we wanted a gel or regular. She was apologetic but, we would never go back!
